Getting started was slow but now we love several of the features the system offers without having to manually oversee daily.
Pros: I love the automation features in Levitate. My team never have to worry about missing things and customers can schedule appointments with our team for any of their needs.
Cons: There was not a lot of training when we took over from another agency so it took some time to learn the system.

I handle sending out the newsletters, emails and social media for the firm. It is so quick to login to Levitate and post something on all social media at once and there are many email templates to choose from. Plus, our rep sets up campaigns for us and all I have to do is login and approve them.
Pros: I love the content creation and east to email past and previous clients. It also asks our clients for reviews when their case closes and only asks them to add a review to Google if they put 5 stars.
Cons: It should be easier to customize captions on linked in vs facebook vs instagram. Instagram prefers shorter captions and linked in should sound more formal.

I like it its cool, but with most people wanting texts I gravitate towards free platforms. With our specific company, we have seniors that don't even use the internet at all!
Pros: I like the templates and how AI is incorporated to make it easier. Then sending is easy once you have everyone's info entered and grouped. I like the grouping feature.
Cons: The texting feature is not included. Most people text and usually don't look at their emails so for this reason the texting feature should be free.

The onboarding process and information was given over several calls/zoom meetings. It made learning and navigating stress free.
Pros: I can't say enough good things about Levitate. For years I've been looking for some relief in managing our social media and email platforms. We are very small, and the time it has save to put out a quality email, letter or social media post has helped tremendously. Totally recommend Levitate. Scheduling out all the posts for a couple moths, especially during the holidays was a game changer.
Cons: No issues. Every thing went smooth. Their ideas helped create some great social media posts. I hope the price stays consistent and we can afford to keep going with Levitate.

I love Levitate! It is very user friendly and the customer success specialist is so helpful! I like how it does the work for you.
Pros: The content calendar is my favorite feature of Levitate. I love how you can upload posts to multiple social media platforms at the same time, and how you can schedule the posts up to 3 month
Cons: We use CasePeer as our Case Management Software and Levitate does not integrate with CasePeer, so the new client contacts added to CasePeer do not automatically upload to Levitate for the automations.

Levitate has been an excellent addition to our business. Implementation was smooth, the support team has been incredibly responsive, and based on our experience with other systems, this is easily the most effective platform we’ve used.
Pros: Levitate has been fantastic and we are super excited about the possibilities! Onboarding was a breeze and the ongoing support has been extraordinary. Having used other platforms in the past, I can unequivocally say that Levitate is the best!!
Cons: Nothing to see here! Levitate has exceeded our expectations with respect to every aspect of implementation and ease of use.

Since i got hired on my job the first thing i was able to learn was levitate, i use so all day and for so many things. It really makes my life so much easier.
Pros: Everything about Levitate is literally the best, there isn't one thing i would change. It's so user friendly and just simple!
Cons: Right now, I don't have anything negative about Levitate. It really is so easy to learn and understand.

Overall, Levitate helps us achieve our goal of getting our clients to open our emails. The sales pitch to us was great. The ease of use hasn't been wonderful. The onboarding and check-ins are beneficial but I find myself not wanting to use Levitate because it takes me longer to create automations than I feel like it should.
Pros: Our email open and click rates looks fantastic compared to service providers. It is doing the job...
Cons: Analytics has not met my expectations. I only see high-level, basic data found only in the reports dashboard. Exporting a report is disappointing. There's no data in it. I'd like to run a report on my newsletter emails as a whole campaign or a single email report with data, not contacts. I need metrics like average open rate, bounce rates, unsubscribe rates, average click rate, email list health, etc.

Since I started using the tool it's been great. It's so user friendly so I don't have to spend a ton of time in it.
Pros: Its easy to navigate. My contact representative is also super helpful and makes it easy for us to use.
Cons: I cannot think of something I like least about the system. Every time I use the tool it simple to use. Never had any major issues and if I cannot figure it out then I reach out to my contact person who has been super helpful.

I think it is a great vehicle for reaching out to my clients through out the year and hope to get even more proficient at it this year. My account rep, [sensitive content hidden] is the best and helps me whenever I need it. [sensitive content hidden] keeps in touch with me every quarter to make sure my touch points with customers are up to date and relevant. I couldn't be more happy with the service.
Pros: Ease of reaching my entire client list with timely and constant messaging through email and social media
Cons: Sometimes tough to figure out how to send a message. And with my busy schedule, it is sometimes difficult to reach out to my account rep.

Generally good. I expected a little more one on one training and handholding in the begining. The quarterly content meetings are ok, but they go kind of fast. I am not as big a fan of emailing back and forth for questions or help
Pros: Ease of use and how easy it is to track communications with donors. I do feel like there is a lot of self learning, but in general the system is pretty easy to learn.
Cons: I wish it also had CRM capabilities, so I didn't have to use two different management tools. I haven't found the templates and content creation that helpful

Maybe I need to play with the system longer but overall my experience has been mediocre at best, especially because we can't use some of the services. The cost to benefit does not seem to be there.
Pros: Ready to use content for social media posts and emails. Communication with Levitate and the helpfulness of the team
Cons: In outlook you have to log in to Levitate every time to see all of the information on the side. Blanket cost even though we can't use some of the services. Data flow has not been helpful for what we were excited about when we first got the system.

Levitate has been amazing. Their marketing help is well appreciated. Their marketing team is extremely knowledgeable. They were able to give us some amazing tips on our newsletter.
Pros: It is easy to use and understand. Their marketing templates are amazing! Levitate also has a great marketing team that is very knowledgeable.
Cons: I don't have any current or past issues with Levitate. Things have been great so far. I am confident if we do encounter an issue, then Levitate will help to solve it.

Overall I am happy with Levitate and the services that we currently have. I appreciate the campaigns that are created on our behalf.
Pros: I enjoy the automation of emails being sent to our clients throughout the year. (Ex: Happy Birthdays, reminders, etc.)
Cons: The only Con is the pushiness of the account reps for meetings even after explaining that I'd schedule when ready. Upselling additional products that we don't need.

Great value for your cost. They have always been available to help me when I had a question. They maintained contact quarterly to make sure that I had appropriate touch points with my clients
Pros: The rep that works with me is very helpful. Whether you are an expert marketing or know nothing, Levitate can help you with touch points. It is easy to learn to use and they are very helpful as well.
Cons: I cannot think of anything that I do not like. They have always been helpful and available when I needed them.

I absolutely love our customer specialist, [sensitive content hidden] . He is on top of anything I ask and explains things very well.
Pros: It is easy to understand and the support you get is amazing. The content creation has already brought in more attention to the animal shelter.
Cons: We wish it worked with more than just Stripe. Having options would help to get more to go directly to Levitate.

Pros: The automation, value for the pricing as we made up for it in just a few new clients! The ability to modify really great existing templates and the amount of the templates to choose from is paramount to successful implementation.
Cons: That it takes so long to email a campaign based on the number of emails a day allowed by the email services we use like Yahoo or Gmail etc. Is there a way that Levitate can create an email service that just sends them all out at one time, or at least a larger amount? This severely impacts the ability to send out multiple campaigns at the same time.

It has been a positive experience. It is able to handle all the tasks that I expected it to. Love my rep and her reliability.
Pros: The ever changing features based on customer requests. My rep is always friendly and willing to submit by questions to someone that can answer them if she can't.
Cons: Ai agent isn't the best. It seems to say the same thing when I use it for the Google Review prompt responses.

Overall experience has been good. We have had a sort of revolving door with reps but I do not think that is all that uncommon in these sort of potions in a company like this.
Pros: Make creating and managing campaigns easier and more streamlined. The templates and curated content help alleviate any learning curve that might be normal for starting this sort of program.
Cons: Cost; it is the same for almost any speculative spend. You hope you get value for your money and in this case we believe we are.
