As a transition , We replaced Conga Sign With Linksqaure in Enboarder Overall, my experience with LinkSquares has been positive. It simplifies contract management and improves visibility for the sales and legal teams. While there are a few limitations in customization and automation, it still does a solid job for standard use cases and integrates well into the Salesforce ecosystem.
Pros: What I liked most about LinkSquares is how easily it integrates with Salesforce. As an admin, having contract data synced and accessible without switching tools saves a lot of time. The Support team is Awesome and very responsive
Cons: One downside is that customization options are somewhat limited. Additionally, the platform currently lacks automatic agreement tagging to Opportunities when agreements are uploaded via the uploader. This would be a valuable enhancement to consider in a future release.

Pros: We have so many agreements, and they sometimes take months to complete, so I really like the ability to keep track of the history of agreement drafts.
Cons: Our sales team often works with excel files, so I dislike the lack of integration with excel spreadsheets.

I've been using LinkSquares for years and I hope I never change contract management systems. The performance of the system has grown so much over the years and I'm excited to see how it continues to develop. I've been able to grow our use case and continue to develop our system, meeting document management, reporting, and negotiation needs.
Pros: LinkSquares is customer centric - the tool is User friendly and flexible for each Customer, and they provide great support to their customers.
Cons: The email functionality is clunky and is therefore not used, which leads to additional manual work if we want to store any emails during negotiations.

I have a had a great experience with the customer service team and easy to use and intuitive platform.
Pros: The customer service team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Additionally the system is very intuitive and easy to use.
Cons: Really, everything about the system and our implementation has been great. No real complaints about anything!
Sejal G. · Legal Operations · Information Technology and Services · April 14, 2026
A complete and utter disaster. Product is absolutely useless.
Pros: Nothing. The product and the experience with Linksquares was mind numbingly bad.
Cons: Everything. The product did not perform the functions we were promised and customer service was not at all interested in addressing our needs. I would not recommend this product to anyone and in fact would actively dissuade anyone who asks from purchasing this product.

Pleasant experience,. relatively inexpensive
Pros: Simplicity and ease of use..it doesn't take much to get use to it
Cons: Don't have an option to delete the unsigned MSA.

Standout Features and/or Strengths: 1. Ease and speed of use 2. Single point of truth for all contracts 3. Easy and super quick uploading and AI analyzing (with Smart Tags) of contracts 4. Amazing and very friendly and informative training 5. Amazing after sales service and user support It's so easy to use [From initial training and onboarding/implementation to using it in a live environment] and has amazing functionality, ease of use and 10/10 AI based analytics.
Pros: Take the product! It's game-changing for so many reasons. From having a simple and effective fully searchable single point of truth for all contracts (ie as contract repository) to the AI it offers. But overall the process of buying, implementing and using the product is simple, easy and very cost effective. The Linksquares Team were a dream to work with and extremely helpful and accommodating every step of the way.
Cons: Nothing - other than not buying and using the Product earlier!

It is very helpful for managing contracts. It makes it easy to find and access all of our agreements, and it has automated some of the contract workflows so that we can be more productive. However, there have been times when the software has had some technical difficulties, and this has caused some delays in our contract management process. But, the LinkSquares support team is always quick to resolve these issues, so we can get back to work as soon as possible.
Pros: It's a user-friendly interface and can search through contracts quickly. It is also helpful because it automates contract analysis and reduces the time it takes for people to review contracts. The software helps us understand our contract portfolio and find areas where we can improve. It's easy to use, so everyone on our team can access it quickly and efficiently.Overall, LinkSquares has made our contract management process much easier and more efficient. Its advanced features and user-friendly design make it an excellent choice for any organization looking to streamline their contract management procedures.
Cons: It has some features that can be confusing for users, and it can sometimes be slow when working with a lot of data. The support team doesn't always respond quickly enough when I've had problems with the software. And sometimes LinkSquares doesn't work well with other tools I use.

All good.
Pros: I like the user interface . During my contract management i often use completion tracking and file management features. It was easy to use. And, most importantly customer service was always there to help.
Cons: Nothing at all. All functions was ok, just used for 1 contract lifecycle , almost 6 months. It was all easy.

LinkSquares is a product that can be expanded to provide a global document repository throughout the company. It is user friendly and the customer service is exceptional. The company strives for excellence and is continuing to look for new and innovative ways to improve. I highly recommend LinkSquares to any company looking to improve the quality and efficiency of their global document management system.
Pros: The product is best in class for document management, but it is the customer service that sets them apart from the competition.
Cons: Most attorneys are used to searching for documents in a parent/child file format so the change management can be challenging.
Beau S. · Sr. Manager, Legal Operations · Insurance · June 12, 2019
When asked to review contracts for specific language I' able to quickly find what I need and also make proper updates to other documents.
Pros: I really like that all documents can be searched for any language you need. It makes for a quick and easy search.
Cons: The visibility of related parent/child documents.
Tone' H. · Legal File Clerk · Legal Services · June 11, 2019
We are dramatically shortening the time to retrieve key legal department information, run needed reports resulting in happier employees and internal/external clients. Customer service has been amazing and as has feedback loop on product development.
Pros: It is designed to address the key pain points of modern law departments face with their contract repositories related to contract searching, reporting, analysis and knowledge management and solves them in an extremely intuitive and easy to use manner. Likewise, the algorithms and advanced technology is best in class but it is not in your face, it executes in the background like all good technology should while leaving you to do your work smarter and more effectively through intuitive features and functionality.
Cons: There are no cons worth mentioning. Only issues have been typical of all software.
Marc J. · Director of Legal Operations · Information Technology and Services · June 6, 2019
Pros: The UI is simple, easy to navigate, and I can find my documents quickly. I love the tagging feature!
Cons: The jumpiness when scrolling can be a nuisance, but not a deal breaker!
Ashley A. · Legal Operations Manager · Insurance · June 6, 2019
We needed a single source of truth for all of our customer and vendor contracts. LinkSquares provides that better than almost any other tool I've looked at. In fact, we're expecting to expand our use of LinkSquares to HR and other documents
Pros: What they demonstrated they delivered, and what they delivered exceeded my expectations. The on-boarding process was as pain-free as they promised. Once the documents were uploaded and categorized, we were able to start using the tool right away. It's very simple and intuitive. Plus, where we had questions, their CS rep did a great job walking us through the problem. They have a great product roadmap that we will grow with.
Cons: It's not the prettiest interface, but it's super easy to use productively right away. What I do like is that they solicit feedback, and discuss how they're addressing customer concerns and suggestions in their roadmap.
Eric D. · General Counsel · Information Technology and Services · June 4, 2019
We are working on a central document repository. The application requires very little training.
Pros: I like how easy it is to use. Learning curve was very minimal.
Cons: I wish searching was a bit more robust. I also wish I could upload documents into the software directly.
Mikayla B. · Product Portfolio Manager · Information Technology and Services · April 11, 2019
Pros: It is a easy, safe and efficient place to store all legal documents.
Cons: Could serve a better purpose than just storage. Our business would benefit from more assistance in drafting or negotiating. Quickly be able to see what others are doing in the industry.
Barbara C. · Corporate Paralegal · Financial Services · April 11, 2019
LinkSquares has been a lot easier to use than our previous contract management system has been. It is fast and responsive, and a lot more intuitive than storing all contracts on a shared drive within the company.
Pros: I like that I can search by keywords to find all the contracts that include that. It is helpful when I am trying to figure out how many of our contracts contain the same language.
Cons: There is a bit of a learning curve when you first start using it, but that will differ by person. In order for LinkSquares to be most effective, all the users at my company have to be on the same page in the way we label contracts and amendments. However, once you work through those issues, LinkSquares becomes an effective way to review contracts.

Pros: use interface friendly, good of customer support
Cons: i'm new for the linksquares, so far im happy with that
Felix L. · IT consultant · Biotechnology · April 4, 2019
Pros: Super clean and easy to love user interface. It doesn't matter the scope or size of the contract, linksquares makes it easy to access and securely share content and contracts as needed.
Cons: The price we pay could be better without requiring a longer term.
Anonymous User · Customer Success · Computer Software · April 4, 2019
Pros: Really like this tool and ability to run reports, proximity search and find things quickly !
Cons: I did not like the change that removed the summary paragraph on the side, would also like abilit to search phrases with phrases in a proximity search
Julia T. · Attorney · Human Resources · April 4, 2019
Primarily for contract administration and as a contract repository (MSAs, statement of work, vendor agreements, etc.)
Pros: I was very impressed with how easy it was to use LinkSquares. While some members of my team use it on a weekly basis, I am more likely to use it once a month, and yet it is very easy to remember how to use it and how to "get around". It does exactly what I need; it enables me to be self-sufficient when it comes to retrieving key documents, and searching on key terms. We signed-up as a test, with limited expectations, but we were all very pleasantly surprised: great system, great people and it's helped our organization quite a bit. Great value!
Cons: This may seem very odd, but the name eludes me at times - can't seem to connect it with what the system does. A very minor point and probably more a user issue than a LinkSquares issue. The only thing I wish the system offered, in the base offering, is the ability to leverage more key words / key terms for look-up.
Lance K. · COO / CFO / Legal · Information Technology and Services · April 4, 2019
Pros: I really appreciate the ability to email contracts to the designated company email account which uploads the contract to the platform. This saves me a lot of time.
Cons: It's taking me some time to get used to working with Box to Linksquares, but that is just because I'm a creature of habit.
Allen K. · Associate Counsel · Biotechnology · March 29, 2019
Pros: Ease of organization and finding contracts.
Cons: No complaints about this software. Very simple and easy to use.
Nick T. · Financial Analyst · Financial Services · March 29, 2019
Managing contract documents via network shared folders can be clumsy and present administration challenges like naming conventions and access levels. Platforms with tags help different stakeholders make efficient use of the same resource customized for users needs. LinkSquares provides a great solution with flexibility and clarity while maintaining access boundaries for different users but some customization is required.
Pros: ** Support folks are fantastic! ** Site is very easy to use Clean, clear site interface and menus Great tags & document type options Auto-import of documents via email Great users access level options and customizations
Cons: Tag are not populated when documents are loaded via auto-import emails, so without manager/administrator interventions tags remain empty. User invites require LinkSquares support intervention which causes delays in on-boarding users.
Tim W. · Senior Accounting Analyst · Financial Services · March 28, 2019
Pros: I like that it is user friendly and provides the ability to search across the entire contract database.
Cons: The tagging capabilities are not as robust as we would prefer.
