Overall, I highly recommend W2. It has been extremely helpful in our workflow and increases peace of mind.
Pros: I like how SecureW2 offers such a broad array of services that cover everything from network configuration, device connection on-boarding to our network, and even down to MAC address reservation services. Once implemented, it saves your team time by putting the responsibility of getting certs on devices on to the user, instead of everything being administered by the IT team.
Cons: It's a double-edged sword, but some end users aren't tech-savvy enough to easily download the cert onto the device, which leads to some organizational confusion.

Very happy with our experience so far, we just renewed for our second year and I am excited to work on further integrations. Every piece of setup from MDM connections to VLAN configs to device specific cert deployments has been very smooth!
Pros: The ease of deployment and onboarding. We had such smooth rollout our end users really didn't even notice a huge change. I also have to shoutout the support team, they are the best technical support team I've ever worked with.
Cons: I really don't have any major cons to highlight, if I had to call anything out specifically it would likely be around the Admin dashboards. I've gotten the hang of navigating them now but it takes a good minute to understand where certain settings and features live based on the SecureW2 Terminology.

Very satisfied with the product as it allows us to byod with little effort versus having to manage multiple radius servers and the challenges of IoT devices joining the network.
Pros: Seamless experience to setup and get the product rolling. Support is top notch, hands down worth the investment.
Cons: The portal could be more intuitive, it's kinda confusing to figure out where things are. If you're multi tenant make sure you mention during the install, makes it easier.
Dylan T. · Infrastructure Administrator · Non-Profit Organization Management · April 7, 2026
Very useful integration tool. It allowed for new ways of securely connecting devices on our network and monitoring authentication.
Pros: Many ways to authenticate devices onto our network. Policies allow for flexible authentication as needed while also keeping our network secure.
Cons: It is difficult to learn and navigate the management portal. I found it hard to navigate to each section of the site as needed.

We took 3-6 months to test and implement. After that we rolled it out to faculty first through JAMF certificates. Once that was completed we rolled it out to our students using the BYOD method to allow them to enroll their devices themselves.
Pros: We use SecureW2 JoinNow for our Higher Education institution. This means that we get to see the ease of use this product provides for our faculty, staff, and students. For our faculty and staff it allows for a touch-less and seamless connection experience to our network. This means more uptime in working hours and less downtime in working hours because of pesky personnel issues or user layer issues. Juggling passwords and certificates is a thing of the past with this SecureW2. For our students - this allows us to provide a simplified process for adding multiple device types to our network and authenticating them all. If we have trouble devices or trouble students we can monitor and track all of it. The ease of use means less issues to resolve and less support tickets to troubleshoot. All of which means less personnel to staff.
Cons: We had very few-if any- dislikes of the platform. We have had little to no issues using the platform that were platform based. Most of our issues have been user based issues.

They took very good are of us during the setup explaining each step of the way. The system has very good up time where we have yet to experience down time with our wireless network. And, they are very responsive when we reach out to them.
Pros: Integrated well with MS Intune and Okta, a very stable platform, and support tends to be very responsive.
Cons: They need to have an additional instance in the US East. They do though have instances in the US West and in Europe which is satisfactory.
Tom S. · System Engineer · Staffing and Recruiting · January 2, 2026
Deployment was easy with their onboarding team that walked us through the complete technical setup with our MDM (Intune) for both our Windows and macOS devices. When we added another MDM platform and new office site, their support was able to assist us and get everything working as expected. The platform overall works well if RADIUS authentication is your end goal and their support is fantastic.
Pros: The solution works and is compatabile with Windows and macOS devices. Deployment is easy and can be configured to work with most MDM platforms such as Intune, JAMF, or Kandji. Support if needed is excellent as well.
Cons: The administration portal seems a little outdated and could use a refresh. The device authentication history/event log could be a little easier to parse through and have some additional filters.

Reliable product with great customer service. The product is very cheap for the amount of work it does for us.
Pros: Value for the price is awesome. Customer support has also been top-notch. We had a little trouble out of the box, but it has been smooth sailing since then.
Cons: The setup process took a little time to understand. We had to read the instructions a few times to get started.
Jonathan I. · Service Desk Manager · Mechanical or Industrial Engineering · December 4, 2025
Pros: Reliable product and not expensive. The support is great. Integrated well with our Intune joined devices.
Cons: There was really nothing I disliked about the product. Our implementation is pretty basic. Only cloud radius.
Anonymous User · Director of IT · Automotive · December 4, 2025
Seamless implementation and great support from the team in delivering the solution quickly within no interruption to the userbase.
Pros: It is managed by a third party and the setup was very straightforward which provided us the security we needed for our wired/wireless connections.
Cons: None, the GUI could be made a bit more user friendly, however this did not hold us back from setting up the environment.
Adnan U. · Head of IT · Financial Services · November 28, 2025
Overall experience has been great so far. It's been only three months we have used it, and experience has been great for now.
Pros: We had legacy user authentication that has been significant issue for password changes. With SecureW2, it has resolved the issue. Moreover, the customer support has been amazing during the implementation phase. We are three months in and very happy with the product.
Cons: We are three months in - can't say much about the Cons, however, deployment of certs to both user and devices and something not very clear.
Abu R. · Intune Administrator · Consumer Goods · November 21, 2025
Overall, the experience has been pretty reliable. Any new features require reading documentation and occasional communication with support, but it works well.
Pros: Reduced infrastructure burden from a cloud managed RADIUS service. Certificate-based Wi-Fi is more secure and the support for Cloud RADIUS is good. Scalability is good.
Cons: Full feature sets require a bit of a learning curve to fully take advantage of and implement. Documentation could be better structured/searchable.
Joshua T. · Network and Systems Specialist II · Education Management · November 20, 2025
Pros: The ease of use and stability are incredible. Once it's setup it just works. I have found myself only returning to the portal to make configuration changes and not to resolve any issues.
Cons: I really have no complaints. We don't have a large deployment, and everything just works as stated above. I really have no bad things to say!
David H. · IT Administrator · Education Management · November 20, 2025
It has been a fantastic add to our technology stack and has greatly improved user experience connecting and authenticating to Wi-Fi. Deployment was a breeze and working with support is never a problem and has been rare.
Pros: Ease of setup and working with their extremely knowledgeable and helpful engineers. From POC to post-deployment, the whole process has been enjoyable and gone as expected. They also have great and easily accessible documentation
Cons: Cost can be a barrier. Product names, features, and licensing tiers could use improvement. It is honestly difficult to come up with any negatives. The product "just works"

SecureW2 is effectively solving the challenge of corporate wireless authentication by delivering a seamless, secure experience for end users. Its platform ensures that employees connect effortlessly without repeated logins or complicated configurations, while maintaining enterprise‑grade security standards. My experience with this product has been very positive!
Pros: SecureW2 is a rock-solid solution for network security and authentication. The product is reliable, easy to deploy, and performs consistently without hiccups. What truly sets it apart is the outstanding support and deployment team—responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to ensuring a smooth rollout. Overall, SecureW2 delivers both technical excellence and exceptional customer experience.
Cons: For our purposes of wireless authentication, I could find no issues at all—SecureW2 performs exceptionally. Any potential concerns others might raise, such as learning curve or configuration complexity, were fully addressed by the excellent deployment and support teams. In practice, the product has been seamless and dependable for us.
Chris B. · Senior Infrastructure Engineer · Medical Devices · November 19, 2025
Positive, the product works, the implementation team was knowledgeable and efficient, and the product does exactly what it advertised making our integration painless.
Pros: Ease of setup and maintenance. Compared to on prem solutions it was setup and deployed with far more efficient than solutions we were used to. We're expanding to integrate with other security tools, and the process is just a smooth.
Cons: What I liked least would have to be nitpicky as something this simple to configure and utilize as this doesn't have much to complain about.
Chason C. · System Analyst · Government Administration · November 13, 2025
Very easy to set up (with help) and scale out to the enterprise. Worked great with our existing tech stack.
Pros: The team's willingness to walk us through a thorough scoping exercise so we can make sure we had all the features we needed.
Cons: Its a little complicated, but all cert stuff is. Its way better than having to host my own RADIUS and CA.
Mike F. · IT Director · Insurance · November 13, 2025
Overall a very positive experience. The onboarding experience was smooth and support has proven to be knowledgeable when needed
Pros: The price was right, relatively easy to set up and get going and has been rock solid for us. Only needed support for a few minor things but response was quick and items resolved quickly.
Cons: The interface was very bland when we first joined but it has since gone through an overhaul and looks much cleaner
Joshua M. · IT Manager · Food Production · October 28, 2025
Overall, TecFac is very pleased with cloud Radius. It solved our need for a 100% cloud-based solution to securing Wi-Fi for our customers. We will continue to encourage our clients to deploy this solution.
Pros: Easy to implement, great customer service, and fully SaaS based solution to improving our client's wireless security with 802.1X based certificate Wi-Fi.
Cons: Their product documentation could be better. It needs to be updated a bit and could go into more depth.
Michael J. · Chief Technology Officer · Information Technology and Services · July 30, 2025
Integration and extensive live testing with a pilot group took about three months, but could have been done in a day. We really wanted to kick the tires and integrated with our MDM and network stack with cloud PKI and RADIUS.
Pros: With their PKI services, JoinNow is a turnkey approach that unifies the onboarding of both BYOD and institution owned devices to campus wifi.
Cons: Integration with MDM and PKI services can require the use of SecureW2 support to configure. But their support is top notch, knowledgeable, and willing to assist.
Jeff N. · Director of IT Infrastructure · Education Management · July 22, 2025
Since implementing the SEcureW2 RADIUS Server with cloud PKI, our devices have connected seamlessly to the Wi-Fi without any issues. The system enables us to identify devices with company issued certificates and manage Wi-Fi access through the dashboard, which also allows us to review logs to ensure unauthorized devices are not granted access.
Pros: It delivers seamless Wi-Fi access to corporate devices with robust security, achieved through integration with other tools like Intune, Meraki, etc.
Cons: Its complex architecture makes self-configuration challenging without thoroughly reviewing the knowledge base or seeking support from the vendor.
Shamyog T. · Senior IT Engineer · Biotechnology · June 4, 2025
The staff has always been extremely knowledgeable, accessible, and they are able to help implement a complex technical solution with relative ease, even for a non-network engineer like myself.
Pros: Once the solution is configured, it is extremely easy to manage. Prior to implementing SecureW2, wireless access issues were one of our top ticketed items.
Cons: The portal can be a bit intimidating, but the support team is with you every step of the way to help you set up the system to meet your technical requirements.
Steve S. · Director, Information Technology · Financial Services · June 3, 2025
I recommend SecureW2 JoinNow to everyone who asks what to use for certificate based enrollment services. It's a simple cost effective piece of software that I don't need to think about.
Pros: As simple as 1, 2, 3, presto. A simple point and click certificate based authorisation system that you could simply push out via your intune and Azure portals. We don't need to baby sit the service and essentially let it run autonomously for 12 months at a time without having to change a thing.
Cons: Manging multiple tenants/configurations is a bit clunky, but works and is getting better all the time
Michael C. · Managing Director · Financial Services · May 27, 2025
Overall experience has been great. Team are easy to work with and product simply works. No complaints at all about the team at SecureW2
Pros: Easy to setup and haven't had to touch it since deployment. The team were easy to work with and provided assistance during setup and deployment.
Cons: No issues so far. Our organisation has nothing that we dislike about the product. We would love to see an MSP program to better split the licenses up.
Tim O. · Service Delivery Manager · Information Technology and Services · May 25, 2025
The overall experience has been great. From onboarding and setup, to administration. I have absolutely no complaints.
Pros: The best thing about SecureW2 is how easy it is to use and manage.
Cons: I have found no cons yet, other than it would be wonderful to implement more of the products, and if the price was lower.
