Track-POD

Pros: The entire onboarding process has been so easy and user-friendly. We have managed to set up in a few hours.

Cons: I cannot list anything at the moment that I don't like about Track-POD. I would not make any changes to the system as it is.

Pros: The ease of scheduling pickups and deliveries, the different tools for my logistics operation are a great advantage

Cons: They adjust the estimated arrival times at the pickup or delivery point

Pros: I like their software, it is very good and fast

Cons: customer service is not good. it take days to get hold of someone

Pros: Excellent Product! We are very satisfied with the software! Outstanding Customer Services. We have immediate responses. In general it attend us 100%.

Cons: I think there should be a module to administrate Drivers wages, per job, per shift, per hour, with reports to facilitate their payments.

Pros: great customer service and fast support.

Cons: lack of online traffic for routing. It is better to have it to track and plan routes

Pros: The ability to track orders, including arrivals, deliveries, and customer returns, is outstanding. Additionally, the analytics feature is excellent.

Cons: The main drawback is the inability to customize the process to fit our specific needs. The flow is fixed, and while we understand that as a product it's not always feasible to offer customization options for every user, it can be limiting.

Pros: I really like functionality, but design is not very good.

Cons: A lot of functions in one app, very good

Pros: It is easy to use and the customer service is responsive, quick and good - above all you speak to real people. Olga was AMAZING.

Cons: would be good if i could choose between quickest and shortest routes

Pros: Track-POD has all the support players on board, and they deliver focused report to users.

Cons: Track-POD has nothing contradicting, in making operations successful.

Pros: le concept, planifier et organiser les livraisons clients ce qui fait gagner du temps , je l'utilise depuis peu donc je n'ai pas encore le logiciel très bien en mains

Cons: mail en anglais il faut les traduire à chaque fois, c'est un peu compliqué de mettre en place rapidement un parcours mais il faut surement un peu de temps pour se faire la main

Pros: Track-POD allows me to better mobilize my team and eliminate a lot of paperwork allowing us to digitize the delivery aspect of the business.

Cons: TRack-POD's routing optimization is not geared and developed enough for my country/region. So sometimes the routes suggested are not the best routes for delivery.

Pros: Customer service is top notch. [sensitive content hidden] was especially helpful in solving the issue and was fast to respond to my emails.

Cons: Reports need to be customized. The user should have the choice to select the reasons for rejections

Pros: Optiemierung toure und Kalkulationen und auch Rechnungen schreiben

Cons: gar nichts alles ist Besser bei kleinigkeiten ist hilfsbereit

Pros: There are minimal system issues where tickets would need to be logged.

Pros: In principle, it is a user-friendly and useful tool for everyday logistics.

Cons: Lack of status update widget for the Shopify Stores. A price for additional vehicles.

Pros: Bon logiciel de livraisons et de collectes; et surtout fiable puisqu'il permet de suivre les transporteurs

Pros: How user-friendly it is, and how many options there are available to customize eveyrthign according to your needs. And even when it is not user-friendly, the Support team from Track-POD is always there with great support!

Cons: For me is missing: 2FA Authenticator for logging into the portal.

Pros: Très sympa et professionnel. Simple et facilite le management des projets et des fonctionnalités modernes. Je le recommande

Cons: C’est tellement simple et sympa. Très utile pour la gestion . Je ne reproche rien le moment.

Pros: Everything the app does is important in our company process managing

Cons: live support for minor troubles and tutorials for all the options

Pros: I had to move away from another system due to the scanning on and off function that they did not have and i found with Track-Pod they offered more than what i was getting with the other company anyways!

Cons: The integration was seamless but I do wish we had ore options when it came to what information our website that it fed into de-track.

Pros: Logiciel de livraison très rapide et simple, flexible,sécurisé et très riche en fonctionnalités et professionnel. Je le recommande

Cons: Je l'apprécie beaucoup et je n'ai pas d'inconvénients sur Track-POD.
