Very happy with my experience as the problem was corrected fairly quickly and [sensitive content hidden] was good to talk to. He also asked if I had anything else I needed help with.
Pros: [sensitive content hidden] was super helpful. I had to get him to call me back as I was interrupted during the call. He helped me work through my direct booking and mapping issue.
Cons: It was all good. I didn't have any concerns with the service that I was provided. I find it easier to talk on the phone rather than the chat option.

I absolutely loved using Little Hotelier. As a beginner, I found it super easy to learn and navigate without feeling overwhelmed. The interface is clean, intuitive, and just makes sense. On top of that, the support team was incredibly helpful—always quick to respond and genuinely friendly. They made the whole experience smooth from the start. Honestly, it made running things feel way less stressful.
Pros: Easy to map, easy to navigate, easy to edit the rates and rate plans, and the best channel manager I've managed.
Cons: sometimes the support team ain't helpful, but the latest support had helped me instantly. I loved it. I just hope they're consistent.

My experience has been good. I do wish I could do more customization on the website without being a developer.
Pros: It's easy to use and I am able to get assistance when I need it. I like having the app on my phone so I can take care of business on the go.
Cons: I wish there was a housekeeping module in Little Hotelier. I am the owner and I also clean the rooms but I also have help at times. I would like to be able to keep track of each of our rooms and when they were cleaned, what still needs to be done, maintenance needed, etc.

Overall, it's a solid product. I would recommend it. Easy to get started and quite powerful. It's cost effective which is great. Customer support is ever present.
Pros: Easy to use and great customer service. Easy to learn the basics and move around between the calendar and channel manager. Great customer support.
Cons: Some aspects can be confusing. Lack of multiple currencies. Inability to record extra items sold on the invoice in a chronological order. (seems like a simple fix).

Positive: it delivers all the basic options as promised. Missing some advances features, but aware of the 'basic' standard.
Pros: Straightforward functions, fast helpdesk support. Onboarding process was very easy, no nonsense approach.
Cons: Limited rate setup/functionalities: missing the ability to derive ALL room rates from one single rate.

Pros: Customer Services is great, very helpful and get to you really quick. Platform is simple and easy to use.
Cons: Reports take time to download and export. Some reports can't give you what you need. Filters can be improved.

Good service to get set up with online sessions to take you through the configuration. The pace of the sessions was very quick - ideally I would have liked a little more time to feel really confident about using the system. It did feel like the pace was driven by getting me live and starting to pay.
Pros: Like some of the additional functionality that you don't get from other PMS systems, esp the Guest Engagement features Customer service response for help has been excellent.
Cons: There are a few small but important things that I can't do that I used to be able to do in my old system. Such as setting viewing preferences for the calendar and being able to set a min age for children

I haven’t used everything yet so can’t speak to the cons, but so far it seems good to use. [sensitive content hidden] was super helpful and clear, made the onboarding process easy. As a new site, I’d definitely enjoy a lower subscription fee, but overall, great first impression.
Pros: I called to get some information as I’ve recently purchased a hotel that uses Little Hotelier. [sensitive content hidden] was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with, she answered all my questions clearly and confidently. I left the call with a much better understanding and really appreciated both her support and the system provided by Little Hotelier.
Cons: i cant thin of anything yet, but i will let you know is something dose come up sofart it seame good to ues

My experience was a win win all the way around I could not have gotten any luckier [sensitive content hidden] is a wonderful communicator and he knew exactly what my issues were and I know he could sense my stress and frustration, I love technology I just wish I was more educated in the field. [sensitive content hidden] is extremely educated he knows Little hotelier platform inside and out and backwards and forwards he was patient kind considerate and so very helpful I would like to thank him again. If not for his knowledge I would have probably abandoned this software and gone back to the company I use to have. I used the same company for 21 years and the gentleman retired and a new owner purchased the company and things started to become difficult to navigate. I feel so refreshed and much better all because of [sensitive content hidden] honestly no joke he really stayed by my side until I was able to reach my goal thank you again
Pros: I had an extremely hard time yesterday and today I spoke with [sensitive content hidden] and he literally saved my day week month and year it was [sensitive content hidden] I liked the most
Cons: absolutely no cons it was easy to follow his instructions, I was using another company for years and I was able to pick up the phone and call and speak to them directly they would take over my computer and fix the problems that I created due to my lack of understanding, it took me time to get use to texting back and forth with reps from hotelier and I now today for the very first time found [sensitive content hidden] and he was wonderful it was as if I was actually speaking to him on the phone instead of having to text him

Pros: fast response support, issues get solved in matter of minutes not days. it supports my local ota platforms.
Cons: less functions on mobile app vs web app. had to open laptop more frequently for simple tasks you can rather use a mobile phone.

Little hotelier is a great booking system, it has not got all the bells and whistle of some other systems but it is quite simple to use over all. The support or help required from a simple phone is exceptional ,they seem to have a lot of patience and experience in there knowledge of the app.
Pros: Very easy to use the front desk of the program, as a new comer to system i found it very negatable
Cons: Back end of system is a little hard to understand the steps required to add rooms and rates

I receive the help I need when using the chat. Questions/concerns I have are clearly explained.
Pros: It's pretty straight forward to use. The calendar is easy to read and creating reservations and blocks are simple.
Cons: There is not a phone number to call and get help. It does not work well on my computer or tablet and I have to reload the entire platform after doing only 3 things. The only advice on this was to go through incognito/private browsing, which worked but is not convenient.

Good, but the text notification of bookings/cancellations disappear - you are unable to refer back to them

After setup is done, easy doing. Really helpfull, as wellas the user managing is easy.
Pros: After setup is done, easy doing. Little Hotelier app on IOS is working good.
Cons: If you not working on Little Hotelier and you come back after some minutes and want to open a reservation it's not possible. First you have to reload the page. It's not depending the browser and/or cookies setting/history... Little Hotelier app on Android is not reloading automatically, not an issue of phone or setting.
