Pros: Easy to use interface when it comes to navigation. AI made updating key attributes incredibly easy to implement.

Cons: While the ai was great , the new ui was a bit hard to navigate compared to the old one. The folder section we used to divide departments.

Pros: Our legal dept. is essentially paperless and uses ContractSafe to manage, organize & edit contracts.

Cons: I get too many email reminders that a contract is waiting for review, but thats personal preference.

Pros: Great experience working with this software contract company. They were professional, responsive, and delivered. Communication was clear throughout, getting the project set up. This was a major plus for our company in keeping our contracts in order. The ease of getting our contracts into the system was well worth it.

Cons: I have not had any complaints about this company or its software. Everything requested has been satisfied.

Pros: Ease of use and simplicity is excellent - so easy to access, download and upload even direct from email. Filter functions works very well and make it easy to find what you need straight away. Column filters also an excellent function to get what you want quickly.

Cons: I haven't come across any issues or cons so far in my 18mths of use. I can't even think of a suggestion for improvement...unless you could add an AI capability

Pros: Great UI and highly configurable. A massive improvement on our static contract repository. The notifications and alerts are particularly helpful.

Cons: Honestly, nothing. It's a great solution. I found it easy to set up and the pre contract phase very straightforward.

Pros: The user experience is straightforward and intuitive, with everything being generally uncomplicated. Documents being searchable almost immediately massively improves discoverability and accuracy. Customer support is responsive and helpful. Overall it is reassuring to know that all of our documents are in one place, that they have strong access control protection and that documents are easily retrievable and reportable.

Cons: What is missing is more integration with upload methods or alternative storage locations. Submitting documents by email is very useful, however all uploads are grouped together and subject line or intelligent classification would be of huge benefit. Tighter integration with Microsoft or Google storage platforms for either upload or storage extension would be valuable. Customers would benefit from an easier to scale license model, supporting more granular storage volumes.

Pros: What stands out most about ContractSafe is its exceptional ease of use and intuitive document management interface. We needed a solution that could be seamlessly implemented across our organization and easily adopted by all users—ContractSafe delivered exactly that. It provides the functionality we require without unnecessary complexity, making it both efficient and accessible. Overall, it has proven to be a highly effective tool that aligns perfectly with our needs. I also appreciate the continued advancement of the product and adding new helpful features that makes the product even better.

Cons: What I liked least about ContractSafe was the initial effort required to enter all of our existing contracts; however, this was ultimately a result of my own choice. ContractSafe offers solutions to streamline this process quickly and efficiently, but I opted to complete the data entry myself. In hindsight, this approach provided valuable insight into the platform’s features and functionality, which better equipped me to train our staff with confidence and clarity.

Pros: Customer support has been stellar. [sensitive content hidden] is very accessible, and the Help and Guide sections of the app is great! It is very easy to use and figure out on my own as well. It's highly customizable, which is great!

Cons: We've had a little trouble with the AI picking up correct information, but we continue to work on it with [sensitive content hidden]

Pros: Document Management, Electronic Signature, Customer Support, Easy to Use, Email Reminders, Tracking Documents.

Cons: I like everything about ContractSafe! I have no Cons to document. Keep up the great work and customer service!

Pros: ContractSafe is extremely user-friendly. I evaluated several alternative companies, and it offered the best value at the most competitive price. In my short tenure with the company, the platform has implemented several additional features that make contract review easier and more efficient.

Cons: If I had to note one minor issue, it would be that contracts sometimes take two to three seconds to load, and this is already being worked on.

Pros: Great Value for money and first class customer service. The team are really supportive and quick with responding to differing requests and requirements.

Cons: Nothing.

Cons: I feel the electronic signatures are lacking and the Docusign integration could be better.

Pros: • Familiar folder‑based structure (similar to Windows Explorer) – Intuitive and logical organization – Reduces cognitive load for users • Very high user‑friendliness – Navigation feels natural from day one – Minimal learning curve • Effortless onboarding – New users can start immediately – Little to no training required • Overall effect – Feels like “using Windows for contracts” – Low adoption risk and fast time‑to‑value

Cons: • Performance variability – Occasional additional load times during US business hours – Not a major issue, but noticeable at times • AI functionality still early‑stage – Current AI features show strong potential but are not yet fully realized – Expectation that AI could automate much of this work in the near future, but it is not there yet today

Pros: Ease of use. The AI tool is extremely helpful but is sometimes not so accurate and needs to be verified.

Cons: The system is quite slow. Changes are not always made quickly. I need to refresh pages in order for the changes to appear. Loading pages takes too much time especially when a folder has say 30 pages. Unless I am missing something I have to load many pages to get to Page 10 or 20.

Pros: I appreciate how well the system works, their AI tool is amazing and can detect the specifics very easily. This is overall just a great tool for saving documents and contracts.

Cons: I think the automisation of filing contracts directily into the correct folder could be better, I'd love to see a shortcut for this.

Pros: Customer Support is top notch. When using the support email, responses are usually received within the hour if not sooner.

Cons: I am still new to the ContractSafe world, but I have not found many cons that have not been able to be resolved by the support team.

Pros: I liked ContractSafe’s excellent customer support, intuitive user interface, flexible customization, and robust document management; its ease of use made onboarding and daily work seamless.

Cons: I would love to see the AI field population expanded to include custom fields to reduce manual entry.

Pros: Platform is very user friendly and intuitive helping stay in the know for key dates with the notification system. The customer support is also very helpful and always available. At such an affordable price, ContractSafe has been a no-brainer.

Cons: Found the AI & Automation, while still useable, was slightly inaccurate when loading contracts in, causing us to spend a lot of time sifting through the contracts to populate data.

Pros: The platform is easy to use, offers a well-structured workflow, and includes effective search functionality that supports efficiency and navigation.

Cons: The system frequently produces inaccurate AI results, has slow load times, and experiences recurrent freezing that disrupts workflow.

Pros: We love ContractSafe because of how easy it is to use it. It was very easy to figure out/train employees on.

Cons: We least like the AI Assistant option at the open of each contract. I'd like to be able to turn off the AI Assistant option if possible

Pros: The platform makes it easy to store, organize and keep track of all of our contracts. We also appreciate the ability to keep track of specific clauses and get reminders when renewals or expiry is approaching. The AI tool has also improved significantly since it was initially rolled out.

Cons: No real complaints about the product. Maybe the only thing is that they are constantly rolling our new features, so it is hard to keep up with that!

Pros: ContractSafe made it very easy to track our contracts which was critical to our recent fund raising diligence.

Cons: Have to upgrade to integrate DocuSign and custom fields which is very important to track important info.
