Pros: I like how it has enhanced our file handling through its seamless integration with other tools that we use. I also like the recorded audit trails for all documents which enhances accountability.

Cons: Retrieving large file sets can be slow though this rarely happens.

Pros: It is low cost, offers many useful functions, and is accessible from any computer with an Internet connection. Regardless of where you are, you will have full access to Dokmee. Integrates with third-party business applications including SAP, SalesForce, Quickbooks and MS Office

Cons: I like it because regardless of where I am, I have full access to Dokmee and each of its functions.

Pros: I like uploading files in a more organized and easy to locate way, its extensive security features, such as: data encryption, two-factor authentication and personalized logins, the option to electronically sign documents is a great help and the ability to collaborate on shared documents with integrations like Microsoft Office and Google Sheets really beneficial.

Cons: Everything is going well here. Its control panel and user interface are easy and intuitive.

Pros: Dokmee is simple and easy enough to use, it is ideal for daily tasks. It syncs well with other applications, including various Microsoft services such as Microsoft Office or Microsoft SharePoint. I like the ease of use, it is very user friendly. Customer support is very good. They are also constantly improving their software.

Cons: No complaints, I am very satisfied with Dokmee ECM.

Pros: I like the simplicity of this solution. Managing or sharing documents is easy and fast. It is cloud based so that we can use from any where. Seamless integration with quickbooks for better usability.

Cons: Pricing is not user friendly for startups. Less customisation options.
