Google Classroom

Pros: Google Classroom has many useful features and options for teachers/students from assignments to announcements to discussion. Integrations to our Gradelink system makes it so teachers can grade in Classroom and it auto-transfers to our SIS. Extremely helpful! The process to return digital submissions can feel a little arduous but once learned is worth the extra step.

Cons: The assignment return process. It seems a bit much but is a necessary step to getting students their files back again.

Pros: Google Classroom makes schoolwork feel a lot more organized. Assignments, announcements, and class materials are all in one place, so you’re not digging through emails or random folders. It’s easy to use, loads quickly, and works well on pretty much any device, which is great for students and teachers.

Cons: Sometimes things don’t sync right away, and you might miss a notification or two. Turning in assignments can feel a little clunky, especially when files don’t upload the first time. And if your teacher doesn’t set things up clearly, the whole class page can get confusing pretty fast.

Pros: Ability to set tasks for pupils and view what they have done quickly and easily. Pupils can access and work on tasks without issue.

Cons: Sometimes the way this is accessed through Hwb in Wales is awkward but the software itself is useful.

Pros: It's extremely easy to use, and there are numerous short surveys that teachers can take to improve the quality of the product. There are never any bugs or glitches, and it's highly organized.

Cons: The rubric system can be a little confusing, but I think that's something that can be easily fixed through feedback.

Pros: I love that everything is super organized and separated by classes. I also love that when you having something due soon, it shows you what it is on the side in the main section when you click on one of your classes. It is super easy to attach files and turn things in as well as assigning things. There has never been any issues with bugs or glitches, and you can easily interact with students or teachers with it. They have wonderful customer support and a great value for your money!

Cons: There is absolutely nothing that I dislike about Google Classroom! I have been using it for about 12 years now and I have no complaints!

Pros: The interface is clean and intuitive. Teachers can set up classes, post assignments, and organize materials quickly without a steep learning curve. Our school already utilizes Google Drive, Docs, etc. so it is a natural fit. You also cannot beat the price (free), which gives it a leg up on competitors.

Cons: Its simplicity is also its biggest weakness. It is lacking in advanced functionality such as possessing a less robust gradebook and limited customization.

Pros: Google Classroom has been a great solution for our school since COVID. Students and teachers can easily access it, and it integrates well with our SIS.

Cons: Security seems illogical and parents are not able to access their students account without using the student credentials, which is contrary to industry standard.

Pros: It is SO simple to learn, implement, and use. It also keeps the students engaged, and you can diversify instruction by offering different levels of lessons, but everyone is working from the same vantage point. Using the Socratic method, the Google Classroom allows to me to help them think critically about next steps and insight into the lessons. The features allow me to change up the lessons or quizzes to keep the classroom lively.

Cons: Short of it writing and uploading everything for me, none. Maybe the one con is that I have not used Gemini enough to really take full advantage.

Pros: I have loved Google Classroom since I was a student! It is an easy to use platform with a variety of features that help me assign multiple items for my students to complete. I mostly use it for small tutoring groups or my one on ones. It has worked for my students when they even travel to different countries.

Cons: The only issue I've had with Google Classroom is an occasional stall when trying to upload from the phone. This hasn't been a big issue as it's typically resolved with a refresh or restart of the app.

Pros: Excellent tool for organizing and managing and storting work. It saves time and keeps information structured in a simple way.

Cons: One of the features that could be improved is that Yet, customization options sometimes is somewhat limited.

Pros: Google classroom is very easy to use and user friendly. The features are ever growing and improving. I love that any grade is able to use this. I have never had any issues with bugs or technology issues with Google Classroom. This makes interaction with students so much easier.

Cons: I have not found anything at this time that I do not like about google classroom. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a better system to use with students.

Pros: Google classroom is the very useful for virtual learning for both adults and kids. It very easy to use.

Cons: I really don't have any issue with Google classroom. Sometimes, I mistakenly submit an assignment but even then, Google classroom allows me to easily 'unsubmit' the assignment and fix it.

Pros: Google Classroom is fantastic, it’s so very easy to use. Students can get in touch with their teacher with no problems. If there was any issues like bugs etc customer support is on it like a flash. There is also a lot of features and tools which are very handy.

Cons: I can’t say a bad word about Google Classroom. It really is a great resource for students and tutors.

Pros: I like that it is very easy to use. I can find all my classes and their study materials all in here at one place. It is also a great tool to interact with my teachers. I never had any technical errors or issues while using google classroom. The customer support is available 7 days a week. It is great value of money spent on the studies. I can also connect with my classmates and other users easily.

Cons: I do not like that this app only works for few months. When all the courses end, the study materials gets removed. I should have access to that all the time.

Pros: Hi, I use google classroom for my daughters school. I like it a lot and i have definitely seen some improvement over the years.

Cons: Not often, but sometimes sharing documents and such can get complicated. Revising documents on other peoples computers is also difficult.

Cons: Well using Google Classroom if you do not have a stable internet connection you may run into some issues about submitting assignments.

Pros: The time that is spent giving thorough lessons. Its actually quite pleasing to know i have someone willing to give me firsthand help, to make sure I have acquired the knowledge, necessary to gain my desired certificate.

Cons: Some things taught are a very lengthy process. If you already have the knowledge being taught then you shouldnt have to sit through it?Unfortunately, if you want the certificate. You have to do each lesson. It doesnt allow you to skip through or past, what you already know, Although its understandable.

Pros: It made student and teacher interactions much more easier with little to no cost. Very easy to use and navigate. Good access to customer support.

Cons: I have noticed on rare occasions that google classroom lags probably because of bugs. I always look forward for more exciting features like educational games.

Pros: Great for the money. Had all the features we needed and easy to use once you get used to the interface. Not hard to learn.

Cons: The quiz is good but any little capital change in an answer the system says it is wrong. Somewhat easy fix, just annoying.

The ease of use is impressive as teachers and students can easily share notes, upload assignments and communicate in real time. The user interface is clean, convenient and easy to navigate. It is very easy and simple to upload materials and track progress. Customer support is mostly handled through forums, which can be slow to resolve issues. There are occasional bugs, such as delays in loading or syncing assignments.

Cons: It provides limited customization for students as well as teachers. Occasional technical glitches can be faced by users. Slow customer support response.
