Awful. Just a huge let down versus what was promised.
Pros: It should work great but sadly it’s far far from that

Overall io fell good about the experience with GP

When I onboarded my company, I was skeptical about being employed under a PEO, but it has been the smoothest onboarding and continued HR experience I've ever had across so many companies, from startups to big enterprises. My favorite part about the platform is how easy it is to access information and navigate to payroll, time tracking, expense tracking, and more. I honestly would recommend working with G-P if any employer needed to use a PEO.
Pros: The G-P platform is very easy to navigate. Authentication was easy to set up and continues to be easy to use. I like the menu selections on the left-side bar. It is incredibly easy to submit service requests and questions. I never have to bother my manager about HR-related questions. The best part about G-P is that everything is in one place (employment information, time tracking, expense tracking). The G-P home dashboard gives you easy buttons that link to the other HR platforms you need to navigate to.
Cons: While it is very easy to submit and receive confirmation for a customer service request, sometimes it can take quite a few days to receive a proper response or resolution, which can be frustrating if it's a time-sensitive issue.

The overall experience has been very positive! I can't find anything to complain about.
Pros: Smooth onboarding and timely communication in all the procedures leading to the beginning of work. G-P Platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
Cons: There was one instance where we got some communication about additional documents to sign by some date but they appeared in the system after that.

Excellent, I used GP previously so when I needed services again I knew where to come to. The portal is very easy to use and everything is only a few mouse clicks away.
Pros: The ease of use, it is so user friendly.
Cons: Nothing really. I do not struggle to use anything on the portal.

Very positive, everyone was helpful and very responsive. I would use the company again in the future.
Pros: They were very prepared and everything got setup very quickly. They know what they are doing.
Cons: Maybe the private healthcare. I had one call with them or their representative but no one followed up on the next step for setting things up.

In spite of the ticket, and that sometimes a direct contact with a human is better to solve some problems, i would give a 8.5
Pros: everything is planned, into a process and available in a self service portal
Cons: regarding tickets, everything is in the ticketing system, and sometimes we need to contact someone directly to resolve it fast with a call or a chat. Sometimes email takes 1 day to be response, another day for a question, another day to extend the comment, etc.
