Cons: Intial setup takes some time to fully understand all feautures, especially the first time users and the result is perfect

Cons: I’ve had a seamless experience since day one. It’s obvious that Metrobi truly prioritizes its customers when designing its services

Cons: None—it’s reliable through and through. The only thing I’d like to see improved in Metrobi is more advanced customization options for reports and notifications.

Pros: Recurring scheduling is easy, driver tracking is accurate, and proof of delivery eliminates confusion. Setup was fast and user-friendly.

Cons: We’ve had no issues whatsoever. Reasons for Choosing This Software: We needed a robust delivery partner for daily wholesale distribution, and Metrobi delivered.

Cons: The only downside is that Metrobi has set such a high bar that we now compare every other vendor to them.

Pros: Great customer support. Drivers are a little hit or miss, but the 'hits' are fantastic and always make things easier.

Cons: I don't like the changes to the customer info while uploading and creating a new delivery. I need more details and flexibility on the product field

Pros: The customer support and open communication. Very easy to contact them and talk about any potential or current challenges.

Cons: last minute Orders can be tough to fulfill, but the team does work hard to do so. Another challenge is when a driver drops out last minute. There are not notifications for me the customer to know about that.

Cons: 1. Occasionally wish for even more advanced customization in the route planner (but the current setup already works very well) 2. With so many features available, it can take a little time to explore everything, though once you do, it’s a huge advantage

Pros: Metrobi offers highly flexible shipping options for a range of shipping needs. For my context of high-volume perishable food deliveries, it offered the flexibility I needed with a stellar network of drivers that I can depend on. Metrobi's chat function is a complete game-changer, as there are last-minute fixes such as address updates or stop deletions that I can simply ask they take care of. Then they just notify me when done! It is orders of magnitude better than any other shipping solution on the market as far as I am currently aware.

Cons: The platform at times can be hard to navigate, specifically the map viewer. At times driver routes are hard to distinguish and the driver location icons are not updated in real time. Some drivers are not as good of quality as others.

Pros: Metrobi provides an excellent and responsive delivery service that saves me 40% or more compared to UPS or Fedex. Our clients receive their packages faster, and I can find drivers whenever I need them. Metrobi has transformed how we distribute our packages across the state!

Cons: It does require more time to create Metrobi routes than to just print delivery stickers for UPS. It is worth the time invested though, and I get faster every week. I would appreciate some additional controls to manually assign preferred drivers between my routes and to know the size of their delivery vehicles.

Pros: Metrobi has been a consistently reliable delivery partner for our printed marketing materials. Their real-time tracking and clear communication make it easy to plan our campaigns with confidence. We’ve especially appreciated their on-time performance, even with tight deadlines, and how professional their drivers are when representing our brand to clients.

Cons: If we had to mention one thing, it would be that availability during peak hours can sometimes be limited if we don’t book in advance, but that’s understandable given demand.

Pros: Fast service, reliable, good customer service too. I like the ability to track my deliveries and save my preferred drivers

Cons: Sometimes no drivers will accept my order requests, although the dispatch support team is good about helping find one for us if needed

Pros: The reliability and professionalism of the delivery drivers stood out the most. Every order arrived on time, and the drivers consistently represented our brand well.. polite, communicative, and careful with our products. That level of consistency gave us the confidence to scale our local deliveries without worrying about customer experience.

Cons: While our overall experience with Metrobi has been very positive, one area that could use improvement is driver availability during peak hours or holidays. On a few occasions, we had to schedule deliveries further in advance than we would have liked due to limited availability in our area. That said, the team was proactive in communicating and helping us find solutions , and we’ve noticed improvements over time.

Pros: Scheduling, routing, and delivery confirmation are all in one place. It cut down our coordination time by half.

Cons: Minor UI tweaks could make it even better, but nothing critical. Some tools have a better UX, this got job done regardless.
