Pros: The platform is very easy to use and offers a wide selection of gift card options to meet what I need.

Cons: While the platform is easy to use, it could improve by offering more variety in gift cards, plus at times, the process felt slightly slow especially during peak usage.

Pros: The ease of use is exceptional. And it truly aids employee engagement. Without a doubt, very little customer support is needed. No bugs or issues makes it a great value.

Cons: There is nothing negative to report. If there was, I would certainly share it. But as things stand. Great tool!

Pros: Ease of use. Was very easy to find what i was looking for. Also breakdown of what everything costs

Cons: More opportunities to earn. Maybe points for being with in addition to what received from employer(s).

Pros: The service was great and the interface was easy and engaging to use. They had a variety of gift cards and products that are actually helpful and appealing

Cons: That some of the things where a bit different or unavailable. But in the end, I was able to get things that pleased me.

Pros: Had a variety of options available. Was simple step by step instruction. Received award quickly with no Hassel getting it set up.

Cons: Had one issue when my card wouldn’t add to my wallet on my apple phone it was taken care of over a brief phone call .

Pros: Love that I can write my own reasons for awarding a team member! Sometimes just enjoy scrolling through to see what others write!

Cons: I'd like a link to award grom every email they send about updates, but that's not a dealbreaker for me.

Pros: The ability to pay out my points as gift cards. The wide variety has gotten even broader and now I can practically shop for ANYTHING on here with my points.

Cons: I wish the search feedback was a bit more organized, when I am looking up a reward to spend my point on, there is little reason to how the results are presented.

Pros: Easy to use. Finding merchandise that you're looking for is very easy.What's also compatible with amazon.

Cons: Logging in. Keeps saying my password is wrong. I ke.\nEp, putting in the password that I know is correct, but it's still comes up.That's the wrong password.

Pros: It's extremely rewarding to build up points that I earned and get things for my house. So far, I have been able to get a light fixture and a kitchen faucet. Those are just two major things I've been able to purchase but I've used it for presents and other items too!

Cons: I can't think of anything I don't like about Awardco. I think it's an amazing incentive. I do wish I could give more than 1 point to someone deserving of atleast 5.

Pros: Very easy to understand the process to process my award. Option to request a plastic gift card is very appreciated.

Cons: I didn't find anything that I did not like. The system is very easy to understand and complete quickly.

Pros: I like the automated part of the Awardco system. It helps to shorten the process which used to take much longer to gather resources from local businesses.

Cons: Sometimes I have employees who don't think there is enough selection available, so they end up selecting something they really didn't want.

Pros: The benefits that you guy provide for me and the employees haven't had no bugs and issues while the app

Cons: Nothing loves the value for money, learning curve, gift cards, and the customer support you guys provide each and every day is amazing.

Pros: Awardco is a great tool to encourage the team to give praise to others and helps to make it a routine habit of positive shouting out of other coworkers. While we aren't given many credits, I do feel that it's till a good value for the money. The low amount does prevent you feeling like you have to struggle to use all of your credits up.

Cons: Customer service response time. I had an issue during the holidays and tried to reach out, but was not able to get a quick response back. There wasn't any posted holiday hours listed I could find. They did get back to me and handle the issue after the holiday however. I'm happy with the resolution, but would've liked a faster response back to me.

Pros: Recognition on daily work perform duties.

Cons: only get Awardco few time at year.

Pros: I love being able to applaud my peers who truly believe in cross functional collaboration and teamwork. I truly appreciate them.

Cons: My only compliant with Awardco is that I don't have ample points to share so I find myself waiting to give high notes the following month.

Pros: What I liked most about Awardco was the ability to pick out my gifts that I really wanted. Something I could actually use everyday.

Cons: I had a hard time trying to figure out how to use my points. Had to get assistance from someone here onsite to show me how to navigate through the page. I don't remember using Customer Support. I initially wanted a gift card but it wasn't available for me to receive.

Pros: I appreciate the options to choose awards from both company-branded items and online retailers with a wide variety of products. I appreciate how easy it is to use awards and that the "costs" are clearly identified.

Cons: I'm not thrilled that it partners with online retailers that already dominate the online shopping experience.

Pros: Great for budgeting. Using points really help save money. not too expensive to purchase by using points

Cons: receiving points for recognition and years of service. Felling very much appreciated from their leaders.

Pros: Customer service without a doubt! I like everything that i had to call them about especially the speed they wwere able to complete what i needed in.

Cons: Nothing not to like so far so good!! I cant complain about anything right now so honestly top notch service!

Pros: Fun to see accomplishments. Employee able to choose how, when, where to use card. Great reward system. Felt like the team listened and heard my concerns. Money to points equivalent.

Cons: Unable to get physical visa card, ability to use ecard in rural area. However, staff were awesome noting process, with step by step directions. Points for cash excellent.

Pros: Awardco is very easy to use and a good way to reward employees. The site is great and fun to use. It is perfect to show employee's that they are valued

Cons: There was not anything that I did not like about the site. The site was very easy to use and was very user friendly.

Pros: I liked the variety of different award options--there were a lot of different awards to choose from.

Cons: Navigating the site was a little cumbersome. I also thought that they could have made it clearer that the gift options from Amazon weren't limited to just the gifts listed on the Awardco site. I found out through trial and error that I could type in an item from the Amazon site into the Awardco search box and it would then be available for selection as an award.

Pros: It was extremely easy to navigate the site. Very user friendly, and can easily be done with your phone. Great gift/cash card options to choose from.

Cons: The only negative thing I can think of is that the card was not given immediately. It was still available within a reasonable time frame though.
