Not helpful, almost fraud cos they lost most of the clients. Finally we left it after 10 years of bad support, high cost and old solutions that we find better and with a lower cost in other platforms.
Pros: Nothing. It was a good platform 5-10 years ago, not improving, with todays standard its very exensive and bad service, I´v benn working with route mng for 8 years.
Cons: Customer service not helping, low skills, just want to charge you

Pros: Easy to use, planning routes for your business. Can easily re-route trucks to get certain stops first. Lots of options to improve performance

Overall we have had a great experience. The customer service is quick and easy to work with. The features of the product are great and they have worked with us on some added features that have helped us.
Pros: We love a lot of things about RouteManager. It saves us a lot of time and money when planning routes. Our customers love that they stay informed with each step of the process as well.
Cons: Our biggest struggle is the limitation on the notification. We would like to include the hotwords "Order Type" when sending notifications to depict whether it is a drop off or pickup that is being referenced.

Customer service is excellent and the program itself isn't too complex to use. I just wish they were more amenable to updates/changes.
Pros: The ease of building a route and manipulating the data to best fit your needs.
Cons: Some features that are not flexible for our specific services.

It's been pretty decent overall. The hardest challenge I faced was getting the my co-workers to adapt to the new process and new software. The tool generally functions well and we do not have any major complaints that would prevent us moving forward and continuing to use the tool.
Pros: I like that the onboarding process is very hands on. They definitely make sure that you understand how the tool operates, how to setup your instance, etc.
Cons: I don't like the fact that you have to contact support to create territories, add drivers, and adjust your vehicle limit. It's very annoying and it's inefficient for a fast moving business. I also dislike the reporting and email functionality. The reporting is very limited, doesn't include any sort of automated emails and the export you do get isn't very clear to a lot of users. The email notifications also aren't customizable as far as the scheduling goes. The mobile app also only shows you a limited amount of days forward.

It's been a great year using this tool daily.
Pros: I love how easy is to import and export information with Work Wave Route manager. Assigning routes is pretty easy with WorkWave Route Manager.
Cons: Honestly, I would like to know with more details about how his system calculate cost and would love to have a better real time location of my drivers.

I enjoy working with the support number, they are always helpful and prompt. I feel [sensitive content hidden] my account rep is fabulous A joy to work with, although once I used Work Waves more often I had less interaction with anyone because I became self sufficient.
Pros: Once learned the ease of the system is what's keep me using the software.
Cons: I like to figure things out on my own, sometimes with Work Waves there are things they can see, that i can't see and I am unable to resolve the situation on my own.

WorkWave works well for my one truck operation, I didn't need anything built for large orgs, or the price that came with them, so WW is a good option.
Pros: I can import my addresses, verify them then push a single button and the route is ready to go. Since my routes change month to month, I can't use some of the saved route features, but it's smooth to upload.
Cons: There is no left hand turn preferred option to make an even more efficient route.

Overall, I have really enjoyed this routing system and my rep is always easy to get a hold of, very knowledgeable and alwasy willing to help.
Pros: It is simple to use and you can see your drivers and orders in real time.
Cons: I do not like that it does not indicate orders that have a time sensitivity attached to them.

We rely heavily on this program for our very rare business. It does what we need it to for the purposes we use it for.
Pros: Having the ability to route our techs each week for the most time saving and efficient delivery.
Cons: The system could be more user friendly. However, when there is an issue customer support is awesome.

Amazing. When looking for a solution that I can grow with I chose WorkWave Route Manager. I am a small business but everyone I have engaged with makes me feel like I am their most important customer. And, the system works!
Pros: Eas to use! Easy to implement! Great customer card with suggested changes being implemented!
Cons: Export features need more flexibility. For instance, Export in my format, etc.

Cons: There are limitations in customizing certain features to suit our specific needs. For example, the ability to tailor reports or dashboards to our unique requirements is somewhat restricted. The mobile app occasionally experiences performance issues, such as slow loading times or glitches, which can disrupt field operations and lead to inefficiencies. When the internet connection is unstable or unavailable, the system's functionality is significantly reduced. Improved offline capabilities would be beneficial for field teams working in remote areas.

I love Workwave. WorkWave has made not the drivers time more valuable but mine as well.
Pros: The ease in which you can schedule deliveries. The ability to consolidate deliveries for multiple stores for one driver. Saves the company money.
Cons: The only thing I wish WorkWave could do is to blackout dates or times for scheduled maintenance on the truck or if the truck is needed for something other than customer deliveries.

Pros: Covers all of the basis and needs for our process. Customer relations is really big for us as well. The WW team I work with is very responsive to my needs and ideas.
Cons: The biggest draw back is as updates come out there is always a new glitch/issue to fix

Awesome! It's exactly what we need. It could use a little more on the GPS reporting side
Pros: The most important features have been planned and implemented very well. And, when we had a driver leave, we found we did not need to replace them. It took a whole truck off the road for us.
Cons: GPS reporting is a little weak, but you can get data exports that show the data in raw form.

Pros: Customer Service, [sensitive content hidden] go ABOVE and BEYOND.
Cons: We need to easily be able to allow drivers to adjust their routes. Also when adding location, it's very slow. Being able to adjust routes same day would be nice if it were easier to do. Also, exporting is difficult with the range requirements.

At this moment, we are just getting up and using WWRM. Everything is just basic planning and execution, but later we expect to get more out of this.
Pros: The overall experience using WWRM has been great. It's been easy to get up to speed using and informing others how to use it.

Great experience with work wave maintains resources that help manager a small to medium size service business.
Pros: streamlines a host of processes from route optimization, managing receivables, automating billing and sync with quickbooks

Im still learning how to use it.
Pros: The demo the rep showed me when he did a zoom meeting was why I was i was interested in the software in the first place.
Cons: The rep told me I was tied into a 12 month commitment? I haven't even used the software yet and they charged me 99. I'm still patiently waiting for someone to go over the onboarding process with me. I was told I could not cancel at any time! I didn't know I signed a 12 month contract! Very misleading sales rep!

Pros: Workwave is a very flexible product and easy to use. The integration with our work order management system was very easy and we were able to improve our field technician productivity by 25%.
Cons: The inability to color code the order pins that are displayed on the map has been brought up by several different internal user groups.

I couldn't my do business without it. I own a magazine in Fort Lauderdale and Naples. My territories are huge, and there's no way I would know how to get around and be effective in a short amount of time.
Pros: I appreciate that I can call and you guys figure everything out, and you're very patient. Thank you!
Cons: The software is difficult to use at first - because the language you use is your language, not what a normal person would use... and the jumping around is not so easy until you've done it several times.
