Pros: What i like most about okta is how easy it makes access management. The single sign on feature is really convenient it says time and it is of remembering multiple passwords it also has strong security features like multiple authentication which gives us confidence that our system are well protected all its amplifies both user access and admin control

Cons: One thing that could be improve is the user interface its functional but not always very intitute special for new users also in set up an integration can you bit Complex and many require some technical expertise

Cons: What I liked least about Okta is that its interface and administrative setup can feel complex, especially for new users or smaller teams without dedicated IT support. Additionally, troubleshooting issues can sometimes be time-consuming, particularly when dealing with authentication errors or integration mismatches. There are also occasional concerns with pricing, as costs can add up quickly depending on the features and scale needed. Overall, while Okta is highly capable, the learning curve and complexity can be a drawback.

Pros: Okta helped keep our data secure. The MFA system was great and easy to user. Getting users set up was easy too.

Cons: I had a few cons, it was sometimes really slow and sometimes the "keep me logged in" feature did not work. I get the 2FMA things but why have the option if it does not work?

Pros: Okta provided a clear and easy way to verify and streamline onboarding at one of my first jobs in Los Angeles. The user interface was clean and simlpe, the verification process allowed me to manage my passwords without worrying about data leaks, all without an insane learning curve.

Cons: While I only used Okta for a short period of time, I think the one thing I'd build on would be the cloud integrations. While they exist, at the time Okta seemed just one step behind.

Pros: The ability to integrate with all of our cloud offerings as well as our on prem installed software. The integration and ease of use makes it an Easy go to solution.

Cons: Some of our on prem tools did t have documentation on how to integrate but we were able to figure it out with the support

Pros: Once Okta is installed on your mobile device, it's really a breeze to get the dual-factor authentication done.

Cons: I have to authenticate myself 20 times a day, but that's probably the point of this security feature. Having facial recognition does make the process a lot smoother.

Pros: It's quite easy to use. It's widely compatible with a wide range of services. Support, the few times that we've needed them, have been responsive and quite helpful. We've worked with their Professional Services team on a couple of occasions and found them to be extremely competent and great to work with. They communicate well on service interruption issues or upcoming events that may impact our service.

Cons: There hasn't been much not to like, at least for what we use it for. If I have a complaint, it's that their logs can be a bit difficult to decipher, but part of that is because we don't need to do so all that often.

Pros: I like okta because it’s a very unique site for an authentic verification it’s very easy to manage and get worked pass through the active help of customer support if when needed, Okta is known for strong security, the fact that it allows to sing in to multiple applications with one set of credentials,it’s giving a 100/100 to me and I will highly root go okta.

Cons: Being honest without a doubt okta is very much flexible to use and recommended,it’s quit expensive in cost but worth every penny of it when being purchased. Although integrations, and automation often requires experienced IT staff and can take time.
