It's pretty good. The interface is easy enough to make up for limited onboarding with the package we provided. 30 days onboarding really only means about 3 hours total of training. We did encounter a bit of bait and switch to a few key things Qwilr cannot do, but overall content with our purchase. If you pursue the produce be overly clear with your needs and ask multiple follow-up questions.
Pros: Easy UI to make and send documents like Proposals, Case Studies, and ebooks. Drag and drop, save frequently used blocks, and adjust settings with simple clicks.
Cons: If you are in a Microsoft 365 ecosystem you'll need a third party to do most of your embedding and something like Zapier for your CRM. They are pretty vague with what the system can (and cannot) until you're locked in.

Overall, Qwilr is a great tool for document design and we've been complimented on the style and feel of our proposals.
Pros: Qwilr has a clean designing feature that makes it easy to update. It has a good, but not great integration with Hubspot. The block style editing is very helpful.
Cons: The document management. I cannot easily close all the links to past deals. Until recently we didn't set an expiration on deals. Occasionally, the navigation is clunky with updating a design.

Pros: Qwilr is such an asset to use. It is simple to create proposal and send to potential clients.
Cons: I have never had issues using the Qwilr platform.
Natasha L. · COO · Public Relations and Communications · November 30, 2024
Pros: With the tool generating of proposal and signing is easier and straightforward. It's an easy to use tool which is highly flexible to meet organizations needs.
Cons: It has a long learning curve which is kind of discouraging.

quite satisfactory, will surely keep using it
Pros: Ease of sharing, looks and easy to update pages
Cons: I find a few difficulties with formatting when printing pages as PDF
Richa P. · Business Manager · Civil Engineering · January 21, 2024
Pros: I like Qwilr because it makes proposal management easy Coupled with digital signature solutions, this software makes signing electronically easy The software also makes quoting and handling our CPQ needs easy
Cons: Well, there hasn't been causes for alarm and Qwilr works best
Fatura M. · Accounting Manager · Food & Beverages · January 18, 2024
I love quiller and will continue to use it. It looks clean, it's easy to use, easy to customize, and prospects. Absolutely love it.
Pros: Quiller is easy to use and easy to customize. In a world or most companies do presentations through PowerPoint, having a web-based presentation and proposal where you can make changes on the fly that they can see immediately is wonderful. It looks great. Once you have it set up, and is overall a great product.
Cons: We did have to hire a third party to help design the templates because it was a little difficult to get everything to look great right off the bat. Plus they're pricing feature is nice, but they don't take into account more complicated industries that require full contract negotiations. We have the pricing feature on there but it doesn't work the way it should for our industry.
Brian W. · Vice President Business Development · Hospitality · November 13, 2023
Qwilr has been used in numerous negotiations and has been convenient and fruitful in terms of creating and discussing contracts. An unusual and potent ally has supported the business, which has facilitated transactions with clients in far-off places. It is highly recommended due to its extensive contract coverage, high quality, and scalability through periodic updates. Both the user interface and support are incredibly easy to use and pleasant to interact with.
Pros: I'm glad to know that I'm putting Qwilr to good use in the business world; it has the potential to set a new standard for engaging business reporting, which makes me happy. Its flexibility and ease of use, its constant updates, and its excellent alignment with contractual objectives speak to its versatility and adaptability. It provides us with a variety of prefabricated formats from which we can generate unique proposals for our company and its offerings. To motivate a request, control is crucial.
Cons: Despite the fact that I am aware of the software's potential and value, I am dissatisfied with its astronomical price.
Steve F. · Lead Software Engineer · Information Technology and Services · August 16, 2023
I've been using Qwilr to create, track and plan my estimates and proposals.
Pros: I like that Qwilr creates engaging and flexible documents to fit my proposal needs. The program is very user friendly and blends with my brand's vision well.
Cons: It's pricing is a bit expensive for a single-person business. I really appreciate the product but when looking to cost cut, I've been considering other options.
Benjamin S. · Photographer · Photography · August 8, 2023
I liked it for its purpose and built in library of templates that wow new contacts, but wasn’t busy enough to justify its expense for the occasional new client proposal needed as it felt more like bells and whistles than necessary
Pros: I loved using Qwilr for beautiful proposals and getting approved/first payment.
Cons: I found regular monthly billing easier on other applications, would prefer to be more streamlined

Overall, our team has had a good experience with Qwilr.
Pros: Qwilr is easy to use and no frills which suits our team's needs. It's easy to create proposals from templates and set up templates.
Cons: Customization of proposals can be challenging. There is a learning curve for understanding how to edit and use blocks.
Rhonda B. · Chief Operations Officer · Marketing and Advertising · June 8, 2023
Filipe C. · CEO · Marketing and Advertising · April 26, 2023
Overall its a perfect tool very helpful for sales team to send quotes and proposals and saves us many hours of making manual proposals.
Pros: 1. It is a great platform that saves us many hours2. Proposal builder is easy to use, and many resources are available to learn how to edit templates and blocks3. Great integration with Sales CRMs (Hubspot)
Cons: You need to be the same user of Qwilr that has the ID with Hubspot (same account) if not you cannot use templates (which makes you buy additional accounts on Qwilr for each hubspot user)
Sadia Gohar K. · Sales and Marketing Specialist · Pharmaceuticals · February 8, 2023
All in all this is onenof the best purchases made thus far and it makes some of these other programs seem like they are rookies.
Pros: What I love most about this product is the fact that it is an all in one cloud based program. It makes life easier if you have to keep records of everything going in and out and even the in between. It is very user friendly well. Ç:à@dd
Cons: The price is a bit more than expected but you get what you pay for and its a great piece of work. It does most of the work for you so it's worth it.
Shellie A W. · Bookkeeper · Accounting · October 3, 2022
Overall experience with Qwilr is nice and one who needs perfect quality of electronic signature and documents storage facilities.
Pros: Our business requirements are as such that electronic signature and documents storage should be the priority for us to look for any CRM tool (currently) and in that aspect Qwilr outraged it's competitors.
Cons: Qwilr doesn't have right customised template as their design and templates are not upto the mark (compare to other tools) along with that it is quite expensive for long run.
Aman Preet S. · Developer · Retail · July 14, 2022
Pros: I like that the format of proposals is automatically more mobile-friendly on a mobile browser.
Cons: You can automatically generate proposals via Zapier, but it is limited to text in fields. If you try to automate custom pricing in the pricing tables, it won't work
Luke M. · Owner · Media Production · April 27, 2022
We used Qwlir for a brief period to manage our clients contracts. It was fine as a basic contract option but had limited customization options and ultimately couldn't do what we needed it to so we ended up switching.
Pros: Qwlir made nice to look at contracts that had custom backgrounds and fonts
Cons: The customization options were limited as were the triggers (example: 2nd payment is always xx days after the 1st payment, or x days before a certain project milestone.
Julianna O. · Director of Client Experience · Media Production · April 12, 2022
It is a professional tool. It works nicely, but a little pricy. But I am happy with the work.
Pros: I really like it because it works perfectly. Also, a professional as well. I will use this again and again.
Cons: It has a lot of features and it moves towards betterment. It is very awesome to use. So, it is very simple. It is a little pricy.

When we switched to Qwilr, it made copying & creating proposals much easier. A professional looking quote can be out the door in literally 20 minutes - and the viewer probably thinks we spent hours on it.
Pros: Qwilr required no training to get up & running. It's a very straightforward, easy to use platform. For only $75 a month to create unlimited proposals, it's probably the cheapest software platform we utilize, yet we use it to provide new prospects with proposals almost daily. A true bargain when you consider the cost / benefit. The proposals look professional, we always get compliments on how great they are. No more powerpoint or Word docs, and no more paying an outside designer to create something on Adobe for us. Anyone on our team can easily use Qwilr to create a great looking proposal in under an hour.
Cons: Again I'll say that despite it's shortcomings, Qwilr is still a bargain. That said, I wish that there was more ability to customize font sizes and colors. I've also found that sometimes changes don't save when multiple people are working on the same project , so you have to be careful of that. The last feature that I wish they had was the ability to see when a proposal (a "qwilr") was created. We often remember "hey - who did we do that website quote for a few months back?" - we know the proposal exists, but we can't remember the name. Then we're left paging thru hundreds of proposals to try & find it. Or if we create multiple proposals for the same customer, we'd like to be able to see which one was the most recent.

Overall, Qwilr has provided me with an interface to present documents and pitches in a sleek and modern fashion that is easy on the eyes.
Pros: My experience with Qwilr has been great. The software allows the creation of stunning pitches, documents, or proposals which themselves are highly customizable.
Cons: The software can be quite expensive especially for smaller businesses, otherwise, I have no complaints.
Lenedge K. · Director · International Affairs · December 8, 2020
Didn't enjoy it. Not worth it.
Pros: Nothing really, it's a bs platform with limited functionality.
Cons: This company and platform were clearly stuck in the 2000s. No updates for the past few years probably. They have three different options of font customization and five different colors - that's it! That's what you get for $75 per month. Layout customization is limited as well. You only make one or two-column pages. This is why all your decks and proposals will look the same. It took me a while to realize that they are not planning to update the app ever, so switch to Google Slides - simple, better, faster, more features, and cheaper.

Budgets look really professionals and customers always mention this to me
Pros: Its really simple and easy to make great documents to present to customers. They look really professional and I think is a good way to start a relationship with a potential customer.
Cons: Sometimes the customization available to make on documents is tight to the software possibilities and there is no much possibility to make custom designs. Adding more custom aspects would be great

We have been providing our clients with beautiful professional proposals and quotes in short periods of time. We have been able to get immediate response from our prospects and able to identify if our prospects have viewed our proposal or not, as well as having an account of number of views.
Pros: Amazing professional platform that is quick and easy to set up and edit. One amazing factor with Qwilr's simple interface is the fact that you can still make changes even after sharing files. Our sales team is able to send out proposals and quotes effectively and efficiently to our prospects within reasonable time frames. The customer service team is amazing . Always available and ready to assist.
Cons: I would like to see more layout options. Other than that , nothing I dislike
Steve E. · CEO · Graphic Design · August 31, 2020
Overall experience is amazing, but they just have to come up with small team plan like 4 to 5 people team and also for 1 person use. Other than that, they have to look into pricing strategy.
Pros: All the feature is very helpfull to express your ideas and it gives wings to your imagination
Cons: Obviously pricing of this software is too high so everyone could not afford, who just want to work two or three time in a month.
Harnish C. · Assitant Project Engineer · Construction · August 26, 2020
Efficient and professional proposal creation.
Pros: The integrations of other software's, such as Stripe, Hubspot etc.
Cons: The incompatibility with video sites, such as Vimeo and splash block.
