Pros: dispatch is a great way to get your material where it needs to be . they are very good at being on time and being very accurate
Cons: sometimes the times to pick up are very long and also they cancel on you when you hired the service to do a job

Overall, our experience with Dispatch has been positive. It’s a convenient and scalable solution for managing deliveries, especially when volume fluctuates. While there are some reliability hiccups from time to time, the ease of use and flexibility make it a valuable service for our operations.
Pros: Dispatch makes it very easy to schedule and track deliveries. The platform is user-friendly, and having real-time visibility into driver status is a big plus. When everything goes smoothly, it’s a very efficient way to handle deliveries without needing in-house drivers.
Cons: There can be occasional inconsistencies with driver quality and timing. Some deliveries run later than expected, and communication can vary depending on the driver. More consistency across the board would make a big difference.

Overall, its positive. When the issues arise, Dispatch is quick to fix it. I've never had an issue go unresolved, and couldn't see myself using anyone else for my dispatch needs!
Pros: The service is unmatched. When i need something to get to a jobsite in a hurry, I log in, place my order, and it gets done that day. When i run into an issue, they resolve it with haste.
Cons: Sometimes, it takes a while for an order to get picked up. Sometimes, the drivers don't want to unload 20 items by hand.

My overall experience with dispatch has been poor, not because of the platform, but it's implimentation, and customer service. I find our needs are frequently ignored until they become major issues and by that point we have lost thousands of dollars, incurred additional expenses and wasted man hours. Why does the system need to completly fail before basic requests like POD photos are enforced? Why are Misc charges so loose? Why is there no geofencing? Why do I frequently feel like I am the business and Dispatchit is the customer.
Pros: The API seems intuitive and easily accessible. The webhook geatures are interesting and potentially useful. Was impressed with the OAuth framework.

overall reliable source for semi rush courier jobs, friendly drivers, drivers always answer the phones
Pros: easy tracking, easy payment methods, decent prices, good coverage all over the US, drivers follow instructions.
Cons: customer service not the greatest due to getting sent to voicemail a lot of the time, occasionally a driver 2 hours away can accept jobs that are extremely time sensitive, uber can have way cheaper prices

Pros: The ease of using Dispatch. The system is very easy to use. No complaints. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. SOME OF THE DRIVERS ARE GREAT.
Cons: Nothing everything is great. NO ISSUES EXCEPT WHEN A DRIVER CAUSES PROPERTY DAMAGE AND THE RESPONSE IS LACKING.

Positive overall, just small things to improve too rly push further. More driver development would be great for those over acheiving drivers! retain them and keep the best of the best.
Pros: I would say the best thing about Dispatch is the integrity of the drivers. There are so many ways too ship things places, but the relationships built is very impressive. There is defently a learning curve when working with SunRun, but the communication is key.
Cons: I feel like they can improve on verification of drivers, making sure the account and the actual driver match.

Very pleased with the overall experience. While I would prefer to not have to wait for drivers to commute a long ways, the exceptional service and on time delivery is well worth it
Pros: The drivers and support team are all extremely helpful and nice. Every time I have questions or issues they are quick to respond
Cons: The location that drivers have to come from. We are in an area where we often have to wait for drivers to come from an hour away.

As I mentioned earlier. Portal is easy to navigate. Will continue to promote the service and support.
Pros: Love the drivers. Service is reliable. Drivers call and text. Very easy to navigate. They also have in call drivers for after hours
Cons: When times don’t align with whatever time is promised. The portal will say between a specific time. Will change once or twice. Will text the driver if he is really is going to make it at the time the portal says. They will then say “No - 30 min away”

I am happy and is a great delivery partner. most deliveries are delivered without a hitch. there could be some improvement
Pros: On demand delivery, accurate tracking. drivers are generally professional and send good pictures. Never had an issue with dishonest drivers etc.
Cons: I need to be on top of it. sometimes deliveries get dropped. especially when it is a rush delivery. while understandable, it is hard because a rush delviery is when i need it most

great, all the drivers come on time and are also very friendly, they are knowledgeable about the dimensions of the materials they are picking up which makes the transaction smooth
Pros: How easy and effective it is, all of the functions are straight forward and user friendly i would highly recommend
Cons: there isn't much to dislike honestly I haven't had any trouble with it as of yet and I use it almost daily

My overall experience with Dispatch has been great. Any disruptions that may have occurred have been minimal and few and far in between.
Pros: Trusted & reliable drivers that show up on time and provide excellent customer service to our customers. The customer service team is great! They always reach out and are quick to assist should any problems arrive, whether via chat or phone.
Cons: Sometimes there can be a long wait time on a driver, which caused me to have to cancel due to delivery delays to my customers.

Overall, a pretty decent experience, just wish they could be on time. We are pretty on demand when we need a part, we need it by a certain time.
Pros: Easy to use and decent communication. The website is easy to navigate and easy to track previous orders.
Cons: Some drivers aren't the best and orders do not arrive when they say they will. We will have an ETA of 2pm for a delivery and sometimes it won't arrive for another hour or two.

Overall it was very easy to use but at the end of the day, our efforts don't require a software this powerful.
Pros: Dispatch can be very effective for scheduling routing and other delivery type businesses. We tried it for the routing but it wasn't a good fit for our smaller opertion.
Cons: Although it's very user friendly, it is a bit challenging at first. I think it's geared more towards bigger operations
