Salesforce Revenue Cloud helps small businesses manage quoting, billing, and contract workflows with automation and real-time visibility. It’s most used by administrative and sales teams in software services and accounting. Users value its quoting speed and revenue tracking, though many cite interface complexity and setup time. Updates like Agentforce and API-first design support hybrid monetization and flexible integrations.

I use the system daily to manage Account Executives. I find it very easy to make reports and filter them to have effective meetings about pipeline.
Pros: Revenue Cloud helps me run my teams pipeline to be able to forecast proper and project deal velocity.
Cons: Sometimes there are a lot of unused fields that cause noise for reps to move their deals down the stages and funnel.

Overall is very good, modern and will get things done easier. It's pretty amazing the capabilities it has.
Pros: Keeps things organized. It's a useful program for the business. It can take some time to get used to and learn.
Cons: Because of how capable it is, it can take time to learn and understand the program. But once you get in there and learn, it end up being great.

Pros: i really like the way the interface is designed. The data are easy to imput and the calculations are done almost automatically. The invoicing is easy due to template. it is also easy to do some self learning so as to better use the plateform and be able to get better value for money
Cons: It requires a good level of computer knowledge to be able to better navigate on salesforce Revenue Cloud

Overall it's a very good enterprise tool. But it needs a lot of management and specifically at least one person or a team to keep it running for the organisation. If a salesperson has to do all these tasks it takes away from their time actually selling.
Pros: It keeps us up to date with all open opps and keeps us on top of targets for the quarter. I can link to gmail and sync all my emails.
Cons: I find it not so user friendly to build reports or just manage it day to day and requires quite a lot of maintenance.

It was perfectly efficient and straightforward.
Pros: I don't think I came into a single problem with Salesforce.
Cons: The layout is not incredibly attractive, but it's not too outdated, either.

In my organization, I am using Salesforce's multiple apps like salesforce cloud and salesforce outcall monitoring app, for outcall to handle customers query.
Pros: Salesforce revenue cloud software help sales team to identify the best price and configure the product. It is an automation tool that help to find accurate pricing of products and reduces complex pricing into easiest way.
Cons: Sometime multiple option may confuse the user as interface is bit complex.

Salesforce allows you to track all of your business's activity, everywhere, all at once
Pros: The most comprehensive CRM tool out there, period.
Cons: The UI needs a refresh. There needs to be better UX to allow page components to load seamlessly, with relevant views

I have been using Salesforce for over a year now and have enjoyed the variety of tools and features that the software uses. It's great to be able to use anywhere on any computer. The built in tools help us target our customers and receive analytics on each client.

Andrea H. · Client Service Specialist · Printing · January 2, 2025
It takes a lot of work to incorporate the date but once you get it streamlined, you can sit back and let it do the work for you with little oversight.
Pros: Does a great job at managing all business prospects and syncing all data to ensure you can pull the right contacts and keep track of the contributions highlighted so you know where you are struggling and who is generating the most revenue throughout the year.
Cons: There is a lot of data to incorporate and it will take some time to streamline everything Salesforce can do.

Overall its a great program. Definitely an upgrade from previous programs i have had the displeasure of using.
Pros: This program is very interesting to use, alittle difficult to learn at first, however once you get the hang of it its a breeze.
Cons: Multiple complicated steps to get to your desired location within the program.

Being able to link all of our revenue processes with the unified model has eased a lot of pain points.
Pros: Great cloud based tool to track and manage revenue
Cons: The AI tools didn’t provide much benefit
Mark T. · Owner · Design · December 23, 2024
Solution works well for effective CRM and I would recommend it for consideration for a medium-large organization.
Pros: Makes it easy to govern a large sales team with real time reports and information.
Cons: My sellers grumble that they spend too much time updating the tool. We tried to improve this by linking their calendar and email to Salesforce, yet then the complaint is the company is "big brother". Anther challenge is the cost of IDs limits the number of admins we allow into the system, hence managers are sometimes encouraged to manage through published reports rather than logging into Salesforce
Nicole J. · President, Technology Division · Logistics and Supply Chain · December 23, 2024
It has been very good, have been using this for more than a year now
Pros: It is easy to navigate and use unlike other services
Cons: I guess there are too many options in one place, maybe they can divide them into categories
