Customer service is very responsive and the web interface is also easy to use. It was also very easy to integrate into our inventory management system and has saved us a lot of time.
Pros: Seamless integration into our inventory management system. It makes shipping domestic packages to our customers so much easier by eliminating double entry.
Cons: Inability to ship internationally because we still need to file EEI with USCBP. It would ideal if Shippo can also offer that service, even if it is paid. Another annoying issue is needing to pay for every single shipment with a different credit card transaction when using Shippo's accounts.

Good experience with Shippo. They are definitely one of the better shipping companies and would recommend using them.
Pros: Makes it easy to ship packages. It connects with your website to go ahead and pull your orders in and helps to make it easier to ship.
Cons: Costs have gone up and options are limited. The cost to ship items have increased a lot and some options have been removed to go ahead and ship so makes it tougher to pick a carrier.

As a small business, it is very important for me to save time and money whenever possible, and I think that Shippo was not just the best option for my business in terms of services provided, but also the most cost effective and easy to implement.
Pros: I use Shippo as an integration with Wix, and the process of adding the extension was simple, easy, and efficient. Once integrated with my website, Shippo allowed me to seamlessly prepare shipping labels for jewelry orders placed on my website.
Cons: During the set-up process I encountered a small bug in the integration, but upon reaching out to Shippo support, the issue was quickly addressed and I was able to move forward. I have not encountered any further bugs.

We use this to ship merchandise from our webstore. Printing labels from home and dropping off at post office with no intereaction.
Pros: Very easy to use printing labels direct at home saves time and money for a small company like ourselves.
Cons: We have never had an issue with Shippo. The system is easy to navigate and has lead to zero problems in our merchandise fulfillment.

Overall I enjoy it. I believe it has help our accuracy with shipping as well as the time to get shipments out the door.
Pros: I enjoy the how easy it if to just create a label while processing shipments. I also enjoy how it check our address.
Cons: I do not enjoy international shipping. We do not have weight for all our products so we tend to use worldship for our international shipping

Pros: Too many changes to interface over the years and it’s not as user friendly as it had previously been.
Cons: The shipping rates are not as deeply discounted as they had been when I first implemented this software.

I used shipstation for a long time until I realized how much it was costing. I heard shippo did the same thing but was cheaper so I switched my business from shipstation to shippo. I sell on eBay Amazon and shopify

I love shippo, because even when you save some a dollar for each shipping label, it adds up, and when you have hundreds of orders you can easily save hundreds of dollars.
Pros: The easy integration with my e-commerce in Shopify is awesome and it saves me money by reducing shipping costs.
Cons: Sometimes the tracking updates can be delayed, and carrier options may be limited depending on the shipping location.

We've used them for years because they offer great rates. However, if Shipstation offered the same rates we'd definitely prefer Shipstation over Shippo
Pros: Their carrier negotiated rates are the best we've found. The API works well and makes it easy to compare rates and ship internationally. Support is generally pretty good
Cons: The web portal is much worse than Shipstations. They also do a bad job of associating orders with shipments and viewing things you do via the API in the web portal.

The slickest and most user-friendly shipping platform I've used, and I have tried a few; however, eventually I felt we could do better with a platform that did not charge per month. That said, Shippo may be a great choice for many people.
Pros: Shippo has a user-friendly dashboard and strong integration with ecommerce platforms; I can see all my orders in one place. In addition, the tracking api updates frequently so my customers can see real-time information.
Cons: Out of the box the integration with WooCommerce does not provide live shipping quotes. I can use a third-party plugin to do this, but then I'm paying for the plugin plus Shippo. That's my second issue: Shippo charges $20/mo. and up for their platform, unless your package count is pretty low.

I shipped a few dozen packages with Shippo and although the price was low as soon as I had a claim with Disc Drives that filed during shipping I discovered the Insurance exception that they will not pay for any damage claim unless the damage is visible externally. this means it would be unwise to send any of the following using Shippo: Computers, Computer Monitors Printers Disk Drives TVs Speakers Amplifiers Receivers Cell Phones Watches Headphones Kitchen Appliances Drones Electric Fans Window Air Conditioners Quite a list, don't you think and much of what I send would be on this list so I can no longer use Shippo since any internal damage would not be covered.
Pros: Low cost Shipping Comparison of Choices by vendor and duration
Cons: Insurance of no value when damage is not visible but internal

Was great until they changed and limited the free service. Now I use less intuitive and speedy services for most of my shipping.
Pros: Excellent interface. Good customer service when I did have issues.
Cons: It was free for unlimited labels (extra features did cost more but I only needed the basics) and then they switched to only 30 per month for the free service. I still use those 30, but then switch to other clients for the rest of the month. I hope this changes back.

They have not actually refunded me money that they say has been refunded.
Pros: Shippo makes it so easy to send a package. I like that you can get a shipping quote from multiple shipping companies.
Cons: I did not use two labels. They say I have been refunded, but the money is not in my account. There is no phone number to call, and I have been back and forth through email multiple times and they just give me the runaround.

I don't know if our accounting team would be able to operate without shippo it has helped streamline our mailing processes.
Pros: Shippo has made sending our clients Checks, Paperwork and other otherwise critical documents that need to be physically sent to our clients stress free. We can sleep well at night knowing that Shippo's tools will keep us covered! The ease of use in comparing shipping rates makes it super easy for our Accounting team to use as well.
Cons: The shipment summaries can sometimes lack the granularity neccesary to file it away in our other systems such as airtables, however all things considered this is a super small issue!

Fedex was able to integrate via our CRM to provide a holistic view of our shipment expenses.
Pros: Shippo provides instant access to our shipping metrics and where our mailers are being sent
