Pros: Having one (mostly) central spot to keep and organize all of our marketing assets makes building out new content really easy. There is a definite learning curve in using the system, but the Breeze agent is really helpful in helping me learn and navigate the system.
Cons: The email style doesn't automatically apply to new emails, and not being able to use Content emails in the Sales sequences is a challenge.

Overall, it’s been excellent for our team. Reliable, easy to work with, and has some great integrations. It has genuinely streamlined how we operate. It’s taken a lot of friction out of managing content and connecting it back to the rest of the business.
Pros: What I liked most about HubSpot is how easily it slots into our day-to-day. I can’t comment on pricing, but the usability alone is worth it - it just makes life simpler. I’m an Inside Seller running hundreds of leads through the CRM, and the clean, straightforward layout makes it easy to stay on top of prospects, tasks, and follow-ups. Tasks, in particular, are a non-negotiable for my workflow. I’ve used a few different systems over the years, but HubSpot wins hands-down for its intuitive UI and the way it creates genuinely unified workflows. Being able to link Outlook straight into the platform is a massive help too - keeps everything tidy and in one place.

HubSpot definitely likes to share, with many integrating with its CRM, API and market analytics. This gives their web design offerings more appeal despite limited design freedom compared to other options.
Pros: Beginner friendly, yet not so barebones with the out of box experience. Its entry tier offerings add value for money. Hubspot is also renowned for its wide variety of integrations.
Cons: Website creation, design updates and customization options were relatively limited along with documentation user support.

It has a relatively high learning curve compared to other email services, but you get what you pay for. The service has worked for simple emails.
Pros: I like that they allow 2,000 free emails per month, so I can keep my supporters up to date on what I am doing in my ministry. It automatically handles unsubscribes, has contact segmenting, auto-fill tokens so I can personalize my emails, and a great text editor to make my email sending easy.
Cons: I wish the token service was more robust and easier to use conditional statements with. It doesn't have if/then for the conditionals, at least not with the free version.

Pros: Very easy to use and there is little to no learning curve. Love the CRM aspects of Hubspot and the reporting has been extremely helpful. The Breeze AI assistant has been super fun to utilize and has sped up my workload when utilizing HubSpot.
Cons: I wish there were better ways for the program to recognize duplicate entries of potential clients. I do wish there was a way to better organize the home page (maybe this is user error on my part) but it can be a lot to look at when I am trying to find something in the system.

Overall, my experience is very satisfying thanks to its versatility, regular updates, and ease of use.
Pros: Very intuitive and versatile, allows marketing, email campaigns, sales tracking, and automation easily.
Cons: Frequent updates can be overwhelming, making it difficult to adapt and navigate interface changes at times

Overall, things with HubSpot work well. The minor issues we encounter don't slow down productivity, and they don't get in the way too much. The ease of access makes it an easy choice for our business.
Pros: The design is clean and easy to understand. I'm able to clearly access what our clients have done with their accounts, whether it's making a purchase or viewing part of the website.
Cons: I get signed out a lot. Not sure if that's a bug in the system or a safety feature, but either way, I feel like I'm constantly having to relog into our company's account. Also, sometimes a tab is opened, and it becomes the new standard setting. Not sure how to get rid of it.

Overall it's been a pleasure to work with, over the last couple years I have migrated a number of sites from Wordpress environments to Hubspot and it has been a good experience bringing more structure, organization, security and integrated marking to these sites.
Pros: Through Hubspot's CMS Hub it's easy to seamlessly integrate and develop your website with all your other marketing activities if you are using Hubspot as your main marketing platform. The CMS system makes it easy with robust themes and a versatile editor, good for beginners and advanced users. You can manage multiple domains/sites and have your analytics with it.
Cons: There is often some limitations with the web development, while you do have a high degree of control you are still a little bit constrained within their system and have to adapt to their flow of processes. That said over the past couple years they continue to develop and improve it and I find it has become much more developer friendly as time has gone on.

Easy to use interface. Customer service is never perfect, but there for a reason and does its' job.
Pros: The seamless integration with HubSpot’s CRM and marketing tools. Unlike other platforms, everything is built to work together—website, email, automation, and customer data—so you can personalize experiences and scale faster without duct-taping different systems.
Cons: The higher price compared to basic platforms. It’s not the cheapest option, but if you’re serious about growth and want powerful tools without the mess of plugins, the value is absolutely worth it.

I use it daily! It helps me organize by day by prioritizing content.
Pros: I found it very helpful with sorting out content and being able to prioritize them.
Cons: A lot of the features are paid but the free version is very good
Laura M. · Office Manager · Construction · April 10, 2025
Pros: The ease of use and how fast it is to pick up.
Cons: The fact that the first response of their support is sharing a knowledge article instead of responding exactly on what you are looking for. This is not efficient given that I am reaching out on their support as I was not able to find this info myself or did not understand their article.

Up to now, I'm very satisfied with HubSpot CMS as we can create and manage customized content experiences, with flexibility and easy connectivity among several tools and apps.
Pros: I really like the fact that you can build a website for free, even with the HubSpot logo on it.
Cons: It's not so easy to navigate since there are several features on the dashboard and sometimes it can be a challenge to find what you need right away.

Understanding our customers behavior on our site enables us to react accordingly. We stand out to be counted in the online marketplace courtesy of CMS Hub.
Pros: The prowess in creating customized experiences for website visitors is well displayed here. This way, creating a lasting trust and loyalty for our customers and increasing customer lifetime value. It is easy to customize which helps us to analyze user data and examine their changing needs and behavior while they interact with our site.
Cons: Things are flowing in the right direction. I highly feel that HubSpot CMS Hub is headed to the right direction.
Gabriel D. · B to B Strategy Consulting · Information Services · May 22, 2024
Pros: Easy to use tool that really helps you build out your blog and landing page content and put it online.
Cons: Templates are limited and and can look like a generic HubSpot landing page.
Liam K. · Digital Marketing · Hospitality · April 28, 2024
Pros: Excellent CMS option for organizations for all sizes, offers a nonprofit discount, too!
Cons: Not HubSpot's fault but can be a tough sell. Zero incentive for me to sell this to small nonprofits as I don't qualify for agency status, without having to pay for it.
Thomas S. · Marketing Director · Marketing and Advertising · December 4, 2023
Pros: Verx intuitive, easy to use. Lot of functionalities that make it extremely necessary.
Cons: Very expensive for a SME with small buget

Hubspot CRM is ideal for those who want to keep track of their potential customers and clients. Hubspot offers you the service for free and it is worth trying it at least once. Also, it is optimal for younger companies or people who do not require all the benefits of a larger CRM product like Salesforce. For larger companies wanting a CRM, I would still suggest looking into Hubspot CRM, however, an alternative like Salesforce may be more right for your company.
Pros: The ability to schedule things has been helpful. It's very quick and easy to schedule a letterhead for a contact or follow-up email after sending an email or making a call, so you don't have to try to remember or fill your calendar with lots of reminders. It helps ensure that things don't fall through the cracks. The combination with Hubspot's marketing tool is also helpful, as it's simple to understand the reason why a lead's workflows have been logged, the date they've been downloaded and the time they re-engage with our site. It is wonderful to assist in identifying when they are ready for a new contact or email.
Cons: The ability to merge companies would be helpful. Sometimes a company is made twice and currently it is only possible to get rid of the company that has the least number of interactions after moving those signals to the spreadsheet that you want to keep. It would be wonderful to be able to merge them and keep all the notes as it is possible with people. The way the quality/price of products is augured and also the way periodic sales and other particulars are handled, plus things could possibly be improved or at least possess an ability to customize based on the company's needs. It's not terrible, however, it doesn't exactly fit the prototype we have of the way we sell products and deal with our sales, so generating the right reports to get the exact numbers we need is likely to take a bit of time.

Pros: Es una herramienta muy completa y fácil de usar tanto para el equipo de ventas como para marketing
Cons: Es un poco cara y sobretodo sube mucho de precio a medida que vamos añadiendo usuarios

HubSpot CMS Hub is generally considered a powerful content management system that simplifies website management and enhances marketing efforts.
Pros: HubSpot CMS Hub is a popular content management system among digital marketers due to its user-friendly interface, seamless integration with HubSpot CRM, customization options, SEO-friendly features, and built-in analytics and reporting tools. It simplifies website management and enhances marketing efforts by providing an all-in-one solution.
Cons: HubSpot CMS Hub can be expensive compared to other CMS systems. The free version is very limited to what it offers.

Pros: Having all my marketing efforts in one place talking the same lingo has greatly increased my efficiency
Cons: There is a bit of a learning curve but once you understand it’s very easy plus there are so many helpful resources it’s simple to gain guidance

Content Management is a breeze with Hubspot CMS, but again pricing is an issue for us.
Pros: I've found that other CMS I have used are a lot less user friendly than Hubspot. In Hubspot CMS Hub all the features are easily accessible, right where I would think to look for them.
Cons: I find that this software is a lot more pricey than similar options on the market, which makes it less attractive to some smaller companies.
Jasmine S. · Marketing Consultant · Management Consulting · February 28, 2023
Pros: The fact that we can do all the work in one single platform, allowing us to check the previous contents published and to create different templates.
Cons: It's not that easy to use and it would be beneficial to have more support.

Great overall experience and the content management becomes seamless.
Pros: HubSpot in general acts as a hub for my marketing needs - Email management, content management, website content optimization and records capture. HubSpot CMS makes my website content management easier
Cons: Some features should be made free to all HubSpot license holders rather than only CMS license holders (like a freemium model).
