Over almost 20 years their platform has evolved to better meet the needs of their clients.
Pros: I've been with SubHub since 2008. I have nothing but praise for this organisation. The nicest things for me is the continuity, year after year I deal with the same folk. They obviously like being with SubHub, so do I.
Cons: Can't think of anything negative. They have always delivered for me

Pros: They answered me promptly even though I contacted them on a Sunday. They addressed my urgent issue right away and provided a solution right away! They were terrific.
Cons: I prefer to focus on the great service Subhub provides.

I was handed the responsibility of a overwhelming, near impossible project, and from day 1 subhub has helped and followed through with excellent services, great information and a kind supportive personal touch.
Pros: SubHub has consistently met my expectations and constantly went above and beyond to keep me in top shape excicutiting, my demands for keeping business thriving and consistent with a high quality standards.
Cons: My main complaint is that SubHub, runs so smoothly, that it magnifying many other companies and their lack of professionalism and efficiency.

SubHub provides virtually all the functionality our organization needs, without the complexity of our previous site. The crew at SubHub has been very helpful in making the changeover and have responded quickly to any issues we encountered. We now have a site that our members can administer w/o becoming webrocket scientists.
Pros: SubHub does nearly all we need our site to do, and because it allows us to integrate an external forms program onto our web pages, gets us even closer to 100%. It's simple and intuitive to set up, and easy to work with. It will allow our board members and volunteers to take on some of the work that only a few of us were able to handle previously in WordPress.
Cons: It's not as flexible/extensible as our previous WordPress site, but WordPress' extensibility was what turned our previous site into a nightmare tangle of plugins that seemed to spend more time arguing with one another than doing their jobs for us.

My experience with SubHub has been exemplary. Whenever I have needed assistance the customer service response is quick and helpful. Every interaction has resulted in a solution to m my satisfaction.
Pros: Easy to Build Website drag and drop and ready made templates. Able to manage course content, membership content, digital product store and community.
Cons: Minor things like updating DNS records require Sub Hub customer service assistance.

Overall SubHub is good for small businesses or getting started in website management. The support team is extremely helpful and responds quickly which is why I chose SubHub based on the reviews. For the cost and quality and features I am pleased with SubHub
Pros: The customer support is excellent. I get a response either same day or next day and the staff is very helpful.
Cons: I wish there were more templates to choose from. On the back end there are some features that I don't think it is as user friendly as AEM or some other web management sites I have used but once you get use to the back end system it's okay for me to navigate and make my updates.

My overall experience with subhub website building was absolutely great.
Pros: SubHub was very patient with my ideas, length of time it took me to get started, my work schedule and very understanding of my lack of technical experience with website building. They were absolutely great and easy to work with.
Cons: When it comes to complaints, I have to admit that I cannot come up with any. They have been super great at helping me throughout the whole process.

Great experience with SubHub - they helped us launch our first subscription-based whole-food-plant-based website.
Pros: Super easy to use software, webpage development, and content management. Easy integration with Stripe, and monthly membership renewals managed automatically by the software. Support staff - outstanding, offering not only technical help & advice but also willing to help with webpage "look & feel" & SEO suggestions too; very quick to respond to questions and the few issues that arose. And all at a great value / price.
Cons: The forums section needs more development - very rudimentary functionality and a little clunky to use both from an admin and user perspectives.

Friendly, rapid support and easy design make this an excellent website builder.
Pros: Sub Hub has an easy-to-use and easy-to-read design format.
Cons: The ability to create a copy of a website would complement the excellent design functions.

My experience with my support contact, [sensitive content hidden], has been outstanding. Being a "one man operation" I did not have the time to focus 100% on building and launching the site. [sensitive content hidden] was very available and easy to work with.
Pros: I recently started using SubHub for my membership website, and it has exceeded my expectations. This platform offers an impressive range of features and functionalities that make managing my membership site a breeze. The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly. Setting up my membership levels, creating content, and managing member profiles was easy. For my use, SubHub is an exceptional membership platform that checks all the boxes I need.
Cons: There isn’t anything I dislike. If I had a wishlist, it would be great if SubHub could integrate a community platform like Skype or Facebook.

Pros: Subhub lets us have a corner in the internet where users can access the content relevant to them. It's great to use the the customer service is awesome where I'm able to get help right away when issues come up.
Cons: The webbuilder could be updated and the storage platform is a bit hard to use.

My experience with SubHub has been absolutely outstanding! [sensitive content hidden] was able to take our idea and design a beautiful website for it. She somehow truly understood what we wanted with very little direction from us. Everything we wanted is there, plus some amazing, perfect touches! The developers were able to make the modifications we wanted to give the website the functionality we needed. The actual product (the membership website) is organized well, looks good, works well, and is user friendly. I cannot speak high enough about how pleasant SubHub is to work with. [sensitive content hidden] is so delightful and approachable and very talented. Every communication we had with other SubHub employees was very positive. Much appreciation! :)
Pros: Customer service- Off the charts!Website Design- Excellent!Modification to website (from by the developers)- Excellent!
Cons: This is challenging as we are so pleased! There are a couple of tiny things that we would like, or at least we think we would like...-Email All feature able to send photos-Photos able to be uploaded to the forum (or a page, by members, in addition to profile)That's all I can think of!

The team is amazing. They respond quicky and follow-up to check if any additional support is needed.
Pros: The platform has a lot of features all integrated together which is fantastic.
Cons: There are more features coming on the roadmap. Looking forward to having paid events built into the offerings.

Overall, having setup and used many different online learning tools for clients, I'm pleased with the SubHub experience and the support teams response time.
Pros: I love that sub hub allows you to easily manage content as well as have a membership site. Their support team always responds within 24 hours and that alone makes anything that isn't perfect just perfect. Getting support with tools in today's environment is not an easy task.
Cons: The home page builder and building landing pages could use some additional flexibility with the types of content you can add.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about SubHub. 10 years ago, when I was searching for a company to help me create and host a subscription based membership fitness site, I researched many different options. SubHub was the least expensive by far. They have provided me such amazing customer service over these 10 years. Whenever I have a question or an issue, they have always made me feel like they care. They respond quickly and will offer phone call conversations to help as well as detailed tutorials to help me learn how to do things on my end on my own. The ease of use and the low cost on my end has made this side business so enjoyable.
Pros: Cost to me as the owner was much less expensive than other options I looked at.The customer service has always made me feel like they really cared and went out of their way to help me with any problems or questions I had.The ease of use
Cons: I would still like an easy way to transition those members who try it for a month free to a regular, paid membership. It has always felt a bit clunky
Bekah M. · Owner · Health, Wellness and Fitness · January 31, 2023
Pros: The support is fast and helpful. I feel like the team is on my side.
Cons: There is a learning curve and the tutorials could be expanded a bit.
John G. · CEO · Health, Wellness and Fitness · January 27, 2023
Updating my corporate image, store, course availability, and outreach
Pros: Member Management, Website Builder, and Support Staff. Also, The Development Staff. They all were and are very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, courteous, and took a valued interest in me and my goals.
Cons: I will have to use this more often myself before I feel comfortable responding here.

Cons: En general no hay nada del software que no me guste.

Supports me to have a one-stop membership site to engage my clients with and grow our online business from.
Pros: The software allows a nice, tight way to launch a new membership site. We brought a lot of content generated during the pandemic and were looking for a way to bundle it in flexible ways for our customers as part of a growing eco-system of wellness through movement learning pathways. I worked with a developer to set up and launch the site - it looks good and has all of the features we want at the moment.
Cons: It is a somewhat limited website design environment - I appreciated the constraints to keep things simple to set up (but not simplistic design) with clear messaging to prospective and subscribed clients.

From a solution point of view, it's hard to find an equivalent software that has all the features of SubHub under one roof. The learning curve is a a bit steep at first but the outcomes are good.
Pros: SubHub is a good out-of-the-box solution for creating pages, products and courses under one portal and replaces the need to use several pieces of software.
Cons: The interface is clean and easy to navigate itself, however, the terminology at times, makes it confusing to work with. This is because it has both a public and member of the interface to content with. It's a good feature but you really have to have some planning in place in order to use it effectively.
Mark R. · Director · Design · October 9, 2022
Pros: I was able to learn how to apply everrything I knew I needed, fairly easily and effortlessly. The support team is GREAT! They answer questions quickly and professionally, so I can take the next steps myself.
Cons: Knowing how to make things work for me was a bit of a learning curve (that continues!) - see the note about their support team.

I use SubHub for my real estate investor community. People can connect in the forums and answer questions. We also use it to host courses, videos, e-books, and blog articles.
Pros: The software is intuitive and easy to use. The changes occur instantly. But my favorite aspect of SubHub is the customer service. The team is very responsive, and they are committed to working with me until I have a clear resolution on something.
Cons: I originally did not want a "news feed" but I'm starting to feel this could be an attractive feature for members.
Brian C. · Owner · Real Estate · August 2, 2022
I am a solo teacher. I have never worked with anyone else, and I will probably not work with anyone else other than my students. I teach one-on-one lessons. But I have launched a subscription service on the side so that I could have more income security. SubHub is that solution. I don't have a lot of members, but the current members are very pleased with the website. They think I am actually a great programmer! SubHub is an instant credibility booster for a solo operator like me.
Pros: I do like everything about SubHub. First, it's very easy to manage my website using their system. Whenever I need help, I can go to the tutorials — both written and recorded — and find a step-by-step solution. So far, I have found all answers to my questions in the tutorial section. And whenever I need extra help, support comes in quickly. They respond quickly, they are attentive, and their extremely effective. SubHub also has a course platform. I don't really sell courses. But I have made a few and included them in the membership to make it more valuable. And the course platform is functional, easy to use, and — if you sell courses — can become quite profitable. Oh, and I also sell ebooks on my site through Subhub's e-commerce functionality.
Cons: There isn't really anything that I don't like about SubHub. If I have to point out anything, I would say the general user interface looks solid, but a bit outdated. I mean, it looks "old". But it has never had any impact on my experience with them. I have used other software and products that were shiny and good-looking but not as functional as SubHub's.
