Applauz Recognition

Pros: The ability to publicly recognize agents and make them feel good about the work they do. I love the idea of the marketplace and points. Great motivator and morale booster.

Cons: The marketplace could have better variety.

Pros: I like the social space that allows the employees to share events and activities

Cons: The market can be difficult, I had issue with filtering

Pros: I enjoy being able to learn about the great things my colleagues are doing!

Cons: There is nothing I do not like about Applauz!

Pros: We can get gifts for our efforts . Bring our two shops together a bit more

Cons: Gifts are very expensive for the amount of points we need.

Pros: It helps keep the agents and supervisors engaged and enables positive communication.

Cons: I have only positive things to say about the site.

Pros: I love how the entire team has the ability to recognize and shout out any employee or department and also All employees are involved.

Cons: the decline in Applauz points given lol but I love the points and use them

Pros: I like the ability to use points the way I think is best for me.

Cons: The catalogue of items to purchase with points could be slightly more organized but overall this is a very minor issue.

Pros: It was easy to search for items I was interested in with great info about the product.

Cons: I didn't experience any problems so I can't think of what I like least about Applauz Recognition.

Pros: The way that it encourages you to keep doing your work when receiving recognition.

Cons: There are no options to add books or music.

Pros: I enjoy how easy it is to keep in touch with many different coworkers from across multiple departments and locations within the company.

Cons: At first, it takes a bit of time to get used to navigating the website. After practicing a bit, however, it becomes pretty intuitive.

Pros: the points giving and the easy way to redeem is quite simple

Cons: the limited perks and gift card options for the island

Pros: Values and recognizes the hard work of our employees.

Cons: The conversion of points to money. Items are very expensive.

Pros: I like how easy it is to recognize and compliment other employees

Cons: The only con I have is having to search for something that I missed when I was off or on vacation.

Pros: Getting rewarded and recognized about our efforts in our jobs.

Cons: No complain or dislikes whatsoever regarding the application/site.

Pros: You get to be noticed by other employees

Cons: The items are a little too costly, would like to get more ways to earn applause points.

Pros: everything ,availably to express my self

Cons: the occurs ,the features. and icons , the flow

Pros: I actually feel like my work here get recognized; my efforts don't go unnoticed. And most importantly we get to give others praise for their hard work. A great way to socialize with others.

Cons: I have no issues with the recognition,

Pros: People can share their values and attitudes and happiness

Cons: Loading slow and the categories of products are not enough

Pros: it is fun to do and the points you can accure

Cons: the recognition points should be more for the things we do

Pros: Being recognized can change your whole mood, it lets you know people are thinking about the good things you do and not your mistakes you make.

Cons: I don't have any dislikes at this time :)

Pros: Allows for extra incentives for work we are already doing.

Cons: I haven't quite figured out the value changes between tiers for the gift card redemptions.
