Really positive it was an easy implementation and we were up and running in no time. It has been a great addition to our company
Pros: How flexible it is. We have complete control over all of our daily tasks for our drivers. We can see where they are and when they’re going to get where they’re supposed to be.
Cons: We’re fairly technical so we like to change things on our own when possible and a lot of times we have to go to Elite Extra for modifications.

Utilizo las funciones de auto-routing de Elite EXTRA, lo que elimina la necesidad de tener una persona con amplio conocimiento en la zona donde se hacen los envíos, mientras el sistema crea automáticamente la ruta optimizando tiempos y gastos. Pros: Me gusta muchísimo la función de auto routing de Elite EXTRA, porque así ni siquiera necesitas tener una persona con amplio conocimiento en la zona donde vas a hacer los envíos. Los envíos caen al sistema y automáticamente crea la ruta, optimizando tiempos y gastos. Además, es tan dinámico que, si un cliente cancela, la ruta se reconfigura de la misma manera, lo cual es buenísimo. También me impresiona el seguimiento de tracking en tiempo real que es espectacular.
Cons: No fue fácil la traducción, especialmente el tipo de moneda y algunas unidades de medida. Sin embargo, con el apoyo del soporte, logramos superarlo rápidamente. Fue solo un breve período de adaptación del personal mientras usamos una moneda diferente a la local, y tuvimos que capacitar a la gente para familiarizarse con algunos términos.

The customer support we receive has been top notch. We are in the software all day every day and are in a next-day delivery model, so quick resolution of any bugs or issues is very important to us when they happen.
Pros: EliteExtra is fantastic for route optimization, communication and oversight with delivery drivers, and electronic POD functions for our customer service team. We manage 5 dispatch sites with dozens of drivers and dispatchers. It is easy to onboard new employees into the software and get them utilizing it quickly which helps our customer service team and our tracking of order deliveries. PODs allow us to prove deliveries to our customers when any issues arise.
Cons: I wish there was more openness around taking customer ideas and turning them into features within the software.

Quite positive. Does what's advertised on the tin, just needs refining to maximise it's capability and make it a little easier to use.
Pros: Easy to plan vehicles routes based on job location and weight. The returns process is handy as you can easily link to previous orders. The driver app is straightforward and easy to use.
Cons: Generally a little buggy across the board. Some tasks need to be completed twice to register. Difficult to flag this with Elite Extra team as completely random and mostly just a minor inconvenience.

I've been using Elite Extra for the past 13 years. It's been nice to see how it's evolved and gotten better with each update roll out. It's been extremely helpful for our internal team and our customers. They like the ability to receive updates on their delivery orders in real time.
Pros: The best thing about Elite Extra is the reports that are available to us. Really informative information to help make business decisions.
Cons: The Delivery Network has been problematic at times when we attempt to use. Although we know it is not directly connected with Elite Extra.

Our experience with Elite Extra has been positive. The tool of elite extra has given us more visibility on how efficient our drivers are during their routes / has given us great POD information for the deliveries to leave at customer locations. Many of our drivers have enjoyed using the driver app, and it has helped onboarding new staff members.
Pros: Elite Extra provides our company the ability to dispatch and track our drivers in real time. The Delivery Network option on Elite Extra has allowed us to accommodate more customers without having to purchase additional vehicles. Elite Extra is a valuable business tool that helps provide a better customer experience.
Cons: One drawback of elite extra is that the sometimes the orders in our business system do not populate in the site because the API has issues sometimes.

its a good experience the app works well and easy for the drivers to understand what they are doing and how to get to the location for delivery
Pros: eas of dispatch and load organizing. seeing a list of loads needing to go out under the asset scheduler being able to send my guys an electronic dispatch
Cons: the fact that i have to unmanifest and remanifest a load to move it around for delivery dates. and the fact that i cannot easily see specific orders. i wouldl ike to see the loads in a monthly view aswell

Overall - it is a great tool that meets our needs at a reasonable price. It has made a significant difference in our delivery logistics management.
Pros: The people at Elite Extra make all the difference. They are responsive, helpful and available when needed.
Cons: The user interface is manageable once teams have been onboarded but that is the hardest part for people to get adjusted to. Simple tweaks could make a world of difference in onboarding.

Great experience, great overall value. Everything is seamless and easy to use once you know what you are doing.
Pros: Allows me to see all my drivers in real time and allows seamless integration of route updating. Also being bale to see if deliveries have been made.
Cons: Updates that sometimes changes feature we are already used to. Sometimes if it isn't broken don't fix it.

My overall experience is wonderful. I LOVE IT. I often print reports for the drivers to show them how well they are doing.
Pros: My favorite thing about Elite Extra is being able to track orders. I'm able to get my drivers back in a timely manner, the ETA's are very accurate. the pictures have saved us numerous times.
Cons: The only thing that I do not like is that we have 3 branches that aren't in the Elite Extra yet. I can't tell if or when their orders have gone out. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL BE ON BOARD SOON.

Pros: VERY UP TO DATE WITH THE SOFTWARE. I HAVE USED THIS SOFTWARE FOR ABOUT 5-6 YEARS AND HAVE ENJOYED IT COMPARED TO OTHERS.
Cons: SOMETIMES GLITCHES OUT ON THE DRIVERS PHONES. THIS DOES CAUSE A LOT OF PROBLEMS WHEN MY GUY CANT GET PHYCIAL PROOF OF DELIVERY.

Pros: EVERYTHING I LOVE THE FACT THAT IT BUILDS THE ROUTE FOR YOU. THEN ITS JUST MINOR TWEEKS TO THE ROUTES TO FINALIZE THEM.
Cons: NOTHING EXCEPT NMAYBE WORK ON THE PICK UP PART OF THE AUTO ROUTE BUILDING. WHAT I MEAN IS, WHEN PUTTING IN A PICK UP IT HAS A NACK OF PUTING IT IN THE WRONG ROUTE.

Our experience has been great! Elite Extra has a great product, and a great support team, they are ALWAYS available and willing to help. [sensitive content hidden] is great, [sensitive content hidden] really understands our business and the challenges we have, he is always open to listen and work with us to find the best solution.
Pros: Elite Extra really helps our customers track their returns and see the progress from pick up to receiving their credits. It also allows us as a Dealer to set the parameters that our customers must follow regrading when they can and cannot return parts based on the purchase date.
Cons: Elite Extra is a great tool! The ONLY negative about having hundreds of customers using Elite Extra is the turnover in the Body Shops, causing us to spend time getting new users set up at existing customer locations.

I would say Elite Extra is user friendly and it makes everything so convenient. As a dispatcher, it makes my work easy.
Pros: Real-time visibility and communication. GPS tracking and & Live ETA. Proof of delivery and driver tools
Cons: Dependent on internet and Mobile devices. If you lose cell service update may not sync in real time.

Overall, the Team at Elite has been very responsive to issues and resolving them. The program gives me much more information than I have ever had or have ever been able to provide to my customers.
Pros: The ability to get last mile information in house as well as to my customers. Reporting and proof of deliveries are very good.
Cons: The integration with P21 was not and is still not fully functional. The interface still needs some "ease of use" navigation enhancements.

The program is relatively easy to use. I don't recommend it for more complicated routes. I recommend it for efficiency for routes that are one type of product. I.e. packages, propane.
Pros: It makes it nice for simple deliveries. The routing is nice and takes the guess work out of finding the very best route.
Cons: Refined fuels simply is too complex for the programming. It does not have the ability to add in different products for one delivery. Refined fuel trucks have multiple compartments on a truck. This works better for routes like simple deliveries of one product or packages.

I believe there is lots of potential with this app. It creates a place where we can see all of our orders and when they were delivered. It makes it very easy to track certain orders down. Though there were a few issues at first, they seemed to die down and improve. But there are still a few issues that I deal with daily which can easily be fixed on my end, but I believe these issues should be fixed on the Developer side.
Pros: I like how the auto dispatching works with our system to implement routes in an organized manner. Though it doesn't get it right 100% of the time, a vast majority of the time it gets it selected to the correct route.

I love the customer support, the innovation, and how easy it is to utilize. We were the first dealership in our area to use it within our industry and we now have our competition on it as well.
Pros: I love a one stop shop for our deliveries and returns. It makes communication between the customer and our dealership. It has also streamlined our delivery service making it easy to tell customers where their product is at or when we can have their parts to them.
Cons: My largest issue is when something is manually put in, the system recognizes it as a "pickup" even if it is a manually entered delivery for what ever reason. Moving from "Will Call" to delivery could be made much more simple as well.

New site additions/changes in routes are done quickly. Our account team is responsive when we need add new locations.
Pros: Driver Delivery and re-routing for customer pickup and drop offs. Also creates efficient routes saving time and money.
Cons: Nothing. Even our drivers that aren't using mobile devices easily can use the application on cell phones.

Very positive. It has given us a digital safety net for making sure we are getting all of our deliveries out the door.
Pros: The driver interface on the app allows for tech challenged drivers to easily learn the app. We have a handful of drivers that do not use computers or smart phones outside of work. They have no issues with using the app.
Cons: Nothing that was not our doing. It took us some time to get up and rolling, but that was despite the support from Elite Extra. They have done more than they needed to in assisting us.

Pros: THE WAY THE SYSTEM TRACKS THE DRIVERS THROUGHT THE TOGGEL THE TRACKS PROGRAM. AND THE ABILITY TO REROUTE IF SOMETHING CHANGES.
Cons: AT TIMES THE GPS DOES NOT DO AN EFFECIENT ROUTE. TAKING THE DRIVER IN A LONGER ROUTE THAN IF IT USESD A DIIFERENT ROUTE

It's been perfect now that we're accustomed to how to use it. The route tracking is helpful, the white board is nice. The pictures make it easy to contradict disputes by customers.
Pros: The setup and everything is nice, being able to use the photo's for evidence is also helpful. I like using the whiteboard on the screen.
Cons: It took me a while to learn the ins and outs of the best way to utilize it. But after going through it day after day with our dock guy I find it to be pretty easy.

Satisfied with no complaints. Since taking on Elite Extra, we have been happy with the outcome and company is satisfied.
Pros: Ease of usage. Anyone in the company use it. Customers support is very helpful. All training videos were helpful!
Cons: Not 100% accurate. Bread crumbs trails are hard to read. Reporting is not easy to gather and analysis.

Real easy to set up. The responds that the customer hs after they learn hiw it works they say that it will help them with their credits.
Pros: Real easy to use plus the access of looking up your credit. The availability of looking where's my order and checking what ti.e it will get to my shop.
Cons: I personally don't have any dislikes. Some customers think that there's to many steps to ho through but when they see how it works they hange their minds.
