Pros: How they create your own logo for your business cards given you choices on the amount that fits along with payment options so glad we able to use credit cards for payment

Cons: Nothing really the only thing I can say the customer service or assign person to your account maybe need sto reach back when trying to contact them

Pros: Ability to choose between digital and physical gift cards. Wide variety of store that have gift card options.

Cons: Trying to share a password protected file with the links for the digital gift cards. For some reason the links would work for my colleague when I copy and pasted the information. However, it did work when I saved the password protected file as a different named file. It may have been user error on my colleague's part.

Pros: Blackhawk has a lot of gift card options and were sent quickly after purchase. It makes my job easy as a project manager

Cons: I wish the gift card options were listed in order of monetary amount by vendor. The way it is now is a bit confusing.

Pros: Everything I needed was provided. I am happy with them. On a scale from one to ten they would get a 10.

Cons: There was nothing that i liked least about Blackhawk. They are well coordinated and have great customer service skills.

Pros: I liked their way of investigating my open and active disputes. They were very helpful in resolving my issues.

Cons: The inability to link cards to any other payment platform was less than ideal. Otherwise, its pretty good.

Pros: The site is user friendly. Easy to upload a large order going to multiple addresses. Paying for the item was super easy.. I was able to connect with the account representative in a timely manner to unlock my account. Received a confirmation email with the order details right after the order was placed. The tracking information was email a few days later. Happy with the service.

Cons: The site is easy to use. I really don't want to complain when a good service is provided. Placing the order is quick and easy.

Pros: Easy to work with and easy to get in touch with someone if you need help. The order process is understandable and not difficult

Cons: I would like to know the estimated ship date of my order when I place it or at least when it is acknowledged as entered.

Pros: What I liked most about Blackhawk Network is the flexibility and convenience it offers through a variety of card options. The ordering process is quick and easy, and I was especially impressed with how fast the delivery was. Both digital and physical cards were delivered promptly, which made the overall experience smooth and efficient. This level of speed and reliability really sets Blackhawk Network apart from other similar services.

Cons: So far, I haven’t encountered anything I disliked about Blackhawk Network. It’s been a smooth and beneficial service experience.

Pros: Easyness to order, it was very easy to order online

Cons: That I was unsure if the giftcards could be used internationally

Pros: I appreciate the integrated online ordering site.

Cons: Visa gift cards expire within 1 year of purchasing

Pros: The purchasing process was seamless. It was easy to add what I needed to my cart and all the options were great. and served our needs.

Cons: having to go back and figure out that I had to create a new account to retrieve my e card confirmation.

Pros: The Website allowed me to customize my emails to the recipients. Also, there is a discount when you place an order for multiple cards.

Cons: Every time I log on, I receive a text code to input before accessing the portal.

Pros: Easy to find the product I needed and a simple order process.

Cons: The purchase/payment process is not compatible with my company's policies.

Pros: Speed of delivery, the website is easy to interact with, the variety of vendors and the option of electronic and physical cards.

Cons: I place orders at least monthly and I don't have any negative interactions with them.

Pros: support is top notch, quick to resolve any issue at hand, which is why i give five stars alone. not to mention super easy to use.

Cons: i have only had a couple of issues in the past with gift cards being redeemed, being delayed, and maybe more specifics on expiration dates in the future..

Pros: I like the prepaid giftcards and designs the most here

Cons: What I like the least about this service is when some giftcards aren't available.

Pros: The ease or ordering in bulk. I had to order 200 giftcards in all different amounts and the process was very easy.

Cons: The large fee attached to paying with a credit card

Cons: Only issue I had at all was having trouble getting the bulk shipment spreadsheet to import.

Pros: BlackHawk Network has an option to automatically send out the virtual egiftcards. This takes a lot of stress and manual work out of the process for me. We use them every year for our holiday egift card bonuses.

Cons: We had a glitch when attempting to purchase Visa egiftcards, but it went very smoothly through MasterCard.

Pros: The customer service from [sensitive content hidden] was excellent

Cons: N/a I am glad that giftcard.com sent me to Blackhawk Network.

Pros: Internet access. Self-serving portal for convenience.

Cons: I didn't encounter any issue with the website.
