Amazing, we could not be happier with the overall product and its usability. It's allowed us to significantly increase our workforce development program.
Pros: It's easy to use features for both creating content and managing course enrolments and tracking. I love how customizable the course content is and how seamlessly you go from creating content to having our employees enrolled in courses.
Cons: The AI course creation could be more in-depth and include more features. I found that there are only a few aspects of the templates that are customizable so in a way its faster to create your own templates than use the AI.

Great experience overall. Very user friendly LMS with good features. Could add more features to evaluate training effectiveness.
Pros: Great features and brilliant customer support. Mobile version was helpful to do training on the go. User friendly and easy to navigate for learners.
Cons: More features required to set clear rules for course completion. Adding the option to put in an organisational training calendar would have been helpful.

Overall, Absorb has significantly improved how we manage, track, and deliver training across our organization. It has made a real difference, and because of our positive experience, I’ve recommended the platform to other programs.
Pros: $96
Cons: Uploading training into Absorb is a bit confusing because of all the steps. I still occasionally make mistakes during the upload process because I forget a step. However, the positives of Absorb far outweigh this challenge. I am so grateful for our Absorb expert, [sensitive content hidden], who has been wonderful to work with. We meet with her monthly for support, and she always takes the time to answer our questions and share updates about Absorb. [sensitive content hidden] is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly easy to work with. We appreciate her ongoing support.

From shopping around LMS providers to onboarding to launching our new platform, the experience was very smooth. Absorb staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
Pros: Excellent price-service ratio. Overall best LMS for our needs for a very reasonable cost. Onboarding and service is amazing.
Cons: N/A - Everything went well with us. As with any LMS there is a lot to learn, but the training and onboarding was great.
Philippe R. · Project manager · Financial Services · April 27, 2026
Pros: $97
Cons: We have not run into any negatives working with the Absorb Team or their product. Any technical errors we met during implementation were resolved within 24 hours and often were user error rather than a system glitch.
Sophia B. · IT Manager · Consumer Services · April 27, 2026
Overall, it is a solid LMS that delivers a reliable and user-friendly learning experience for both administrators and learners. The platform is generally easy to navigate, which helps streamline course management and improves learner engagement. One of its strongest aspects is the customer support, which is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when issues arise or guidance is needed.
Pros: I love that it is easy to navigate and has flexibility in branding/customization. You can create something that actually feels like a polished, cohesive environment rather than a generic LMS, which matters for engagement and professionalism.
Cons: The reporting features did not always provide the level of detail or customization needed and the assignment functionality felt somewhat limited, making it harder for admins.

Our organization migrated our content from Docebo. We produce courses to support our programs with external learners, so it was important for the transition to happen smoothly. We were well-supported throughout that process and have been diligently adding new courses to Absorb in the 8 months since the transition. We've found it to be a powerful and easy-to-understand platform with capabilities we're still exploring and figuring out how to implement. We are looking forward to learning and growing with Absorb.
Pros: The customer support team is exceptional in their knowledge and willingness to help us improve our learner experience. The transition/onboarding support team member, [sensitive content hidden], and our daily success manager, [sensitive content hidden], are both very impressive and key to our growth and happiness with the product. The customer support is far and away the most impressive aspect of Absorb. Absorb is pretty feature-rich in terms of user management and controlling how content displays to our learners. I like all of the settings, though sometimes they are not always intuitive or well-explained within the system itself (which is why I appreciate our success manager so much). Employee training was relatively robust, but I find that most people prefer to get their hands dirty and will only consult the training as needed. We haven't encountered many bugs or issues, but the ones we have were explored and addressed very quickly by the team.
Cons: I'm generally a little disappointed in the visual aspect of the Learner-facing dashboard. I would love to have more features, templates, and control over the user interface. It feels somewhat outdated and it's a shame that it is the first impression learners get when they log in to our system for the first time. I've long been curious about whether we could integrate Absorb into a UI designer that would give us more control. Some aspects of the learner experience also seem unintuitive and require us to support our learners with simple navigation. Finally, I really hate that AI ad that Absorb was running on streaming services for a while. It cheapened the product and made me question its quality.
Annelise R. · Manager of Learning and Development · Arts and Crafts · April 20, 2026
Really positive, with a great team - a few things we don't love, but that's the same with all softwares.
Pros: Customer support has been awesome. There haven't been any major bugs or issues; the product seems well-built. We're a small business with diverse needs, and it works well for us.
Cons: I wish there were a few more options in how the content shows up to learners, a little fancier design, etc. There are some odd things that you cannot do in terms of setting up courses, that have been frustrating, but we've always found a workaround.
Rosie A. · Director of Supply chain Programming · Non-Profit Organization Management · April 14, 2026
I have had a very positive and seamless experience with Absorb LMS across all stages, from implementation and onboarding to training and ongoing customer support. The collaboration with the CRM team, including our regular weekly or biweekly calls, has been particularly smooth and productive. The Absorb team has been exceptional in ensuring a strong overall experience. They have been proactive in following up on tickets, accommodating our time zone requirements, and effectively coordinating with integration teams across different regions. Any initial challenges, bugs and issues were addressed promptly, either through quick resolutions or by providing suitable workarounds tailored to our organization’s learning needs. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the platform, find it to be excellent value for money, and are genuinely pleased to have Absorb LMS in place.
Pros: The admin-side workflow and the learner side workflow is highly intuitive and straightforward, making it easy to navigate and manage tasks efficiently. I particularly appreciate the customizable, Excel-style reporting interface, which allows for flexible data views and seamless exporting to Excel or CSV formats. This greatly enhances reporting and analysis capabilities. Additionally, the platform is very well-organized when it comes to setting up courses, users, and other features. The categorical structure simplifies configuration, and the quick-access tabs at the top provide a more efficient alternative to navigating through multiple layers of course settings. Overall, the design significantly improves usability and administrative productivity.
Cons: While the platform offers a wide variety of reporting formats, there is an opportunity to enhance reporting capabilities further. For example, department-level reports could be more comprehensive by including detailed insights such as the number of courses completed, in progress, or not started for all employees within a department. The mailing system is highly effective overall; however, there are limitations in customizing certain automated emails, which can restrict flexibility in communication. Additionally, the observation checklist feature has some gaps. For instance, learners do not receive email notifications when reviewers provide feedback; this is a fundamental functionality that is currently unavailable within the LMS. Overall, when comparing the strengths and limitations, the advantages clearly outweigh the drawbacks, as the identified issues are relatively minor and do not significantly impact the overall effectiveness of the platform.

Amazing - I love working with Absorb and have highly recommended their product to many other organizations.
Pros: Ease of use and support - when we first selected Absorb as our new LMS my onboarding as a brand new LMS Administrator was smooth and efficient. Our support from Absorb was fantastic - the team also readily available and, as well, easy to work with. I was not a seasoned professional and even stepped away from LMS admin duty for a couple years, but now my role has transitioned and I am the main admin for my organization. Using Absorb makes employees and volunteer training smooth as Absorb is integrated with both our staff and volunteer management programs. My goal is to become a "super" admin and utilize features that we have access to but have not implemented, like new content creation with Create.
Cons: Any cons I have experienced in the past are no longer relevant and currently, the only con is on my end - not having enough time to use Absorb to its full capability.
Jennifer Z. · Sr. Director of Learning and Development · Non-Profit Organization Management · April 1, 2026
Exceptionally smooth and issue free from start to finish. I found the procurement process relative straight forward, Absorb were fully supportive of our needs and understood our requirements. Setup was super smooth and extremely efficient, from contract signing to roll out was less than a month which was impressive.
Pros: Firstly the number of features that were available compared to other LMX platforms. The extensive library allowed us to cover multiple geographic locations for mandatory training requirements and the AI features within create have proven to be a significant time saver when creating modules or supporting materials.
Cons: Some of the dashboard views which contain all of the training added for employees to select self learning can lead to a bit of a visual overload when viewed on the employee dashboard. Just displaying the mandatory training and having everything else accessible via a folder option would be better for us.

All interactions I've had with[sensitive content hidden] have been phenomenal. We were so supported in every step from contract negotiations to project management, implementation, and testing. I'm so grateful for this system and it's going to support our company very well as we grow.
Pros: Every single thing that was discussed during the initial conversations around this project have been accurate. The ease of use, capability, functionality, reporting, and scalability were not over-exaggerated.
Cons: That I didn't get this system sooner! The only actual con I have is not with Absorb, but with MedTrainer. Their license structure doesn't allow us to re-use licenses from past users, which is hard with our industry's turnover.
Katie J. · VP, Talent Operations · Hospital & Health Care · March 14, 2026
Pros: Absorb is great for our purposes of training our new employees, creating mandatory trainings, tracking their progress. It has all the functionality that we need with quick and professional customer support. The learner portal is user-friendly and customizable.
Cons: The content creator add on (Absorb Create) could be improved with better options, design and flexibility.
Petra M. · LMS Admin · Consumer Goods · March 10, 2026
It's been great! I really appreciate the support of our CSM and Account Manager. They've been great at helping us refine our LMS use.
Pros: Absorb LMS is extremely intuitive for both admin users and our end-users. I appreciate all the training available in the Absorb Academy and have found the articles/white papers, and reports extremely helpful.
Cons: There's no way for us to archive records we no longer need (like a user enrolled in a course they no longer need to take, but we still have to show they were enrolled for compliance), and we need more insights into which admin users are making enrollments. We also need to be able to see deleted enrollments.
Michelle B. · Operations and Data Manager · Government Administration · March 3, 2026
Overall the experience is really good. It has allowed us to speed up training and give our team the training and understanding to do what we do better.
Pros: We love how easy it is to use and how many different learning styles that are offered for our learners.
Cons: The admin page feels a little outdated but is still user friendly and easy enough to use. The set up could be easier but it was very helpful.
Ashlee D. · Business System · Utilities · February 11, 2026
Overall great experience, [sensitive content hidden] is our CSM and is absolutely fantastic. She is so patient with all of my questions, again being a new user I do think it is so important to have someone who is very understanding. She just recently got us to set up quarterly meetings which is wonderful!
Pros: I just recently got into the Absorb Academy learning, and think they have SO many great learning opportunities.
Cons: Personally, I find as a newer users it to be a little more challenging system. Maybe thinking about some sort of "onboarding call" when you client may get a new employee. Which I do understand that should be on the company itself to set up, but just going the extra mile to do so.
Tori O. · Learning and Development Planner · Luxury Goods & Jewelry · February 9, 2026
Very good. The support with implementation was excellent. The flexibility and customization without in do complexity was great. The scalability of extended enterprise is a perfect solution for our diverse needs
Pros: Customization. The learner transcript features. The ability to have learners input third party training
Cons: Poor compatibility with Rise 360. A industry leading LMS should work seamlessly with third party industry leading authoring software
Anthony T. · Director of training and education · Education Management · February 8, 2026
As someone who inherited being the Absorb LMS admin/support person at my company it was pretty straight forward and easy to learn. I think the system is fairly intuitive and the help feature is always there if I need. I also have a habit of just emailing Tamar or Dave and they are always able to hop on a quick call and walk me through anything.
Pros: I absolutely love Absorb LMS! It has every feature we need to successfully share content and train everyone at our company. The customer support is fantastic and the two reps I have had the pleasure of working with [sensitive content hidden] have been so responsive and helpful with anything we need.
Cons: Honestly there is nothing that comes to mind. Everything has been great in my experience working with Absorb LMS.
Santanna T. · Project Manager · Health, Wellness and Fitness · February 2, 2026
Our overall experience with Absorb has been excellent. It’s easy for our team to use, reliable, and has made managing training a smooth process. The platform looks great, works the way we need it to, and has genuinely improved how we deliver and track our training. We’ve been really happy with it.
Pros: It’s easy to use, clean, and makes building and assigning training simple. Reporting is straightforward, and our team has an easier time navigating and completing courses compared to other platforms.
Cons: Some parts of the backend feel a little limited, especially when trying to customize certain features or layout options. A few processes take more clicks than they should, but nothing that stops us from getting the job done.
Trey E. · Project Manager · Construction · January 21, 2026
Overall, very professional team. Support helps in very quick time. Implementation team is always available when you need.
Pros: On top of being a good learning system, the IT infrastructure is well thought out. It is very customizable and can cater to whatever learning needs you have, or however you want to structure the learning environment.
Cons: Nothing in particular. What I liked the least was when you are learning for the first time, you don't know where to find certain modules or how different parts of the system link and work together.
Drason T. · Project Coordinator · Construction · January 21, 2026
Frustrating as can be. Not nearly enough functionality. I should be able to at least upload existing files without distortion. Every step costs me extra time. This program will not do what I need it to do, unlike advertised.
Pros: Easy to use and intuitive menus. Keeping trainings organized and assigning them is a breeze. Our staff can now complete most trainings on a tablet. Attendance is also automatically tracked.
Cons: Doesn't work well with video PowerPoints or imported PPT's. All of my photos turned sideways and distorted. Also, all videos are removed and unplayable when uploaded as part of an existing PPT. The only option for me is to recreate all of my existing work inside Absorb, costing me hundreds of hours for my whole library.
Brett S. · Technical Writer · Food Production · November 13, 2025
My overall experience with Absorb LMS has been positive. It’s a modern, easy-to-navigate platform that helps streamline course delivery and learner management. I’ve found it reliable for day-to-day operations and onboarding. My only wish is that the quiz-building tools, especially around adding images, were a bit more efficient.
Pros: I like how easy it is to organize and manage courses in Absorb LMS. The admin dashboard feels modern and user-friendly, and it doesn’t take long to get comfortable managing users, enrollments, and reporting. I also appreciate the automation features like auto-enrollments and reminders, which save a lot of manual work.
Cons: While the overall platform is easy to use, adding photos to quizzes can be a bit cumbersome. It would be great if Absorb streamlined that process or allowed for more drag-and-drop functionality to make quiz creation faster.
Caitlin M. · Instructional Designer · Information Technology and Services · October 20, 2025
We've had a great experience with Absorb LMS; we reviewed over 300 potential systems to narrow it down to 3 overall, and Absorb was the one that had all of the features we needed while still being user-friendly.
Pros: Ease of use for the learners and for administrators, while not sacrificing advanced features. Ability to use API/SSO.
Cons: With it being a large organization there are a lot of feature requests, so if you need a new feature it may take a while for it to be implemented, if it's approved. They do well with making sure requests align with their strategy, but their is a downside to that for the user.
Thomas S. · Instructional Design Manager · Hospital & Health Care · September 25, 2025
Pros: The customer support is great. they have a 24/7 phoneline and that saved me so many times. I like that they always have new features
Cons: the cost, but then it is out of my control so it is not really a con. there are also something that you can't change in the interface.
Joseph L. · ELearning Manager · Health, Wellness and Fitness · September 25, 2025
My overall experience has been great—service and support are excellent, and [sensitive content hidden] has been incredibly helpful!
Pros: Absorb LMS is very user-friendly, intuitive, and makes learning engaging with great tracking tools and reporting!
Cons: Too many steps to enroll, users having to select a session makes the process confusing and time-consuming.
