If you need to document and communicate receipt and pickup of packages across multiple teams, it works great.
Pros: It's very easy to setup, works smoothly, and does exactly what it is supposed to do. Simple design makes it useful in many settings/applications.
Cons: Some features not available that may be coming soon. Currently no integration with common messaging platforms like Microsoft Teams and Slack.

It's a great tool for handling student parcels, but could use a few performance improvements to optimise the app across devices of various specifications.
Pros: It has a clean and user-friendly interface, easy to learn and use, it's quick to scan parcels and collections for delivery, and the support team is very responsive.
Cons: It lags sometimes, particularly on low-spec devices. Once, all our data was cleared off the app but was recovered through the help of the support stuff.

We use to track our packages manually and this has made that process so efficient. I would highly recommend if need to track incoming office packages. It's easy to scan a package, for the recipient to be notified and for them to check out the package on the iPad.
Pros: Very user friendly software. Easy to set up recipients. For us it was important that you could add multiple emails for notification and Parcel Tracker was the only one out of the apps we were looking at that offered that feature. The times we've had issues, customer support has been quick in resolving the issues. I thought with us in Canada and the app based out of the UK, support would be an issue because of the time difference and I've always gotten a response right away.
Cons: Sometimes the android app is glitchy but this has always be resolved right away. Other than that, no issues.

Overall I would recommend this app as it is secure and has saved me hours out of my day getting parcels sorted.
Pros: It is generally a very straight forward app to use. The customer service has been second to none. Any queries or issues I have always be dealt with very quickly.
Cons: There was an update done recently and it has made us scanning in parcels more difficult although I cannot fault the team as they have been brilliant with any questions I have had.

So far its being a great experience, stopped using excel sheed for something more modern and useful that anyone can use.
Pros: Easy to use, real time updates, easy to track who collected and when it was delivered, real time customer service.
Cons: Nothing I dont like about the app, some times it freezes and you have to restart it and its annoying because you lose all the parcels you scanned before. But once you restart the app, it works fine.

Overall, its a really easy app to use on multiple staff members' phones and I would recommend it to anyone in student accommodation.
Pros: Easy to use and keep track of all parcels for our large number of residents. It emails residents on our behalf and also helps us keep track of when parcels were signed in and out for security reasons. No learning curve at all.
Cons: We had a bug where the recipient data did temporarily keep getting deleted. This was quickly fixed after contacting support.

We are extremely happy, as mentioned it has made our lives so much easier. It is extremely easy to use.
Pros: Very easy to use. Extremely secure. Residents love it. Has made our lives so easy, We receive many packages a day
Cons: Slight issue at times scanning QR Codes, but this could be due to the lighting in the building. Other than that no problems.

Overall, Parcel Tracker is a great app. Customer service is excellent. They are very proactive by calling or emailing to check in on you.
Pros: The app is easy to use. We have employees who are not tech savvy and have been able to use it without a problem.
Cons: There wasn't anything I disliked except it wasn't easy to use offline if you don't have cell service or wifi. We were supposed to be able to upload when we had service.

OVerall, this has been a pleasant experience. I would recommend this for an operations team if they're looking for a solution.
Pros: Quick and Easy to use. It functions without bugs and captures the recipient easily. It also looks clean.
Cons: The UX/UI elements could be more accessible for people with small hands. Also switching sites could be more seamless.

This is a user-friendly application that helps us schedule packages. I hope it can be improved in the future, that would be great.
Pros: This app is very easy to use and helps our team save time in package processing. The app's design also reduces the chance of packages being misdelivered.
Cons: 1. Not all scan photo images are stored in the system. Hopefully, this issue can be resolved. 2. The system easily misidentifies the numbers 5, 6, 8, and 9, especially small wording on labels. 3. If a resident picks up multiple packages, different QR codes need to be scanned, and we need time to match the QR codes with the packages. Any improvements would be greatly appreciated.

In general, it is a great experience from the administrator stand point and from the user point of view.
Pros: It is a great platform since it allows us as a management company to keep track of all packages. It has also minimized complains from residents.
Cons: Their costumer service wasnt the best. Also, it doesnt have the feature yet to send individual invitation invites to our residents in case we get a new move in or in case they missed their initial invite.

Parcel has been a great tool for transitioning from manual to digital tracking, especially in residential settings with multiple users. It has improved visibility and made package management easier. With a few fixes—like syncing and photo uploads—it could be even better.
Pros: Great app for going digital, especially in residential settings. Prior to Parcel, our tracking system for senior residents involved manually logging items in and out of a binder, which had its own pros and cons. Parcel allows us to better track packages, especially in situations where staff, residents, or couriers cannot provide clear answers. The web browser interface is fantastic for visual learners—you can create customized views to filter what is and isn’t needed.
Cons: Images do not always upload after submitting. It would be helpful if the app automatically prompted a photo instead of requiring the extra step to select “take a photo.” Logged items also do not always sync across different users and devices.

Parcel Tracker is a highly efficient and user‑friendly solution for organizations looking to modernize and streamline their internal parcel‑handling processes. It excels in automation, security, and reporting, making it an excellent fit for residential buildings, universities, coworking spaces, and office settings that manage large volumes of incoming packages. While it is not intended to replace courier‑side logistics systems, its strong feature set, excellent user satisfaction, and accessible free tier make it a compelling choice for most internal mailroom environments.
Pros: Parcel Tracker offers fast and simple package intake using any smartphone camera, eliminating the need for special hardware and supporting all couriers—even handwritten labels. It automatically notifies recipients via multiple channels like email, SMS, or Slack, which significantly reduces pickup delays and recipient inquiries. The platform also strengthens security by capturing e‑signatures or photo proof at handoff and provides robust analytics tools such as real‑time parcel flow reporting and audit trails to improve operational efficiency.
Cons: Parcel Tracker is designed strictly for internal mailroom management and does not support broader courier or supply‑chain logistics functions, which may limit its use for more complex delivery operations. Pricing begins reasonably at $67 per month, but costs may increase for high‑volume environments or larger organizations with more complex needs. As with any workflow‑dependent system, consistent staff participation in scanning and logging is essential, and inconsistent usage can compromise tracking accuracy

It's a great app, easy to use, sometimes simple is the best! But the product support i have found to be excellent, the response from a real human was really quick and was nice to know they had further support available to them quickly as well. the problem i mentioned in the "cons" box was resolved within 20 minutes
Pros: ease of use, once set up it's a very simple tool to use, there are also links to youtube video guides for all the features that are simple straight to the point and not time wasting at all.
Cons: I had an issue with bulk uploading details and it wasn't very clear to me what the problem was, but the live chat support resolved this quickly and provided an explanation as to what had gone wrong for me and how to workaround it

We used to track our packages on an Excel spreadsheet (just for our dept.) which didn't help if the package was delivered to an incorrect dept. Now that we use Parcel Tracker anywhere the package is it has been scanned/logged so we can find them quickly and easily.
Pros: Able to log both incoming and outgoing mail, ability to add notes regarding the contents of the package, able to download as a CSV file and automated emails to each affected employee.
Cons: Application cannot be used when WiFi is down, which causes a delay in tracking the packages correctly.

Overall, a helpful tool to create efficiencies with tracking and logging parcels daily. The images captured helps cross reference tracking numbers to ensure we are logging data correctly.
Pros: Overall, a great product to efficiently scan and track parcels. As an end-user using the function of scanning parcels into our department, it works well to document each parcel, both with the barcode/tracking number and an image of the barcode. This helps us locate a parcel at a later date if needed.
Cons: The barcode reader easily picks up any/all barcodes/QR codes, so it takes some getting used to to only scan the barcode(s) needed.
Lynne M. · Cashiering Specialist · Real Estate · March 18, 2026
Revolutionary for our mailroom and an easy learning curve. Very responsive and competent customer service
Pros: The most outstanding feature is the ability to have photographic evidence of receipt. Streamlining this with mobile phone compatibility results in a brilliant method to track large inbound shipments efficiently while also solving for the issue of package accountability once an item leaves the mailroom's possession
Cons: There are no cons that should dissuade interest. I might only make suggestions for quality-of-life items like reporting customization and package import functionalities.
Scott F. · Collateral Supervisor · Real Estate · March 13, 2026
We transitioned from a generic Excel spreadsheet system to Parcel Tracker, and the difference has been outstanding. Tracking packages is now effortless, more secure, and far better organized, without worrying about too many people having unrestricted access.
Pros: Simple and intuitive to use, supports multiple users, and provides accurate, reliable tracking. The app is consistently dependable and makes mail tracking feel modern and efficient for today’s workplace. If you want it to sound more casual or more professional, I can tweak the tone.
Cons: There are no major drawbacks to note. While no system is perfect, Parcel Tracker has been reliable and effective, with only minimal room for improvement.
Misty M. · LM Supervisor · Financial Services · March 13, 2026
positive not sure we would cope without it however not sure what other systems are available in the market.
Pros: I like having the ability to take photos and number the parcels adding new users is easy and amending people is also easy.
Cons: sometimes app glitches, the search function when using names instead of QR codes is difficult to use.
Jen W. · Accommodation manager · Real Estate · March 11, 2026
Overall, I would highly recommend this application for any building or company expecting to receive and manage a high volume of packages/parcels.
Pros: The interface is easy to use and customizable. The ability to batch import a CSV for recipients is massively helpful and efficient. Also, proof-of-delivery photos are a plus, and customizable recipient notifications are a must-have feature that other applications lack.
Cons: The application is prone to crashing or errors if left open too long. This necessitates constant closing and reopening of the application.

It is a great app with all the features we need to run an efficient parcel tracking system in a busy residential building.
Pros: The app layout is simple and super user-friendly. I loved the training videos uploaded to YouTube as this made learning all the features easy.
Cons: The scanner does not recognise names on some parcel label which are smaller or harder to read - this could be improved to eliminate manual input.
Fausta M. · Concierge · Real Estate · February 21, 2026
An excellent all-around mailroom parcel logging solution that I can highly recommend to any business. Customer support is extremely responsive, friendly and helpful.
Pros: Everything we needed to step away from manual parcel logging we found in Parcel Tracker. It has all features that small or large mailrooms may require - detailed parcel logs, signature collection at check-out, automated notifications by SMS or email. The app is highly customizable and the developers are constantly working to improve it. The interface is intuitive and easy to use and navigate. It also helps to have both desktop version and an iOS/Android app. The price is reasonable for an enterprise, and for a small mailroom the free version is sufficient.
Cons: There are a few minor UI bugs and some helpful fields/features are currently missing. The phone/tablet app was glitchy at first and didn't sync properly, but that was fixed. It would be great to be able to assign more than one email per notification, hopefully that gets added in the future. In general, the developers listen to the issues and are highly interested in making the product better with future updates.
Alexander A. · Purchasing and Inventory Manager · Non-Profit Organization Management · February 10, 2026
Overall, customer support has been great in listening to our needs and fixing what needs to be fixed. There is still improvement to be made but it is nice to know we are being heard.
Pros: Parcel Tracker has been helpful with running specified reports to allow us to see many different ways that we can improve our mailing system
Cons: There have been some flaws in the app that hinder us from giving amazing service to our customers like only allowing two photos
Alisha S. · Financial Specialist · Logistics and Supply Chain · February 4, 2026
I’d highly recommend Parcel Tracker to any property management business looking to streamline their parcel handling.
Pros: We’ve been using Parcel Tracker in our buildings for a couple of years now, and it’s been a game-changer. It’s incredibly easy to set up and run—once you’ve uploaded your building and recipient information, you’re good to go in no time. Since implementing it, we’ve seen a big drop in issues like lost parcels, delays in collection, and struggling to track down deliveries. Everything runs more smoothly. The support team is ace, too! Anytime we have questions, they get back to us within a couple of hours.
Cons: It would be great if Parcel Tracker could integrate with our CRM system so recipient information could be updated automatically. That way, we wouldn’t need to upload recipient details manually—they’d sync directly into Parcel Tracker, saving time and reducing errors.
Tina O. · Salesforce Administrator · Real Estate · September 8, 2025
Very convenient and easy to use. Anyone can use it once trained on it. And very safe and secure to track the parcels.
Pros: The parcel tracker mailroom is very easy to use. Anyone can learn using the sofware within few days. All the scanned parcels can be easily tracked and stored securely. All the parcels scanned are notified of delivery date and details via email. Overall value for money.
Cons: The mobile app keeps crashing again and again when using. Needs some software update to run the app smoothly.
