Amazing customer service. That is their strongest point for sure! T hey respond to any issues I have almost immediately
Pros: I like that it is more affordable than most. They have a seasonal option which also helps with cost. Customers love the aesthetic of it and it works very well with lots of options.
Cons: The activity engine did not work for our needs as it is quite basic. The housekeeping app is also very basic and I wish it had more functionality for time tracking etc.

Cons: The pressure to switch to the new credit card processing company and being penalized for not. I feel any customer who was previously with Webrez before the buyout should have been grandfathered in to our original contract and pricing.

From the initial conversation with Soti to my training with [sensitive content hidden] , I have had such a positive experience and would recommend this software to anyone looing for a PMS.
Pros: The simple, user-friendly platform as well as the extensive training and support available. It helped me go from a paper system that was all over the place to an organized system I can access from anywhere!
Cons: I have no cons so far! I have been using the system for 3 months now and every issue have come across

Overall, my experience has been very positive. The system has improved efficiency, helped reduce manual work, and made managing reservations and guest communication much easier. It’s a reliable property management solution that continues to improve and works well for day-to-day operations.
Pros: WebRezPro is very user-friendly and easy to learn, even for new staff. The cloud-based system makes it convenient to access reservations and guest information from anywhere. I especially like the automation features, reporting tools, and how smoothly it integrates with online booking channels. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever assistance is needed.
Cons: Some features can take time to fully customize to specific property needs, and certain reports require extra setup to get exactly the desired format. At times, the interface can feel slightly dated and a few workflows could be more streamlined to reduce clicks.

For the first 6 years, things were very good. Since the acquisition by FullSteam, the focus, pride, wanting to do business in a reputable and hotel-focused fashion is gone. I cannot say anything good about fullsteam.
Pros: WebRezPro is a decent bit of software, but things have gone very much downhill since they were acquired by FullSteam. They have shifted from attempting to put out a great PMS, to seemingly solely figuring out how to squeeze their existing client base for "below the line dollars" by forcing you to switch to their payment processing.
Cons: When considering their payment processing, they absolutely refuse to put their best foot forward unless you prove to them exactly what you are paying elsewhere. Their initial "best foot forward" was roughly 10x what they came back with after we capitulated and provided them statements....and getting things in writing from them was like pulling teeth. When we made it clear that having our payment provider be the same as the PMS was a problem from a future competition standpoint, and asked them to lock in their margin at a fixed rate or tied to inflation, they refused. They have now given us 2 months notice that they are nearly tripling our monthly price for WebRezPro unless we switch to their payment provider....full well knowing that changing PMSes is not a 2 month project, especially for a small property. Its straight up bully tactics holding us hostage.

User-friendly and works great for small businesses. Best customer/technical support when I need help.
Pros: This software is user-friendly, and you can access it from anywhere once you have an internet connection. The availability charts are fantastic. All the custom and financial reports are easy to generate to provide you with all the necessary data on your business. Compared to other PMS, Webrez Pro is affordable.
Cons: I would like to see a report that shows advance deposits taken, deposits allocated, and the balance.

Pros: WebRezPro has just about everything you need to handle reservations and daily operations. It offers useful reports, flexible rate options, and connects well with other systems like AirBnB. It seems that it works well for small to medium sized properties, and the support team is always quick and helpful when you need them.
Cons: The interface can feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially for staff who don’t log in every day. Some features aren’t as intuitive as they could be, and it may take extra training or repetition before users become comfortable navigating the system. While powerful, the learning curve can be a barrier for occasional users.

I have used WebRezPro for over five years, and I have never had any issues with the operating system or customer service. This is a go-to if you are in the hospitality business.
Pros: WebRezPro makes running your lodging business simple. The setup is user-friendly and secure, and customer support is prompt and helpful. They are also priced for your market or room count. There are no hidden fees all of their contracts are straightforward.
Cons: Adding QB directly into the system would be a bonus, but it is not a deal breaker. They have a reliable reporting system that is easily extracted and put into QB separately.

Pros: I really don't like anything about it. I have used much simpler software, and WebREZ is constantly updating and changing things as if it's Facebook. Each upgrade becomes worse.
Cons: There's TOO MUCH on the screen all the time, especially when viewing guest folios. It's overwhelming. Settings are also overwhelming and it's very confusing when there are so many settings that could easily be reduced rather than all the repetition. I miss the old versions arrival/departure view and the old versions recent reservations tab. The recent reservations tab is now completely pointless.

so good. Webrez customer service is the best. the platform is complicated and detailed. the more I learn, the more I realize I have so much learning to do. your support staff are patient and understanding.
Pros: the video/shared screen was so helpful in navigating my questions
Cons: although the training videos are helpful, in my case - I am not the one to have set up the system from start - it means at times I have a hard time finding exactly what I'm looking for.

I have been using the product for at least five years and can’t complain!
Pros: The customer service is great! They have worked well with my property, which is not run as a typical hotel. I love the calendar features and access to the housekeeping app is wonderful.
Cons: I think my only suggestion would be to change some of the menus to be more user-friendly. They aren’t difficult, but they require more steps than necessary.

Excellent. Clunky at times and I feel a little lost on how to do exactly what I’m trying to do, but overall we love WRP and would be disinclined to change platforms.
Pros: The crown jewel of your product is the service and support. Your team is exceptionally knowledgeable about the product and is generally able to help us solve problems quickly. This is why we have already praised WRP to others including hotels in our area.
Cons: Even though we love v11 after the upgrade, and it’s a strong step forward, I still feel like WRP is not a design-first platform. I think you’ve made a choice to be packed with options and configurations that make sense for a lot of companies but I wonder if some features might be better off hidden in an “advanced” menu. Or perhaps more tool tips to help us understand the impact of each thing. On that note, when we first started I loved the documentation but now it’s a bit of a pain point for me. I think it could be enhanced and expanded with, ideally, an extensive faq or even a knowledge base built by users.

It has been challenging, but it is working.
Pros: That it integrates with other systems. Any integration that allows us to use a different system is helpful.
Cons: We find it extremely opaque and counterintuitive. It takes us repeated attempts to remember/learn how to do some of the simplest tasks. I hate to be so critical, but it feels shockingly difficult to use, especially since it’s clearly just a series of binary conditions. It just does not feel as robust as a modern system should feel, in our opinion.

Pros: Very user friendly with a multitude of different booking options, fully customizable to each business type.
Cons: There needs to be more consistency between different accounting sections of Webrez. One example: Invoices created under an owners profile from owner list don't show when pulling the owner from a search (accounting --> customer search) and vice versa. Actions within an owners profile, under owners list, often generate an error. This has been occurring for several years.

The overall experience could be summarized in one word.... frustrating. The integration with other POS systems is extremely poor. For example, gross amount of room charges from the restaurant are recognized as revenue although they include taxes payable and service charges payable. According to their support, this is the way they do it and cannot be changed. The accounting reports are worthless and do not match the reports from the POS systems.
Pros: The program is fairly easy when it comes to front end features.
Cons: The program does not fully integrate with other POS systems. The accounting platform is extremely poor.

Great! Any issues are always solved quickly and the system has been very reliable. I use it all day almost everyday, especially in the summer and an outage would wreck my business so I appreciate their website always being accessible. Hopefully an app or more mobile friendly website becomes available soon.
Pros: The customer service! I love the ability to email a question at anytime and get a response in the same day. I also like that WebRezPro is pretty good at continuously adding new helpful features. Also, the payment integration with authorize.net has been a game changer!
Cons: It's not mobile friendly. I prefer the interactive calendar and it's not an option on an iPad or iPhone. I would also like an easier way to switch people around from room to room.

Mostly positive.. It is quite easy to use, but there has to be other quick functions like checking in all guests from a group at one time, or checking them all out at one time. running all credit card transactions for check in at one time, or pre-authing all credit cards at one time on a busy weekend things like this to make the process go quicker. After 2 years on Webrez, there is still a lot of things I need to learn.
Pros: I love that if I have a questions I can reach out to support and I get a response back within 30 minutes.. I love how easy it is to move rooms around in the interactive calendar.
Cons: For groups, if you miss one thing it will not hold the rooms, or you get errors.. and the block does not hold the rooms. As the GM I can not override things unless I unlock them for all to override.
