Docusign CLM helps small businesses manage contracts digitally, especially in IT services and accounting. Users value its secure eSignature and real-time tracking, though some cite a learning curve and limited integration with Docusign eSignature. A 2024 update added Maestro workflows for WhatsApp and SMS-based agreement delivery.

Overall, I’ve had a good experience using Docusign for realty projects, client contracts, purchase agreements.
Pros: I like ability to sign legal documents and file them in a secure online capacity for later retrieval.
Cons: I often receive spam emails with fake legal documents asking me to log into what I would assume is a faux Docusign. If I don’t recognize the sender, I just ignore it.

DocuSign is fast, reliable and a must-have tool for anyone dealing with contracts or paperwork regularly. It makes the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Pros: Helps streamline my documents either on my laptop or phone. Incredibly easy to use for getting documents signed.
Cons: Interface can feel cluttered at times and finding certain settings or documents. Pricing can seem high for small businesses.

Overall my experience was good. The pros definitely outweigh the few cons I had with the software. It made our document management very simple.
Pros: I liked Docusign overall, it obviously makes it easy to get my stuff signed by who I need. It's very secure and easy to use. I like being able to place the signature boxes where I need and choose the type I need.
Cons: Sometimes I'd get some errors and have to reload the software when using it or trying to get a document set up. I also tried to get it integrated with Salesforce and had some difficulties but that was more on the Salesforce side so not really a Docusign problem.

Pros: Docusign allows us to get important paperwork signed by employees, customers, and vendors without having to be in the same location.
Cons: In my years of using Docusign, I have never had an issue with the program. Don't think I've even had to contact customer support.

I have been really happy with the product. Although this product is provided through my current job, I can see myself purchasing it when I move on someday.
Pros: I love how it stores all of my documents and sends me reminder emails and alerts! I have only used it for about a year but I am very satisfied so far with the service.
Cons: I do not have anything that I dislike about it at this time. I use it almost weekly in my current role.

I've been using Docusign for years and have had a great experience. It's simple to use and saves lots of time.
Pros: What I like most about Docusign is that it's very easy to use. I like that it has free features also.
Cons: There's nothing that I don't like about Docusign. Sometimes it's requires an excessive number of signs ons.
Ashley B. · Owner · Consumer Services · January 27, 2026
Pros: I have it connected with Ironclad and Salesforce, and it makes signing contract way easier for my clients. Seamless and easy process.
Cons: No major complaints at all, it does what it needs to do. Maybe more AI stuff would be nice to be integrated?
Quinten D. · Account Executive · Information Technology and Services · January 26, 2026
Overall, DocuSign has been a great tool for streamlining our workflow and improving the customer experience. It saves time, reduces paperwork, and keeps everything organized in one place. I would recommend it to any business that needs a reliable way to send, sign, and manage documents digitally.
Pros: DocuSign is a huge time-saver for both customers and our company. It makes completing estimates and getting approvals much smoother and faster. The online tool is very easy to use, and setting up an estimate and sending it out for review takes only a few minutes. I also like how it keeps a clear record of everything you have sent and signed in the past, which makes tracking documents simple and organized.
Cons: While DocuSign is user-friendly overall, some of the more advanced features can take a little time to learn. Pricing may also feel high for smaller teams or occasional users.
Jodee G. · VP UX and Creative · Design · January 14, 2026
Overall, Docusign makes digital paperwork much more efficient and helps keep things moving without unnecessary delays for clients.
Pros: I like that I can sign or send documents from anywhere, especially when working remotely or dealing with tight deadlines. Everything is organized in one place, so it’s easy to track what’s been sent, signed, or still pending.
Cons: The only downside is that some features are limited unless your company has a higher-tier plan, and occasionally setting up more complex documents can take a little extra time.
Riley R. · Legal Project Analyst · Legal Services · December 30, 2025
Pros: DocuSign is a valuable tool for law firms, offering an easy way to manage client documents and collect signed contracts.
Cons: There’s not much I don’t like about it because you can send anything through DocuSign, and it transfers directly into whatever system you’re using
Jetta H. · Intake Zar · Legal Services · December 22, 2025
This has made a world of difference for us, working with clients has never been easier and they are all happy to have quick access to their documents as well.
Pros: Docusign CLM made it easy to create and distribute contracts out to reps and clients, also keeping track of and storing signed contracts with ease.
Cons: The initial learning curve for Docusign was a little tough, but nothing we couldn’t overcome to integrate it seamlessly.
Tyler L. · District Manager · Construction · December 11, 2025
Exceptional. Definitely do not want to go back to the days before DocuSign having to send paper copies, waiting for signatures with people out of office, and being tethered to a fax machine or expensive FedEx account.
Pros: Incredibly easy to use, takes seconds to upload, tag, and send a document for signature, great for professional use (contracts, employment agreements, licensing, NDAs and so much more) as well as personal use (vacation rental agreements, purchase and sales, etc.)
Cons: Honestly there is nothing I dislike about DocuSign. The product exceeds my expectations every time with its ease of use, purpose-built intuitiveness, availability and uptime, support, and more.
Greg P. · VP · Information Technology and Services · December 5, 2025
It has been a great experience in which we even opted into a higher paying plan. This has saved our company so many headaches.
Pros: I can't rave about Docusign enough. Its so easy to use, download, store. The emails never go to spam and its worth the price. Which isn't high.
Cons: the only thing I do not like is that when you go to download the document and certificate of signing it asks if you would like to combine the documents, but it does not actually combine them if you say yes.
Anonymous User · Operations Manager · Financial Services · December 3, 2025
Pros: I like that there are a lot of templates I can choose from. I can send the contract to my client through Docusign so they can sign it right away. It's quick and easy.
Cons: I like everything about DocuSign. It is the easiest and quickest for contract management and signature. You don't have to worry about searching for a way to sign.
Jae M. · Office Manager · Financial Services · December 3, 2025
Overall, it was a great process. We actively look for ways to use every chance we can throughout our organization.
Pros: This has made several of our processes much easier for not only our customers but for staff as well. We found immediate ROI with time savings and staff appreciation
Cons: There was a slight learning curve as this was our first time using a product like this, but DocuSign gave us training sessions and helped us along the way.
Ryan H. · CEO · Hospital & Health Care · November 28, 2025
Docusign has saved us so much time as we've shifted away from paper. It's been easy to locate documents, which has greatly improved employee experience as well.
Pros: I love the ease of sending a document via docusign. This has saved us countless hours trying to get physical signatures from employees. It's so easy to track where the signature status is and pull old documents as needed.
Cons: This may be lack of user understanding, but it is unfotunate that I do not receive notifications when a document has been signed.
Greta H. · HRIS Analyst · Higher Education · November 17, 2025
This product did not work well with my company. Customer service was not helpful after explaining to them the problem. My purchase was for a demo and that is not what I purchased.
Pros: I did not like it.
Cons: The pricing was confusing.
delores r. · Administrative Assistant · Education Management · November 12, 2025
Overall I have had a great user experience with docusign and it is my go to for sending documents that I would like signed especially when multiple parties need to sign it.
Pros: Love how easy docusign clm makes it to send and recieve files that you want signed and that you not only get your signature but it tracks the signature, and has all the footprints necessary for later authentication clarification purposes.
Cons: One thing that can be a con of docusign is it so easy often times ive had clients sign everything within a few minutes because they did not actually read though everything but that is more of a user error then a programming issue.
Bridget M. · Owner · Health, Wellness and Fitness · November 10, 2025
For the most part, it's a very easy platform and very intuitive, but template creation and sending mass documents are a real pain point, complicated and far too restrictive.
Pros: Very intuitive and easy to pick up with little direction. I can send documents with ease and the search function is very helpful.
Cons: Ability to send to multiple users is far too restrictive. I'm nor sure why DocuSign restricts this so much for authorized users. I can't even create templates with my current level of access, which I find ridiculous. I also don't appreciate documents being automatically deleted after 6 months. Why????
Gregory D. · HR Director · Non-Profit Organization Management · October 23, 2025
Using DocuSign CLM has been a big step up for our contract process. We’re more organised, approvals move faster and fewer things slip through. It’s not perfect and you’ll need time for setup and training, but for us it’s been worth it.
Pros: It made contract management way simpler. I loved having a single place to draft, approve and store contracts. The workflow automation cut down a lot of manual work and error-risk. Integrations helped too.
Cons: Setting it up took longer than I hoped and the price felt steep for our size. The search and filter tools sometimes fell short when I needed to find specific contracts fast.
Nilesh P. · Founder · Marketing and Advertising · October 21, 2025
Pros: DocuSign is convenient for handling documents without printing or scanning, which saves time and effort.
Cons: What I like the least about DocuSign is that the interface can feel a bit clunky at times, especially for new users.
Tomi T. · HR and Payroll Administrator · Media Production · May 14, 2025
I use it multiple times a month to compose and send documents for needed signatures. It's a very easy and safe way to do business.
Pros: It is super user friendly. Very easy to format the documents I need signed and delivered in a timely manner.
Cons: Can't really think of anything I don't like about it. It's very conformable to my needs.
Sarah T. · Executive Assistant Admin and HR Designee · Hospital & Health Care · May 5, 2025
The convenience of this software app is brilliant. I did find it a little confusing at first, but they be down to myself not being hugely tech savvy. I got to grips with it eventually.
Pros: Being able to sign a document digitally and not having to either send/receive by post or go into the office to sign it.
Cons: I have not personally experienced anything negative with the software so far. Its done all ive needed it to do.
