Its a good software but the price does not match all that is should and could do. There are other softwares that do the same for less.
Pros: User Friendly. Changes that I make on my own work well and the reports tab is very self explanatory.
Cons: Cost. Seems there are hidden costs behind every door now. Also do not like how hard it is to find someone that can step in and help troubleshoot issues. I feel like I talk to 3 people before I get an actual answer

Pros: What I like about Qgenda is that you are able to track multiple people’s schedules at a time. And that are able to access history and limits of requests easily.
Cons: What I like least is that the website can be a bit confusing with so many different tabs and its layout. That is something that can be improved upon.

Excellent! Managing so many different people is actually much less painful using Qgenda than a more old-fashioned system like Excel or even TigerConnect.

Pros: We use Qgenda to manage a schedule of over 60 individual physicians, residents, and technologists. The software is very user friendly. Adding someone to schedule using the drag and drop or copy feature is quick and makes complex scheduling simple. It is also easy to run reports to track time and review request limits for individuals.
Cons: It can be a bit complicated to add a new task or person to the software, requiring a lot of clicking and shifting of items. Customer service has been great at adding these items when we are unable to figure it out, however.

Overall my experience with Qgenda has been a good one, I honestly have no complaints when it comes to using this,
Pros: I love how easy it is to use this program. I love that you can access via the website on the internet or through the downloadable app.
Cons: I don't like that when I'm looking at my schedule tab I do not have the option to view other days beyond the current week without having to go and look up the schedule under a different tab

So far its been great. In the beginning like all portals its something new to pick up on but now its great.
Pros: I like how it populates the applications already filled out. It makes the credentialer process much easier.
Cons: Nothing yet. We are still learning the ins and outs. I am learning new things everyday. QGenda is very easy to use.

Friendly and quick customer service. My questions all get answered and I can get one on one help when needed.
Pros: I love the organization of the program and being able to customize what the provider and the users see.
Cons: It would be great to be able to customize the Dashboard according to the user is.

I’ve had a really great experience with QGenda! My onboarding process was smooth, the training was clear and thorough, and the customer service has been consistently wonderful. I work two different jobs in credentialing, and I now have both organizations using QGenda—that’s how much I trust and enjoy using this platform! It’s made my workflow more efficient and helped me stay organized across both roles.
Pros: One of my favorite features is the ability to create and use email templates directly within the credentialing platform. It saves me a lot of time and helps ensure consistent communication with providers and references. I also really appreciate that I can send emails straight from QGenda without having to switch between systems—it helps keep everything organized in one place and makes my workflow more efficient.
Cons: I wasn’t happy with how my signable documents turned out after they were mapped by QGenda. The fields where the provider’s name or a date would auto-populate now appear as large, clunky rectangles, which makes the document look messy and unprofessional. Because of that, I’ve chosen not to use this feature. I would love to see cleaner formatting or more flexibility in how mapped fields appear on finalized documents.

Overall QGenda is easy to use for credentialing, there have been a lot of great updates and improvements that I've found helpful.
Pros: I like that I can keep track of document expiration dates, store documents, keep track of credentialed providers and locations all in one place.
Cons: I would like if templates that have been mapped could be searchable and deletable. It would be helpful if documents could be reviewed and redated/time stampped, some documents just need re-reviewed instead of having to refill everything. Mapping would be easier if there were more field selection options. For example, it would be nice to have a providers location order be available instead of alphabetical being the only option.

Is good in some areas and bad in others I sent a request for clarification on something new that was add it on the last update but I was not able to find it myself, so I need help this was more then two weeks ago and I have not received a response. Sometimes I get responses right away and others I get ignored so.
Pros: automatic Email reminders to providers on expired documents, auto verification on license and other licenses
Cons: I don't like the PDF format for the provider application, It should be a fill in boxes that we should be able to export if need it be.
Flori G. · Credentialing · Medical Practice · April 16, 2025
Good overall, we do use it daily and like the ease of use.
Pros: Overall easy to use. Really helps with our practice credentialing.
Cons: Sometime the "mapping" of forms can be a little wonky
Nora K. · Admin · Hospital & Health Care · April 16, 2025
A great and mostly friendly way to onboard providers, a nice central hub for all things credentialing.
Pros: Keeps all of our information in one place.
Cons: It does not "talk" to other credentialing applications.
Elle S. · Administrative Coordinator · Medical Practice · April 11, 2025
Pros: The features that allow me to bid for open shifts in my company is the one I like using at QGenda tool it has ensure equal and individual binding of shift work available hence improving work performance for all employees
Cons: This tool is abit expensive and can be having difficulties while acquiring it because of this.

QGenda is great! I was hesitant to switch, even though I knew our previous scheduling platform wasn't going to work as we grew. It's a great platform, service is fantastic, and it has upped our game.
Pros: QGenda is very user friendly and has the ability to do more than we ask. It helps to keep everyone at every site organized and we are looking forward to expanding its capabilities within our group.
Cons: One thing I struggle with but am learning is that to perform a function, there is often a couple different areas something needs to be changed for that function to be executed. The more I learn about the platform, the better I am at figuring it out, but is sometimes frustrating. However, QGenda support is AMAZING and is always will to help!
Megan S. · Practice Administrator · Medical Practice · May 15, 2024
Pros: Qgenda is easy to use in both creating and documenting an existing schedule. It is easy to modify as needed and is a great way to keep track of how much each physician is working. Shifts can also be counted.
Cons: I don't love the calendar function. It is difficult to display a calendar for nonusers to see. We like to post our monthly calendar and nonusers don't need the details that users do.
Mitchell S. · Neonatologist- Medical Director · Medical Practice · May 14, 2024
Pros: I like the mobile accessibility feature.
Cons: I have been having some trouble with general log in and being unable to see my schedule. It has not been resolved thus far.
Olga I. · Radiologic Technologist · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 14, 2024
Pros: The interface is very easy to use, it helps keep our credentialing organized.
Cons: I think there could be some features added to the credentialing part to make it easier to communicate with providers.
Teri Z. · Administrative Assistant · Medical Practice · May 14, 2024
Pros: Easy to use and set up. When looking for product, Qgenda was the only one that fit.
Cons: I can’t think of anything that we really don’t like.
Rebecca S. · Practice Administrator · Medical Practice · May 14, 2024
I used to have great customer service support and felt like we mattered to the business, we have been with them for over 10 years. The products are easy to use, extremely handy and great.
Pros: Ease of use, versatility, mobile access, having everything all in one place, scheduling and credentialing.
Cons: The new customer support system without having a dedicated person or two that we contact when something is wrong it takes much longer to get things resolved than it did for the first 10 years we used the product.
Angela O. · Medical Staff Coordinator · Medical Practice · May 14, 2024
Pros: Weekly inhancements are awesome. And easy of use.
Cons: The lease thing i like is the templete section.
Vickie M. · Contracting and Credentialing Coordinator · Medical Practice · May 10, 2024
Pros: The layout of qgenda is user friendly and allows for easy editing complex schedules with a lot of different tasks and seats.
Cons: the automated scheduling and rules set up seem to have hiccups or issues each time we try to fix them a different one would arise so i just stopped using the automation. If it worked or understood our complexity better somehow, it would make scheduling easier but i think our practice schedule and rules are too complex for the system to not counteract some of them along the line.
Courtney D. · Manager of Employee and Physician Relations · Medical Practice · May 10, 2024
overall its a great scheduling software.
Pros: I love the ease of access and use especially on mobile device
Cons: Everything is great. Would definitely recommend
CHERRI H. · Schedule Coordinator · Medical Practice · May 8, 2024
Impersonal customer support. Our previous scheduling program had a support staff who new our organization
Pros: Ability to customize subgroups within our organization
Cons: Too complex to manage without Customer support
Bryan S. · Scheduler · Hospital & Health Care · May 7, 2024
We like that we can customized the system with our needs.
Pros: Fast, flexible and able to navigate easily.
Cons: Too many clicks and can be challenging.
VIckie M. · Practice Manager · Hospital & Health Care · May 7, 2024
overall today after 5 years I would give it a B-
Pros: Qgenda was great in the beginning but over time as they grew and tried to expand into other areas they lost some of the special love they used to shower their customers with
Cons: They outsourced customer service and instead of having an indidivudl assigned to your account you have generic people who respond to issues
David S. · President · Hospital & Health Care · May 7, 2024
Pros: QGENDA is easy to use. It is also easy to Understand and navigate. It’s ability to track the Number of days at certain rotations, as well as keeping track of vacation days makes recordkeeping easy.
Cons: The ability to change the schedule as an administrator is difficult when using a mold device.
