Pros: Nos complace encontrar software que nos facilite la labor para nuestros clientes y que se encuentren conforme al trabajo brindado excelente notifii track.

Cons: Sin mucho que pedirle por qué nos ayuda conforme a lo elaborado.

Pros: I like using Notifii because it's easy to track packages for guests who ask for help with locating their packages.

Cons: The only complaint I have is that I have to press a box to check every mailroom's packages when it is not a default option.

Pros: I like that it is simple to use, allows for us to be organized with mailroom organization

Cons: sometimes is slow, but it is due to our internet, not the functionality of the app

Pros: Notifii is very helpful with keeping track of our resident packages. It creates an ease in communication between our porters, our concierge team and call center.

Cons: Unfortunately I wish there were easier and faster shortcuts to immediately see Resident packages. I also wish we didn't have the option to stay signed in for only two hours because I forget to change it then I have to log in all over again.

Pros: We appreciate that Notifi has reliable information on the demographics of our area/market.

Cons: We don't have any features that we specific dislike. We think it is pretty user friendly.

Pros: This software is easy to install and use! Has helped me out on many occasions, when a packages have gone missing. I like the fact that I can pick how often people get notified they have a package. I use it everyday!

Cons: Once you save something you can change the tracking number unless you delete to whole thing and start over.

Pros: This product is so user friendly! I love how the interface makes it so easy to manage our flow of packages. The system keeps up with tracking and also works along our ticketing system which helps so much with reconciling orders.

Cons: I don't have many dislikes about this product but maybe if notfii also include a mailroom locker system - this would be such an awesome opportunity.

Pros: The software literally makes my life so easy. It’s so simple and convenient to use! I get a hundred packages every 2 days and the software helps me log them in so fast.

Cons: Sometimes the printing tags window doesn’t pop up and that slows down the process significantly.

Pros: The software was very straightforward. Our concierge, call center and porter members were all able to familiarize themselves with the software through a quick and easy video tutorial. Notifii, overall, has not provided us with many difficulties and is very user-friendly.

Cons: I would love to be able to integrate Notifii with our current Alice platform, which we use for other property tasks for our team members. We used to solely use Alice and are now utilizing both platforms, but I would love if there were a way to sync them so that packages logged in through Notifii would show up in our Alice database under a resident's profile as well. Another suggestion I have for the platform is to be able to sync it with Kipsu (the platform we use for texting residents). Currently we receive email notifications when a resident texts us to deliver or hold onto their package, but it would be preferred if we could text them back, rather than responding via email.

Pros: The product is very easy to use and time saving. It stores all resident's information and packages very well. It does not consume time and can log packages in at the speed of light good job

Cons: Sometimes names don't pop up immediately or you have to put in only one of the resident's names and scroll a little. Also, sometimes people registered on the app don't receive emails telling them that they have a package or a mail, but it doesn't occur frequently just 1 in every 30 people.

Pros: the smoothness of the software allows for easy maneuvering

Cons: there was not anything I disliked about the software

Pros: Being able to quickly find names of individuals whos packages get to the facility

Cons: I think if there was a way to alert individuals who checked in their packages or resources. This would also help with the employee accountability side too.

Pros: Notifii is very easy to Navigate and is used friendly.

Cons: It was difficult to set up my account in the beginning.

Pros: easy tracking and fast, i really enjoy using it

Cons: can sometimes be overwhelming too many features

Pros: This software makes processing and locating packages so much more efficient! The barcode scanner, tracking system, and notification alert system are all very useful and and convenient for mailroom functionality.

Cons: There is an on and off again problem with the software recognizing Ontrac tracking numbers, but most other carriers are accurately labeled automatically by the software.

Pros: It makes my job very easy and its understandable most of the time.

Cons: Sometimes its confusing but overall really easy to use. It also occasionally lags.

Pros: I'm on the person that uses the software not any administration part of it but it is very easy to use.

Cons: I wish the number to label the boxes/packages with stayed on the screen for longer once you submit a package.

Cons: Unable to add multiple sender to one person. You can add multiple packages and tracking numbers but only one sender.

Pros: This software is easy to use, and easy to explain to new employees to use as well.

Cons: My only issue with this product is the scanning feature when inputting a new package.

Pros: The best feature of the software is the multi-device integration. What's logged into the desktop is instantaneously available on the front desk table, the cell phone, and other devices.

Cons: The integration with our database prevents our office from making changes to the Recipient FIles. All updates are done through the programming department. It would be nice to edit the tracking information after the initial scan.
