Contracts 365 is AI-powered contract management software for businesses that run Microsoft 365. Our intuitive cloud-based software is built around the contract lifecycle. It leverages your existing Microsoft tenant, Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, SharePoint), Microsoft security architecture (Endpoint,Defender, Sentinel)—and tightly integrates with Dynamics 365 and Salesforce CRM for better customer management. Key features include automatic contract creation, self-service functionality, user specific dashboards with robust search and reporting, seamless e-signature, and AI companion modules for meta data extraction, and negotiation and redlining that summarize key data and review and revise flagged language that deviates from your playbook. The platform tailors solutions for Legal, Entertainment & Hospitality, Financial Services, Pharma & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Technology, Nonprofit, Energy & Utilities, Property Management, Retail & CPG.

I gave 5 stars not because they have a "perfect" product, but because the product is very good and the customer support is always there to help.
Pros: The team has been very responsive whenever we have an issue and they are quick to own up to mistakes that they make and what they will do to prevent anything similar happening again in the future.
Cons: I would like to be able to see workflow history and current status of a workflow more clearly for the variety of flows that are running multiple times a day, every day.

Contracts365 has streamlined the way I manage contracts. From organizing documents in one easy-to-navigate platform to sending timely reminders for renewals and deadlines. The interface is clean and intuitive. While I do wish offline access was available for those times I’m without internet, overall, it’s a reliable and efficient tool that’s made a big difference in how I handle contract management.
Pros: Contracts365 makes contract management much easier. It’s very much like having a digital filing cabinet that keeps everything organized and easy to find. The automated reminders and notifications are super helpful.
Cons: One downside to Contracts365 is that it doesn’t currently offer offline access to contracts which would be a great addition.

Overall, my experience is great and I would recommend this service to any company that it looking for an easy way to collect information from employees or clients in real-time
Pros: I like that my clients can call this line at any time and I will receive a text message notifying me that there was a call made with an overview of the information provided. It's very helpful for real-time monitoring.
Cons: The contracts can be quite costly. However, I do not have many cons - it does exactly what it advertises.

As important as is the technology, so too is the team that we engage to do business. Corridor has been a true partner to us responsive, supportive, innovative and flexible. The team combines technical capability with a real understanding of contract and commercial management best practices to deliver a world-class solution.
Pros: Ease of use. Degree of flexibility. Well-defined permissions management (effective security "trimming"). Integration into back-office systems. Complex advanced searching and dash boarding MI.
Cons: Site creation (requires a material amount of post-creation build); This has been improved significantly in subsequent releases.

We have been using CM.App for four years (hosted on our local servers) and have moved literally thousands of documents through the program. Being hosted in SharePoint meant we could write custom workflows that controlled how the documents moved through our processes. Corridor's custom verbs were very helpful, allowing us to do things that were impossible in standard Sharepoint.

The biggest pros of this software is that AARP now has a contract management system which not only serves as a repository and tracking system but allows our auditors to audit the contracts with very little reliance on the end users to provide data. The biggest con was the internal data had to be entered manually because it was not available in a single repository which extended the implementation schedule. Once the software was in production, the end users were very pleased with its ease of use and it is now being used for other contract document tracking such as NDAs, etc. We are going to continue to use this software in the future and are in discussions to migrate to the cloud.

Our implementation experience with Corridor was extremely positive. Their customer service is excellent! The product can easily be adapted to meet various business needs. We are very excited to deploy Corridor's Contract Management [.app] for SharePoint within our organization.

The application allowed for an organized central repository and friendly search capability for many sales and vendor contracts, increasing productivity. The number of additional features that come with the application allow for great customization to meet an organizations need and efficiency requirements.
