Exercise.com provides an all-in-one platform that makes it easy to manage clients, programming, billing, scheduling, and communication in one place. The system is streamlined, customizable, and eliminates the need for multiple apps, which saves time and keeps everything organized.
Pros: One of the biggest upsides has been working with [sensitive content hidden] . She is incredibly responsive to my emails, always follows up quickly, and consistently provides clear solutions whenever problems come up. Having that level of support has made the entire experience smoother and more efficient.
Cons: One area that could be improved is the online help and search functionality. While the support team is excellent, the self-service resources can be a bit limited. Expanding the help section and making it easier to search for articles or troubleshooting steps would make it much quicker to find answers on the fly without needing to reach out directly.

Overall, so far it has really helped my online practice and helps me deliver my plans and programs easily to my clients.
Pros: I love the customer support provided. My customer success manager [sensitive content hidden] has been so helpful along the way. She continues to go above and beyond to help me understand the system and utilize it in ways that work for my business.
Cons: Learning the back end of the software is challenging and certain aspects aren't as straight forward as they could be.

The team is just great! You can always reach them and they help you troubleshoot until it’s sorted out. Appreciate them.
Pros: It gives me the flexibility to create what I want in terms of trainer or client view. Additionally, anything I change gets updated in real-time.
Cons: There are a lot of features so there are times where I think I checked it but I did not but overall I appreciate the flexibility.

Overall good. We love our rep, but we've struggled at times to get the features that we need out of the software. It it difficult at times for all of us at the company to fully understand what some features do, and why other features don't exist. But overall it does the job for us.
Pros: The customer relations. Our customer relations agent, [sensitive content hidden], is one of the best I've ever worked with. She is extremely responsive and super helpful.
Cons: Their features are clunky - there are just so many of them that we don't use. Sometimes when we do attempt to use a feature, it doesn't work the way we would expect it to work.

I found exercise.com after working with another platform for several years, and being totally frustrated with it. I was looking for customer support for my number one goal, ease-of-use, and the ability to build and scale my app. It is still in the creation process, but my experience so far has been nothing but wonderful.
Pros: Customer support is the best! Thank you [sensitive content hidden]! These two have been so helpful in creating my app.
Cons: There is nothing I don’t like about exercise.com so far. I have had nothing but great interactions with everyone so far.

As a new customer very refreshing to have a business that responds promptly answers all the questions in the timely manner and it's helpful in allowing us to determine the best options for what our service would need at our two gym locations. Pros: We are in a process of migrating to exercise.com from another software provider and have found that the team has so far has been very helpful welcoming and engaging and answering all our questions and very prompt to respond to our inquiries and we are looking forward to having a great experience switching over and utilizing exercise.com for our two gym locations.
Cons: None to list at this time as we are in the process of migrating over to Exercise.com. from Mindbody which has been a horrible experience

It is has been good. [sensitive content hidden] has really helped me learn how to navigate the dashboard more efficiently. I'm a bit worried that the finished app will not be intuitive or easy for clients to use in terms of finding workouts that fit their needs quickly.
Pros: The people I have interacted with. [sensitive content hidden] is super helpful on each of our weekly calls. It is pretty intuitive I guess however it has been really helpful for [sensitive content hidden] to walk me through things that I was not able to quickly figure out on my own.
Cons: I don't know what I don't know. I don't like that there are not video demos with woman for every exercise option. It was really hard to get things moving in the app development process with the DUNS protocol. The wording for marketing help provided by Exercise.com is very misleading. Marketing to me means helping get my finalized app marketed via social media not just how I can write emails and texts to already existing clients.

Pros: I like that trainers can add in videos demonstrating the exercises and can include a rest timer on higher intensity workouts.
Cons: I do not like when I get logged out of my workout even when I hit "log" in the top right corner. Every now and then it will glitch.

Pros: First of all, shoutout to Sage especially through the entire process of helping me get set up with my online coaching app for my business. From dealing with issues w/ Apple, technical difficulties, and obstacles that challenged my business at every turn, she helped me through each hurdle with incredible guidance and extreme timeliness. I was worried that my app wasn’t going to be done in time for launch, but she ensured to make it happen two weeks early!! The team is amazingly helpful and exercise.com as a whole is 100% worth it.
Cons: I wasn’t aware going into this how much outside work was going to have to happen and how long it would take to verify my business with all these outside services, but Sage helped guide me through it all!

Being able to enter all my clients in the one platform and generate reports as required to be able to do my payroll
Pros: Being able to organise all my clients in the one portal, being able to enter all the details of my teachers in the one platform and generate reports for my payroll as well as for my earnings for the week is super useful for my business.
Cons: Nothing I disliked, everything Exercise offers is useful for my company, I seriously couldn't fault it, I couldn't run my business without it.

Working with Sage has been hands-down the best onboarding experience I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly responsive, proactive, and detail-oriented—always one step ahead with thoughtful follow-ups and solutions before I even have to ask. Her initiative and commitment to making sure everything runs smoothly are unmatched. If you’re looking for someone who truly takes ownership and brings a high level of professionalism to client success, Sage is it.
Pros: Quick responses and good at taking initiative. They were patient waiting for my responses, and really good at knowing what I most likely struggling with and proactively following up to help me stay on task.
Cons: Just like any system, there’s a learning curve, as well as a couple things that don’t line up perfectly with my business. But the pros far away the cons.

Pros: Ease of use. Integration with Kisi. All in one system. Ability to manage things in one piece of software is super nice.
Cons: Billing reporting needs some refinement. Trying to find things like exact billing and expected billing requires a lot of reports and some manual export.

From sign up to just about to getting our app launched, exercise.com has been helpful every step of the way. There's been someone available at any time of the day outside of onboarding meetings to get any technical issues solved quickly and any bigger system errors have been dealt with and solved with urgency.
Pros: Great success team that helps get you exactly what you want.
Cons: Nothing. I have yet to come across an issue or feature exercise.com hasn't been able to set up for me or find an alternative for.

Pros: I really enjoy the software's interface and dynamic business tools. However, my CSM, [sensitive content hidden], has been the absolute BEST and has truly been invaluable to my experience at Exercise.com. I've learned so much from him with each meeting and he has always been willing to help me whenever I needed him. He's the best!
Cons: There aren't a lot of apps that I am able to integrate into my platform and the products tools are very limited. I would like to sell products directly on the platform, but it seems as though I would need an additional app, which I am then unable to integrate directly into the web platform.

My experience with exercise.com so far has been amazing. Multiple people in house working with me to get my needs fulfilled. Super kind and workable people. I love how customizable the app and programming is as well.
Pros: Working with a developer in house on a weekly / biweekly basis for ongoing support.
Cons: If I had to be picky it would be about the time it takes to launch the app - but that is part of the process. I don't mind because it makes the product more valuable.
