Routific

Pros: It is a very basic platform that is easy to use. One feature that another routing app does not have is a dashboard of all dispatched routes which in turn allows you to dispatch a route before the first one is complete.

Cons: The messaging system could not be updated on our end, but we had to tell their team what we wanted on our text messaging.

Pros: Routific is straightforward to implement and intuitive to use, making it perfect for startups with limited time and resources. It lets us quickly manage and optimize delivery routes without getting stuck in setup or training.

Cons: It would be great to see even more capabilities available via the API — for example, optimizing routes or completing stops directly through our own tools. That would make the integration and setup experience even smoother.

Pros: It has completely streamlined our delivery and event routing operations. Very easy to use. It is simple to move things around as well which is important to us as our plans day to day have to change often.

Cons: There are a couple of nice to have features I would like to see one day, but other than that we really have no complaints. It works great.

Pros: Customer service was top notch! My drivers (volunteers) love that they get a link to a website - not an app - to make deliveries smooth and easy.

Cons: What's not to love? We were happy with everything. :)

Pros: The software is intuitive and easy to use. It provides the necessary flexibility for businesses of all sizes to optimize their delivery routes and gain efficiency. Additionally, customer support was quick and helpful when I had a question about logging in.

Cons: I would love to see a more intuitive way to modify already-created routes.

Pros: Rapid, same day route creation allowing significant adjustments to be made right up to dispatch. Once appropriate headers are set very easy to plan multiple days ahead with some basic google sheet filtering, and flexibility to choose matching headers during upload. bolt-on pricing on text notifications being per-vehicle-per-month, not per customer, far easier to budget and maintain suitable information to customers.

Cons: some issues with pin mapping for certain addresses, uncertain as to whether this is a Routific specific issue or a general google-powered maps issue. only allows for one break period for driver profiles which can lead to some awkward time planning and forced gaps, and one time window for customers. No functionality to plan a cycling route - mapping reliant on roads only, understandable though it would be a massive boon if possible.

Pros: Ease of use. I was able to provide a csv files with my names, phone, email and addresses and the output retained that data for my next step.

Cons: I couldn't just copy and paste my data, adding the extra step to create the csv file fom my spreadsheet.

Pros: The accuracy and ease to use coupled with the seamless integration with other systems.

Cons: Getting around the integration of the mapping system was hard at the beginning but the Routific helped a lot!

Pros: Automating the process has made a massive improvement in my business - tedious manual management of routing is long a thing of the past

Cons: The text template has been a bit challenging to work with. I understand that the regulatory process around automated texting is challenging and varies from state to state but it's an issue when customers are not getting a text that is recognizably from my business

Pros: I liked its ease of use. Not all of our processes are online and it can be used efficiently by our staff who are tech-savvy as well as those who like to operate more in an 'old-school' fashion. I did trials with many of these programs before finding Routific and then was happy that I had found the one that worked best for our operation.

Cons: No cons as far as our use goes. It does everything we ask of it.

Pros: It is incredibly easy to setup, a breeze to learn and a pleasure to use.

Cons: It would be great to have an app for administering routes.

Pros: Reliability of ETA sharing and CMS feature.

Cons: The driver can't change the route but this is not a big deal for me.

Pros: I love how convenient it was to keep tracking of my drivers and thier deliveries. Delivery Sundays were always pretty stressful and Routific helped eliminate a lot of that burden.

Cons: The only con was that I was unable to track my drivers from my mobile device. I was able to with a tablet, but that was a bit cumbersome. I know the Beta Routific offers this, but I never transitioned into the Beta.

Pros: As someone with a background in software design, I give Routific 5 stars. The user interface is excellent, the navigation in the software is intuitive, and the manual is well designed and helpful. The software developers are very good at what they do. I also liked the live demo which allowed me to see Routific in action and to ask questions.

Cons: I haven't found anything to dislike about the software and, based on my experience so far, I don't expect I will.

Pros: Extremely easy user interface. I needed to generate optimized routes for 20-40 drivers and 500 addresses. I was able to do this without having to trudge through a lot of other features that I didn't need. The routes were generated quickly, and were very drivable. For output I used the spreadsheet that shows all routes and all stops per route. This was perfect for me because the drivers didn't want to get routes over their phones via a dedicated app or a list of hot links to feed into Google Maps. It was easy to go into Settings and customize my optimization criteria. The Routific staff that I corresponded with were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience a real pleasure

Cons: I wish I could have gotten the "solution" spreadsheet with a separate tab for each driver (in addition to the main overall tab that I already got), plus a simple pdf of stop addresses for each driver. I wish the free trial allowed more than 20 drivers, although I understand that Routific would have raised the limit for me if I had really pressed.

Cons: - No communication directly to the customer from the app

Cons: I would like to bring to your attention the challenging economic conditions we are facing in Sri Lanka. The fluctuating exchange rates and the depreciation of the Sri Lankan rupee have significantly impacted our operational costs. As a result, we are finding it increasingly difficult to absorb the rising expenses associated with your services

Pros: Routific makes scheduling your route a breeze and transferring it to a spreadsheet just as easy. The app is super easy to use and can be downloaded and taught to new drivers in minutes. The customer notification function makes our small business look like a big business and also keeps them very well informed about their delivery with the touch of a button.

Cons: We have not really had any issues in the couple of years we have been customers but if I had to pick something that could be improved on I would say that it would be nice to be able to have the ability to add more characters or even logos to the customer notification texts.

Pros: Ease of use. Great customer support. Detailed Analytics. Cost vs Value. Customer notification integration. Time savings. Value add features

Cons: If I had to rate something down, it would be that the new Routific (Beta) reoptimizes. already optimized routes when dropping a new order on to a route.

Pros: Extremely responsive in a timely manner and supportive.
