Pros: Very fast and easy to use. The navigation is great and when there are any issues the support team gets back to you quickly with a solution.
Cons: The orders page can be a little weird sometimes, with a few minor bugs such as selecting a job unticks the selected check box which can be annoying sometimes when I need it to stay selected but want to check details of the job.

Our overall experience with Track-POD has been very positive. The platform has helped us streamline our delivery operations, improve route efficiency, and enhance customer communication. While we did run into a technical issue with email and SMS notifications, the support team—especially Tanya—was responsive and helpful in getting it resolved quickly. Once configured properly, the system runs smoothly and is easy for our team to use. Track-POD has definitely helped us deliver a more professional and reliable service to our customers.

Everything has been fantastic - I have reached out to the customer support twice and requested things that I thought would either not be possible or would take long to implement. In both cases my request was resolved within a few minutes!
Pros: The entire onboarding process has been so easy and user-friendly. We have managed to set up in a few hours.
Cons: I cannot list anything at the moment that I don't like about Track-POD. I would not make any changes to the system as it is.

It has been a very good experience, we have been working with Track Pod for more than 3 years, our clients are very satisfied with the notifications and PODs they receive.
Pros: The ease of scheduling pickups and deliveries, the different tools for my logistics operation are a great advantage

Everything is good but if you want to call and talk with their customer support or sales then you might have fun

Excellent. We still need to explore more the application to use it in its full capacity.
Pros: Excellent Product! We are very satisfied with the software! Outstanding Customer Services. We have immediate responses. In general it attend us 100%.
Cons: I think there should be a module to administrate Drivers wages, per job, per shift, per hour, with reports to facilitate their payments.

Overall, the experience is positive, but the pricing is a bit on the higher side. Additionally, the ETA functionality could be improved. However, aside from these points, the platform is excellent and very user-friendly.
Pros: The ability to track orders, including arrivals, deliveries, and customer returns, is outstanding. Additionally, the analytics feature is excellent.
Cons: The main drawback is the inability to customize the process to fit our specific needs. The flow is fixed, and while we understand that as a product it's not always feasible to offer customization options for every user, it can be limiting.

I’m “playing” around about 2 days, and I do not understand this app for 100%, because there is very much functions.
Pros: I really like functionality, but design is not very good.

Pros: le concept, planifier et organiser les livraisons clients ce qui fait gagner du temps , je l'utilise depuis peu donc je n'ai pas encore le logiciel très bien en mains
Cons: mail en anglais il faut les traduire à chaque fois, c'est un peu compliqué de mettre en place rapidement un parcours mais il faut surement un peu de temps pour se faire la main

Pros: Track-POD allows me to better mobilize my team and eliminate a lot of paperwork allowing us to digitize the delivery aspect of the business.
Cons: TRack-POD's routing optimization is not geared and developed enough for my country/region. So sometimes the routes suggested are not the best routes for delivery.

Excellent. Any support ticket that is logged is dealt with ASAP.

More then good, happy to move forward with Track-POD and so insert more customers into this portal.
Pros: How user-friendly it is, and how many options there are available to customize eveyrthign according to your needs. And even when it is not user-friendly, the Support team from Track-POD is always there with great support!
Cons: For me is missing: 2FA Authenticator for logging into the portal.

We are solving the endless task of routing each vehicle ourselves with the optimisation
Pros: I had to move away from another system due to the scanning on and off function that they did not have and i found with Track-Pod they offered more than what i was getting with the other company anyways!
Cons: The integration was seamless but I do wish we had ore options when it came to what information our website that it fed into de-track.
