Pros: TalentLMS is very easy to use, both for administrators and learners. The clean interface and smooth navigation make course management quick and efficient.

Cons: Some features feel limited in terms of customization, especially when trying to tailor the platform exactly to organizational needs.

Pros: Integrates with Talent HR. Makes onboarding employees seamless. I’ve built out a comprehensive librabry of courses

Cons: Wish it was as robust as MINDSMITH so I could build courses straight in Talent LMS. I’m building courses in MS and exporting the SKORM file to Talent.

Pros: The platform is intuitive and easy to use, making it simple to roll out internal training on policies and procedures. It allows for quick setup of courses, good tracking of completion, and provides a structured way to ensure compliance across the organization.

Cons: The customization options are somewhat limited, particularly in terms of advanced reporting and tailoring the user experience. Some features feel a bit basic for more complex training needs.

Pros: Very user friendly to work with. It is a good value for the money! We are easily able to add users and courses.

Cons: I own a call center and have multiple campaigns. In order to have enough branches we had to upgrade.

Pros: I like the integration with BambooHR & the TalentLibrary. Overall, easy to customize UI. We were able to brand the portal with our company colors, logos, and course certificates. We were able to create new courses and upload trainings. It is a fairly flexible platform.

Cons: The system is quite technical for reviewing information and making courses. It also can be a tad challenging to create reports that meet the exact needs I have. For example, when I see course completions each week, I am interested in seeing what courses were completed and by whom, but it is a bit deep to get to that information. Similar with the gamification elements. I think the notification delay of about 2 hours when I enroll someone in a course is also a bit odd, why not make it instant?

Pros: Easy navigation and no added fluff. It does exactly what we need it to. Value for money is great and we are excited to use it more.

Cons: The home screen is not as customisable as we would like it to be. This would be great for our external users to still see our branding styles.

Pros: Easy to use and good interface. It help course creation and usability of course to learner journey simple

Cons: Very basic and lacks internal AI usage. It should have AI capability within the platform to make a course from scratch with avatars and text and videos to final video modules

Pros: Ease of use and navigation and constant platform updates on bugs fixes. Quick responses to my queries.

Cons: No South African Rand currency display. The fact that I cannot I cannot download a hardcopy of my training units or my modules

Pros: TalentLMS is easy to use, quick to set up, and supports a variety of content types. User management is straightforward, and it offers good value for the price.

Cons: Customization and reporting are somewhat limited, and there are occasional minor bugs. Support can be a bit slow at times.

Pros: It is very cost-efficient option for a small global employer like us. Our team appreciates the user-friendly features.

Cons: The animations are not professional. Many of the team members often find them annoying and childish.

Pros: TalentLMS has been fantastic for our team. It is easy to use, customizable, and simple to navigate. I appreciate the ability to switch easily between branches or roles. I also like that they host webinars and regularly introduce new features. I also enjoy the ability to provide customer training in addition to internal training. The scalability and value we receive for the cost is excellent.

Cons: My only complaint is that sometimes I encounter a glitch, which can happen with any technology. However, their customer support team responds very quickly.

Pros: TalentLMS is constantly evolving, enhancing, and offering new features. I look forward to release notes on the latest bug fixes and add-ons! It's extremely easy to use and has sped up my reporting time tremendously.

Cons: There is currently no capability for leaders to see their direct reports progress. In an organization with over 300 people leaders, the only option is a custom report and the last thing I need is 300 individual reports for each leader.

Pros: I like the ease of use and set-up of the platform and User interface. There are the occasional questions from users about how to do something, but Talent makes it easy to communicate "how-to's"!

Cons: I would like to see better ability for custom reporting with more specific selection of datasets. Also, their built-in (and expensive per-user cost) training library is full of cartoonish videos that are not well-suited for my clients and leaders.

Pros: The ease of uploading courses, enrollment, and managing courses is so smooth. Plus, running reports is just a few clicks away.

Cons: Not many bad things to say, other than only wish we knew about TalentLMS years ago as the old LMS was so clunky and hard to navigate.

Pros: I like the talent library and list of courses there for soft skills. I like security features specifically ability to use SSO login. ease of use is a also important, its very intuitive.

Cons: lack of api support for setting course content. it would be great if we could publish are policies in a formal process

Pros: The UI/UX of TalentLMS is very easy to navigate and understand even for a new person. It's intuitive and can handle a majority of tasks we need it for. Additionally, the onboarding process from initial planning to implementation was fantastic. The TalentLMS staff is amazing. We will miss our implementation contact - [sensitive content hidden], the most. She was wonderful to work with.

Cons: Implementation at times felt a bit rushed, especially with 45 minute phone calls. The software has a LOT of options and some longer sessions may have been beneficial, especially if they were working sessions within your own system.

Pros: The drag and drop course builder of TalentLMS helps me build video, quizzes and SCORM courses in a few minutes. I automated course paths with prerequisites so that learners are directed through the precise path that I created.

Cons: These reporting tools lack consistency in time-on-task measures, as the real engagement displayed in them is not always correct.

Pros: An amazing platform which is technically robust and has a great, pro-active support team. The only intuitive option for managing multiple localised courses across multiple business segments. The dashboard controls are simple and elegant.

Cons: An organization's value rests in how it responds to issues as they arise. TalentLMS excels at this.

Pros: Pricing and having AI features (talentCraft) The exceptional customer service! [sensitive content hidden] went above and beyond to help us navigate the complexities of setting up our first branch homepage. His support was invaluable.

Cons: Limited customization for better branding of portals and homepages; limited sections per homepage; limited number of courses in course galleries; dual-interface results in broken links and causes confusion for users.

Pros: The ease of use and unparalleled tech support. It’s affordable and customizable to meet all our members’ training needs.

Cons: Modules created using the talent craft feature don’t offer customizability re embedded videos (eg adding subtitles) like the ones found in making video-only modules. It would be good to have some minor editing features for videos and the ability to add more than one subtitle file at once so you can add multiple languages.

Pros: My recent experiences with the Help Desk have been great - they are quick to respond and will help work through an issue until is it solved. The new AI feature to create courses is pretty impressive - still needs work but it's definitely improving our courses.

Cons: The functionality of the emerchant does not allow an external client to place one order for multiple participants or courses. This means we have to do manual signups.

Pros: Online training for employees to improve performance, easy to track training progress. Also sometime conducting online interview for our applicants, hence saving money and time

Cons: Nothing much to dislike about TalentLMS, so good , easy to use and secure. It just had limited online training features
