Pros: I use Podia to manage my website, digital products, and email marketing and I can't say enough good things about it! I love how easy it is to use and how pretty it is. It's really helped me grow my business and I tell everyone I know about it!
Cons: The biggest con of Podia is that customers can't buy products more than once. This makes selling coaching services on my website super clunky, so I've had to integrate another system into my website's workflow.

I'm delighted to find Podia after wrestling with wix and wordpress for years. I have lost so much time and money between those platforms. Podia gives me the freedom to focus on creating quality content in my unique voice. Not having to deal with all the backend stuff. For the price, I am happy to pay their subscription fee all in one place. Not payments to multiple third party services that make one site, like wordpress and plugins.
Pros: Incredibly robust suite of tools all in one place. Total value for the money in contrast to building a wordpress site with membership, courses, custom forms, audio / video streaming. All without the hassle of needing to be a web designer or css wizard. Support is a breeze to get on chat and they're super proactive!
Cons: I don't have any yet. I contacted support because I ran into a snap trying to import my wix blog unsuccessfully. But it is due to wix not allowing one to adjust the feed settings. I also inquired about being able to integrate Gelato or redbubble print on demand products which currently is not available. However, all my suggestions and inquiries were added to future feature requests. This is definitely a pro even though the options aren't currently available.

HORRIBLE, keep away if you care about your data, nerves and financials. Many things don't work in the system and the customer support is always "I'm sorry, i know it's frustrating, we will pass to our developers, but can't say when and how the issues will be resolved". No Value for money at all. Bad and long learning curve to working with their financials, all emails are marked as spam and generally the system sucks. They make changes to basic logic in the system without any alerting to the customers, no explanation of what is about to happen, simply change one day and we should work around it, while it's still with bugs and issues. The subscription is not actually as per the plan, they give you additional seats, but only the owner for example is able to answer messages form the students, so they charge you, but not really supplying the goods.
Pros: Only the pricing, witch is cheaper then other solutions, but completely not worth the delta. Nothing ever works, always something broken, horrible customer support.
Cons: The app is so buggy and so not working well, it's amazing i was able to live with it for more then a year until i got the courage to leave to another supplier.

I started my business in October of 2024 & started using Podia right away. It has been affordable as it combines so many tools into one. I love, love, love the website I have created on the platform, and it was super easy to do. Their support is very helpful when I have questions. The courses are a little confusing to some of my clients, with the lessons vs. discussion areas. Overall it has helped me grow my business a great deal in the last 9 months.
Pros: I love all of the different functions that can replace multiple other tools. I have my website, email marketing, community memberships, and client portals all on Podia. Their support team is also very helpful & responsive.
Cons: I wish the websites were a little more customizable (although I really love what I've built), and I have to create a new "course" for each client to use as a portal, which is cumbersome

Overall, I've been really happy with using Podia. I don't have a ton of digital products right now, but I love the way my course is set up. It's easy for my clients and audience to access and easy for to edit as my needs change.
Pros: I love hosting courses and digital products on Podia. It's user-friendly interface makes it easy to set up and edit as my business needs change.
Cons: It's a little on the expensive side, but they do have a 30 day free trial for you to get a feel for the services and options.

Overall I did not have technology issues while using podia. It is a easy for beginners and startup companies to use.
Pros: Podia was very easy and simple to use. It didn't complicate my job. It was very easy with keeping up with information and candidates.
Cons: I did not like the fact that others in the organization could see all of the work that I was conducting.

Pros: Podia is a great e-learning Platform to connect
Cons: There are certain things that do not connect to each other

Overall I loved podia. It was well priced and allowed me to host my courses and trickle out content and give my community members a place to find all of the resources I provide and interact with me and the content.
Pros: Podia is a great starter software to build and host courses on and create a community amongst your customers. It offers everything a coach could need to promote their courses while being reasonably priced and very user friendly
Cons: I wish that the website builder looked a little less chunky and blocky so you could make a smoother looking website.

Pretty good overall. Simple to set up and use. I needed more though, so, I had to upgrade.
Pros: Ease of use. Number of features for the price. 30 day trial. Quick set up and use. Blog, products, etc.
Cons: Limited features, only one domain or name, set up for single users, instead of multiple users.
Mark D. · CEO, Coach · Professional Training & Coaching · February 28, 2025
Pros: Fairly easy to use and set up as a content creator.
Cons: For small scale business (like mine) with infrequent use, Podia is a bit more expensive than some other options.
Jessica L. · Chiropractor and Speaker · Alternative Medicine · January 15, 2025
Very positive. I really liked it compared to the competition the affordable price makes it a tool to absolutely consider.
Pros: Definitely the ease of use and very intuitive interface. In addition, there is really nothing missing to create your own infobusiness! All this at a very affordable price compared to other competitors.
Cons: The free plan is very cool, however, it does not allow full access to all the features of Podia in order to use it. It also still lacks a number of customizations on checkout, and the translations into other languages are less than perfect.

Pros: Great tool to create and deploy learning content
Cons: I have not found any inconvenience using Podia
Jonathan P. · CEO · Education Management · August 31, 2024
Podia is a really great company. I love their software, their tone of voice, they're super quick to give assistance when needed and I have never had such a seamless experience building a course!
Pros: The design looks nice and modern, and the UX is so intuitive. It literally takes you less than an hour to launch your first course, and that's unheard of for other platforms.
Cons: I would like a little bit more options to use my own branding, but Podia's design is so nice and neutral, it's not bugging me.
Marit H. · CEO · Education Management · May 9, 2024

I began using Podia to have a way to sell my courses. As time progressed I created my website and moved my dedicated domain name to Podia. I then moved my email marketing to Podia. From that point on I continued to use Podia features exclusively. If Podia doesn't have a feature, I don't need it! I need simplicity and everything I do in one place. That's what I have with Podia.
Pros: $8c
Cons: Over the 3 years I have been a Podia customer, if I felt something was lacking at any point, shortly after it was released as a key feature. Podia always has listened to customer comments and responded with a solution.

From their tutorials on YouTube to the free Podia community to their customer support team, I’ve had a fantastic experience with the Podia platform as a whole!
Pros: Podia has become my absolute favorite all-in-one platform not just because of its continued growth and feature development over the past few years…but because of the way they actively engage with the Podia user community! The team genuinely listens to the user base and wants to create a product that is easy to use and still competitive in the industry.
Cons: Though Podia is always actively searching for ways to improve the platform, I do think the website editor could use a little more work. I’d love to be able to copy and paste blocks and sections across different pages. I’d also like to see a drag and drop feature to reorder those sections on the page.

I have thoroughly enjoyed using Podia and haven’t even scratched the surface of its potential.
Pros: I love the support, ease of use, features & continual improvements
Cons: There isn’t really anything I don’t like.
Lisa B. · Entrepreneur · Health, Wellness and Fitness · December 19, 2023
Pros: Podia is a simple platform wher I can teach online easily. Just have to customise a skin and that's it !
Cons: All the PLAN part. It was difficult to me to set up it correctly .
Maxime G. · Teacher · Music · December 19, 2023
I am really more than satisfied with Podia. Even when I am searching new features, I can find those very easily and there are great "help pages". For my products and e-Mail marketing it is very important to have it very smoothly, because I don't like to spend my time by try to find out, how to use the plattform. I can concentrate myself in my job and Podia is my expert for the marketing of products.
Pros: Podia is very easy to use and like the design featuers. I also love to have my e-Mails on one page.
Cons: I launched a new product and for the users is absolutely easy to use. The payment options are also very variable.
Virpi H. · Teacher - Coach · E-Learning · December 16, 2023
I am so glad I found Podia as it is easy to use, simple to set up and it has all that I need to run my online school. I can even host my email list with them and sending emails via Podia is also easy to do. Everything I need is in one place and available at an affordable price. If I need to check anything with the customer help team, they are always friendly and helpful.
Pros: Podia was easy to set up and get started earning through selling online services. They also dont take a commision from sales which makes selling a little more profitable. There are simple and easy to follow help guides for every step of the set up and management.
Cons: There is nothing that I dislike, I find Podia simple and straightforward to use
Susanne R. · Spiritual Master Teacher and Therapist · Health, Wellness and Fitness · December 15, 2023
Pros: I love Podia! I am grateful to have found this platform. It's user-friendly, allows me to consolidate multiple services in one place (and for one payment), Podia's team is incredible, and customer service is always exceptional.
Cons: After more than two years of use, absolutely nothing has been lacking for me on the platform. I consider it perfect in every way.
Maude C. · Naturopath · Alternative Medicine · December 15, 2023
Podia is a fantastic framework for housing our online courses along with using it as our email service provider. Having those two systems talk to each other is incredibly valuable. The email features are getting better and we have really been impressed with the improvements.
Pros: Podia is so easy to use. I cannot overemphasize how important this feature is when setting up and supporting online courses. There are so many plates to spin that it's nice to have one thing not to worry about. Podia's customer support is like no other. Responsive and thorough until the issue is resolved. I really appreciate that.
Cons: I have found it very confusing to see what customers see. Especially when they are having trouble. I wish they had a chat to get customer service directly instead of going through me. Or maybe if there were screenshots (and a video) so I could see how they log on and then what their dashboard looks like to be better able to help them.
Rev C. · Vice President · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · December 14, 2023
It has been very positive overall. That said, I would like the company to focus more on uptime/availability. There were several outages in 2023, one lasting nearly a day, and that caused me great stress. If you need to raise the annual prices to afford an even more robust infrastructure, I'm all for it.
Pros: Ease of use, support, and the fact that I can pay an annual fee and avoid having Podia take a percentage of my sales revenue.
Cons: I can't delete archived Coupons! Please fix this. Coupons are critical to the way I run my company, and I'd like the ability to clean up clutter. For example, if someone decides to make a bulk purchase, they would pay for X quantity of a course via Stripe externally to Podia. At that point, I would generate a coupon code with a 100% discount and X use limit so they could then "redeem" their licenses. This has worked very well for me, and saves me the time of having to pre-create accounts for people who bulk purchase -- instead, they can self-enroll.
