Overall they are a great company and software. I would I highly recommend them. Very friendly and helpful Staff.
Pros: Their Tech support is amazying. They answer any concerns I have within minutes! which is a large difference from the previous property managment software I had.
Cons: There are some minor glitches here and there but nothing that drastically affects my business. So not a deal breaker for me

It’s the first one I went with bc I didn’t know any better & now it’s so hard to switch & so much hassle, that they’re basically holding me hostage at this point.
Pros: Automated messaging, other app integration like ABB, VRBO, Pricelabs, Turno, etc, & direct booking are great.

We had an easy integration, lots of support during and after we onboarded, and we've been supported by tech and account reps throughout the past year plus we've been using Hostfully.
Pros: We were looking for a PMS that would be easy to implement, integrate with all of our booking platforms (AirBnB, VRBO, Booking.com) and be cost-effective. We looked at three different PMS's before choosing Hostfully and we haven't regretted it for a minute! My wife especially loves how she can automate messages and have them triggered base on settings that she can customize and change whenever she wants. I love the customer support and the response to questions/issues. Most of all, I love the fact that it allows us to manage multiple properties and all of our tasks, integrated with Pricelabs, seemlessly for what amounts to one night's booking per month! Highly recommend for anyone with one or more properties.
Cons: I wish we had found it sooner. It's just by sheer luck that I found about them on a Facebook group.

Customer support team is responsive and helpful. Onboarding new properties and owners is easy to navigate.
Pros: Easy to manage multiple properties in 1 system with a lot of integration choices. The ability to manage all nightly rates for all properties in 1 view.
Cons: Reporting is tricky & needs to be custom built. I use a different software for accounting and owner statements.

This is a great platform to centralize the management of all your listings across different channels and increase your revenue.
Pros: Customer support is excellent. They quickly answer related to how to use the platform. You can schedule meetings for support.
Cons: Their reports need to be expanded to deal with multi-unit properties. Some features could be buggy, but they usually fix them.

Hostfully allows us to manage our bookings in the office, at home or whilst running around the resort. 10/10🎉🙏.
Pros: We have been using Hostfully for 5 years now and love how it keeps improving. Their integrations and channel management are excellent and easy to configure. Tech support is fantastic. We have approximately 30 properties and our team all have the mobile app, making responses to guests easy and efficient even when running around on the resort.
Cons: There is nothing that I do not like about Hostfully. Not once have we considered changing our Protery Management Software.

We started with 2 properties and will soon have over 20. Scaling would have been much more difficult or impossible without Hostfully. Additionally, there is a lot of automation that Hostfully enables.
Pros: Hostfully is a great PMS with many core features. Stability is great, support is great, and there is a large number of integrations to 3rd parties. The value is tremendous. We did look at a number of other PMS systems and glad we picked hostfully.
Cons: Hostfully is good at listening to feedback and uses UserVoice for this input. There isn't much i do not like about hostfully. If I were to pick one item, it would be better flexibility on outbound emails....yeah, very niche item.

I am pleased with the value received for the features offered. Hostfully is always innovating it seems, so it is nice to get new features.
Pros: I love Hostfully's support and knowledge hub for learning the systems. The chat bot to quickly navigate the Help center is useful as well.
Cons: The UIX for messaging and inbox could be better, but it is sufficient. At times, messages load slow at times.

I love Hostfully, I use some other pms in the past, but this platform it's really friendly to use to all fo my team members, thats its amazing. I have never experience a double booking or missing task because a lack of syncronization. They are always sharing new updated and integrations to help us.
Pros: I like the support team, they are amazing, always answer quick and follow up with the pendings. I like the time of the syncronization with other integrations, I like the friendly to use. I like the customization options.
Cons: I didn't like the new changes on the layout, however I love the updated where I can do more bulk options in all of our my properties

After a somewhat challenging start, we’ve really found our stride with Hostfully. The platform keeps improving, and we can see how dedicated the team is to making it better every day. We’re confident that, with all their ongoing efforts, even our small pain points as French-speaking users will soon be addressed. It’s encouraging to work with a company that listens and truly values feedback!
Pros: What I like most about Hostfully Property Management Software is its intuitive interface and the way it centralizes everything in one place. It really helps streamline operations and saves a lot of time. The customer support team is also responsive and open to feedback, which makes the experience even better.
Cons: What I like least about Hostfully is that some useful features still feel a bit limited or could be more flexible — for example, the stay dates still appear only in English in the variables, we have to manually change it in each message; it’s also currently impossible to assign a new booking to a returning guest without re-entering all their details; there are quite a few duplicates, and the system doesn’t consolidate similar inquiries from the same person. Overall, there are still many small glitches — but the good news is that the team is constantly working to improve the platform, and we truly appreciate their ongoing efforts.

It's been pretty good. Any issues or complaints are handled professionally and as timely as possible.
Pros: Honestly, it's the service. They are usually very prompt and very very patient and pleasant to speak with. They are continually upgrading the platform and after looking through other companies, the platform is user friendly and they are helpful through the whole process. If you have more than 5 properties, the subscription is a great value!
Cons: Sometimes it takes a little while for upgrades but they are getting better. The website provided is a good value but very limited on design and appearance.

Overall, my experience with Hostfully has been positive. The support team has been always responsive and helpful.
Pros: The platform is user-friendly and intuitive. Great customer service with people who also speaks Spanish.
Cons: The initial setup can be a bit overwhelming. I found myself needing to read through multiple guides and documentation to fully understand how to configure everything.

Despite those limitations, I still think Hostfully is a great platform and an incredibly useful asset for vacation rental management. Looking forward to seeing how it continues to evolve!
Pros: Hostfully has been a fantastic platform overall, and it’s definitely helped me streamline my operations and save a ton of time. I’ve been able to conduct a lot of business through it, and the core features work really well. It’s a strong, reliable tool for property management.
Cons: There are a few features I’d love to see added or improved: the ability to add extra emails to a guest group, organize message templates by the order they go out and by property, and collect payment upfront when adding additional items to a booking. These enhancements would make a big difference for my workflow.

Awesome. Great team to onboard with and open office hours to answer questions between scheduled meetings with a dedicated specialist. There are so many great educational help articles and videos to learn the platform.
Pros: Robust features, a lot of integrations (some are even free with using Hostfully, like Turno, so I'm already saving on my monthly costs since enrolling), and customizable detailed owners reports that can automatically generate. Hostfully takes user feedback seriously and makes updates for a better experience when possible. There have been a few new features already since I started using the platform 6 months ago.
Cons: Cancelling or altering scheduled messages: I currently can't use the Hostfully phone app inbox to alter a scheduled message. It's inconvenient to sign onto the browser on my phone, find the tabs to navigate, then cancel a scheduled message. After cancelling, I then go to messages inbox to select the template and manually send it. The only option to send a template via the inbox is immediately. I can't alter a scheduled message to edit the time it sends or content, like the Airbnb platform scheduled messages (sometimes the templates end up being not applicable to that stay, so I miss being able to easily change a check out time or code without cancelling the whole message first). Since Hostfully is good about updating the platform, I could see them fixing this in the future!

I did enjoy it for the time I used it, especially for the price, it was hard to beat!
Pros: Hostfully is great to manage leads for short term rental tenants and management short term stays - it can coordinate with many other platforms and integrations and is very versatile.
Cons: It does not work very well for mid-term rentals - it was very complicated to use and caused quite a few problems.

It has been a good experience and I will continue to use this service, however, I have put in to speak with someone from customer support to see if there is a way to amend the bookings.
Pros: Ease of set up, How simple it is to manage and see bookings and keep tabs on the property remotely
Cons: The cost to set up and there not being an option to amend bookings without cancelling completely.

So far so good. I think I was hoping I would have more bookings than I have but we're 3 months in, so hope it improves.
Pros: The integration of the calendar with other platforms. The training, onboarding and customer support are fabulous. I love [sensitive content hidden]. They have been really patient and helpful in getting my three properties set up right.
Cons: Setting up the data security features. It was not intuitive and I had to hire a web developer to direct the url property and white label the site. It would also have been nice to have more branding/white label options with the templates and triggers. It's difficult to change the look and feel of those.

Great customer support and product integrations
Pros: Since starting our company as an onsite provider servicing vacation rentals Hostfully has played a huge part in our success. The product support and integrations with industry staples has made the managing of a larger portfolio possible. The ability to use only the parts of the software that we needed with the option to grow and add on seamlessly has made our business thrive without adding specialized employees. This feature alone has allowed us to survive as grew.
Cons: Haven"t had a bad experience as of yet however would like to see better pricing for combining services
