Pros: Easy to format contracts used in staffing, love having the ability to edit and have other users sign as needed
Cons: Overall, I have no complaints. I believe the user interface is simple and I don't run into many issues.

Fantastic. The people know what's required and provide it.
Pros: The regular updates and functionality that were responsive to my feedback.
Cons: The initial implementation was lengthy. However, when support was required, it was always provided!

Pros: Intelagree (i) is easily configurable without IT help, (ii) has built in machine learning (not an expensive add-on), (iii) is all-you-can-eat (unlimited user accounts, unlimited signatures without additional charges), and (iv) has helpful and always available customer support.
Cons: More integrations with other business applications, please.

As a company operating in the transportation and logistics industry, every transaction we engage in, whether it involves customers or vendors, is based on a contractual agreement. With hundreds of thousands of contracts spanning across multiple divisions, managing them without a contract management platform can be highly challenging and costly. However, the IntelAgree platform has transformed our operations, enabling us to enhance organization and streamline our revenue and yield management processes effectively.
Pros: The Reminder feature in IntelAgree has been instrumental in keeping our contract management team on track when it comes to contract renewals and implementing price increases for our customers. The ability to send reminders to our team via email is a fantastic feature that ensures important tasks are not overlooked.
Cons: As our organization was new to using a contract management platform, initially, it was challenging for us to fully grasp and understand all the features that IntelAgree had to offer. The abundance of options seemed overwhelming at first. However, we quickly adapted and familiarized ourselves with the platform, gaining proficiency in its functionality.

Pros: The variety of features and the searches.
Cons: The tracking doesn't always work automatically and sometimes the searches don't display everything.

I've been highly impressed with everyone that I've met. They are highly responsive, get to know your business and truly partner with us.
Pros: When evaluating options to streamline our contract management processes, we were pleased to find an option that is built to integrate with our CRM (Bullhorn). We have been able to consolidate document management from several disparate systems into one robust, searchable database. In addition, as someone who reviews and redlines contracts, the attribute feature, clause library, and ability to store multiple versions was extremely helpful and enable collaboration across multiple users.
Cons: Overall very satisfied. There are some use cases that we were not able to eliminate Docusign completely from. Implementation took a bit more time than anticipated, but is mainly tied to PM and we had a strong PM take over and drive the implementation very successfully.

Pros: Integration was fairly seamless, and the platform makes it easy for our team to generate, sign, store and search/report on contracts.
Cons: The only item is integration with our applicant tracking system.

With IntelAgree we are able to have an integral contract management tool, where we are able to store all the different versions, setting up and receiving reminders, being able to do searches for relevant clauses or elements of the different agreements uploaded into the system, relationship trees with other related agreements, and authorizations, all of which are critical for our inhouse legal department.
Pros: IntelAgree is more than a contract repository, it's an integral contract management tool, which contains many valuable features, especially its AI machine learning development, as well as being able to store all the different versions, setting up and receiving reminders, being able to do searches for relevant clauses or elements of the different agreements uploaded into the system, relationship trees with other related agreements, and authorizations, all of which are critical for our inhouse legal department. Another very helpful and important feature is the clause library, it makes drafting agreements very easy. We also love IntelAgree's look and appeal, its very clean and modern and easy to navigate.
Cons: The migration because it takes a lot of time to have all the agreements fully uploaded with the correct data, and we have to dedicate a lot of time and resources to ensure that the data being tracked by the attributes is correct and has been validated.

Pros: Efficiencies drafting initial contracts through the template and form features, and extremely efficient electronic signature process.
Cons: Inability to make minor modifications to contract drafts directly within the platform. Inability for Users to generate signature profiles for outside parties to sign contracts at the initiation stage (i.e. input 3rd party signor's name, title, email address).

Couldn’t be happier - Intellagree has revolutionized the sales process for our company. What used to take weeks and multiple departments to accomplish is now done in a day with a single user.
Pros: Ease of use/functionality. Able to get contracts out for execution in minutes.
Cons: Anything that would have been an issue was solved with a quick call to our Intellagree contact.
