Thanks to the platform, we can gather feedback on our work quickly, accurately, and in real time — no more getting lost in an endless chain of emails.
Pros: ReviewStudio delivers outstanding value for money with a minimal learning curve, making it easy for our team to adopt quickly. Its strong security measures give us confidence, while seamless file sharing and real-time collaboration keep projects moving without the usual email clutter. Document management is intuitive, and the ability to access everything from any device ensures we stay productive wherever we are.
Cons: I’ve been a client for over five years, and I honestly can’t think of a single thing I dislike about the platform.

ReviewStudio has proven to be a useful tool for consolidating design reviews into one space. It’s helped us reduce email clutter and improve alignment on document revisions. That said, the learning curve for new users and the rigid UI occasionally get in the way of an otherwise solid experience.
Pros: The collaboration tools are simple and effective—being able to annotate and comment on drawings in real time is incredibly helpful. The sharing capabilities make it easy to bring vendors and internal team members into a single workflow, and the overall cost is quite reasonable for what it offers. The support staff is also responsive and willing to train and listen to feedback.

Cons: The interface feels outdated and unintuitive, which sometimes slows down the review process. Many of the features seem tailored for a narrow type of use case, which can limit flexibility for our broader construction and design workflows. Navigating through menus often takes more clicks than necessary for simple actions.

Easy onboarding and rollout, easy to use version control and comparisons. Love the ability to automatically highlight differences between two versions of an image.
Pros: ReviewStudio makes it very easy to compare versions, and the team love the ability to draw on the artwork and add comments directly. Relatively low cost for the functionality it provides. Allows external/guest reviewers which is useful for collaborating with our suppliers/printers. Easy to talk to customer service whenever needed.
Cons: Workflow notifications sometimes don't get delivered, but our product team lives in this system and the internal notification feed/page is up to date.

My experience has been very good, I am happy with it sofar. Client feedback has been positive. Easy to access it also.
Pros: The ease of use and customer communication. Being able to review multiple versions of a file. The resolution of viewing files.
Cons: Needs display of size of documents. Better measuring tools and rulers. Also needs to be able to display overprints.
Mario D. · Data processing · Printing · July 8, 2025
Overall I am happy to have a tool where I can visually track multiple projects across multiple clients and users. Being able to receive timely feedback in an easy to review list has been beneficial for everyone involved.
Pros: I like that comments are marked in place within the documents and compiled as a list for easy tracking. The dashboard is great for seeing where proofs are in process.
Cons: When approvals are made by a client early in a job before all items have been added the system removes them from the list of people who receive updates. Adding them back after can be a small, but frustrating, added step.

ReviewStudio has streamlined our entire creative review process. From design approvals to video feedback, it has saved us hours of back-and-forth emails. The ability to keep all comments and versions in one place has made our workflow much more efficient. Support is also very responsive and helpful.
Pros: The real-time collaboration features are incredibly smooth and intuitive. It’s easy to share feedback with team members, track version history, and leave precise comments on creative assets. The interface is clean and user-friendly, even for non-technical users.
Cons: The mobile experience could be more refined—some tools feel limited on smaller screens. Also, it would be great to have more integration options with project management platforms.
Brajesh S. · Manager · E-Learning · July 3, 2025
So far so good! It's pretty straight forward and user friendly. I like that the status is much more clear than it would be via email with so many cooks in the kitchen.
Pros: I like how user friendly it is. The interface is very clean and professional for our clients to view as well, which I appreciate.
Cons: I haven't really run into many issues yet. I haven't worked with it long though. So far everything seems to be running smoothly!

As an Art Director, it is vital for me to be able to review artwork, images, and videos quickly and efficiently. ReviewStudio allows me to mark up projects and leave notes. This has really helped with my teams that do not speak english as their first language. Having the visual aid for their reviews minimizes issues.
Pros: Being able to have design work, photos, and videos all in one place for quick and easy notes and markups has been really helpful for our teams working remote.
Cons: I think some of the organizational systems review studio currently has could be better. It can be a little confusing in the backend for keeping projects organized.
Ethan R. · Art Director · Retail · July 2, 2025
Overall, we have had great success using Review Studio as our internal/external proofing system. We will continue to use this product for some time to come.
Pros: Review Studio had no problem handling our 400+ page catalog, which is primarily why we use the platform. We also use the platform to manage internal proofs and reviews for other clients and projects, and have found it to be very useful in reviews and approval for web or design tasks.
Cons: I was excited about the Monday.com integration that recently came out, but we have had some trouble utilizing the integration as the connection does not seem to be reliable at this time.

our clients are really happy to use review. No need to send them the process to comment and validate their projects.
Pros: really user friendly. in production, thes graphists use it everyday, and the feedbacks from the clients are really good
Cons: the loading time to access to one review
benjamin d. · CEO · Animation · November 25, 2024
Great! it is very user friendly and has been a tremendous help in getting creative done in a timely manner across the organization.
Pros: User friendly allowing new team members to easily join the proofing process
Cons: adding new users/payment processing. it gives our organization a hard time every time we try to add a new user.
Domenique L. · Marketing Manager · Retail · November 22, 2024
Paulo T. · Arquiteto, sócio diretor · Architecture & Planning · November 22, 2024
Pros: ReviewStudio solves misunderstanding between it's users
Cons: There's nothing I dislike about ReviewStudio.
Medupi R. · Web designer · Design · April 4, 2024
Pros: Ability to put multiple reviews into a project, or put multiple files into reviews.
Cons: Markup tools could be expanded on. Also the timeline loops all the time on accident, the feature is nice but very touchy as it is.
Amado G. · Motion Designer · Marketing and Advertising · March 27, 2024
Pros: I like that you're able to tag people and it will notify them and also be able to add feedback/edits right there and then. I use it a lot and I like that for each project, no matter how many revisions were uploaded, it was still the same URL.
Cons: Nothing at this time. So far ReviewStudio is simple to use and access.
Jessica L. · Community Manager · Marketing and Advertising · March 26, 2024
Overall it's a great tool that we use daily. We couldn't run our daily operations without it.
Pros: - URL doesn't change when you upload new proofs. - you can upload multiple files (mixed file types) to the same proof
Cons: - can't add all users to a proof in one click - the commenting/assigning of tasks is clunky - communication from the company about updates and outages is poor
Stef B. · Director of Operations · Marketing and Advertising · March 26, 2024
Pros: All of the content that I am creating for my clients can be organized in one place for the clients to provide feedback on it. This saves a lot of time, and it is easy to use.
Cons: Adding emails manually every time to a new board.
Anonymous User · Project Coordinator · Architecture & Planning · March 22, 2024
Pros: Having all the feedback and uploaded references in one easy to access place online is crucial for us. It helps keep accountability on both artists and clients. Also, we prefer to support Canadian businesses.
Cons: Separating Internal and External comments would be nice. Pricing has increased over the years.
Joe F. · Principal · Architecture & Planning · March 21, 2024
We love using ReviewStudio and recommend it across the board.
Pros: My team and I consistently say "I wonder if ReviewStudio can ___" and they answer is almost always "YES!". It's the perfect tool for our program management and fielding approvals from multiple different internal and external parties.
Cons: When account support was needed it was slightly difficult to get ahold of someone, but once we did the service and support was great.
Lindsay O. · Partner Relationship Manager · Marketing and Advertising · March 20, 2024
Great experience overall and they've recently launched a new interface which I find very intuitive and easy to use.
Pros: I love that I can load graphics, PDFs and URLs for review and gather feedback and revisions all in one place. It saves me time and energy of search through my inbox for client feedback. I also like that I can tag clients with questions if needed and they can mark up specific parts of the document so I know exactly what needs revising.
Cons: The only feature I wish it had was the ability to send emaill marketing test drafts to it for review.
Sarah S. · Owner and Marketer · Marketing and Advertising · March 19, 2024
Pros: Very simple and easy to use. Clients can set up guest accounts with just their name and email address which was imperative for us.
Cons: Exporting feedback is not great - it's a difficult to use Excel spreadsheet. Other platforms provide the marked up image with all of the comments in a PDF format. Moving files around in a review is clunky.
Angela R. · Vice President of Production · Animation · March 18, 2024
Most of our clients are willing participants. We not only use it to keep track of client feedback, but we document our internal review edits there as well. It has been great knowing we've essentially captured everything we need to know about a project in one place where we can easily access the information.
Pros: The fact that we can document internal and external edits to all versions of a project and have it stored in one location.
Cons: Some of the tools aren't so intuitive and it can be easy to upload a project to the wrong spot if you aren't paying careful attention.
Regina B. · Account Executive · Marketing and Advertising · March 15, 2024
All and all its a great software at a great price point.
Pros: It does exactly what we need it to do. Go through a approval and check process for all artwork.
Cons: If something is rejected in a workflow, the work flow ends there and there is no way of creating an alternate workflow for the rejection process.
Anonymous User · Director of Technology · Food & Beverages · March 15, 2024
Overall it's very good and clients like it a lot too!
Pros: Clients like it a lot. Saves them time and all can see each others remarks. For us it's much easier and better too. Reduces the communication errors
Cons: That I have to pay for it :) and sometimes when there are issues. But they respond fast
Henk G. · Owner · Architecture & Planning · March 15, 2024
We love it and will continue to use it and we have found we may implement it in teams beyond the visualization team.
Pros: Ability to track all comments. Ability to archive comments. VERY easy to use.
Cons: Checking on comments away from a computer can be a bit tedious. An app or better UI for remote checking of comments would be nice.
