We stand out from the traditional LMS. Old-school LMS means clunky training, endless courses, and admin-heavy rollouts - built for tracking, not for real performance. Learningbank is learning worth loving: smart, engaging, and built for impact that actually sticks in daily operations. Human-driven, AI-assisted, and tailored for frontline and non-desk teams. You get timely training that fits shifts, sites, roles, and languages, plus manager workflows that make follow-up simple. We’re the go-to Workforce Enablement Platform for companies with 250+ people, focused on making people happier by making them better. Learningbank makes knowledge accessible in the moment and learning a natural part of the workday, not an extra HR task. It saves time with automations and boosts adoption with AI-supported content creation or ready-to-use learning modules, multilingual setup, analytics dashboards, manager overview, skills framework, on-the-job verification, and more.

Pros: Modern, with interactive content and gamification that actually makes training more enjoyable. It also simplifies onboarding and learning management, while saving time thanks to automation and structured learning paths.
Cons: The reporting and dashboards could be more advanced, and setup or implementation can take longer than expected. Also, a few things like navigation or customization can be slightly restrictive at times.

Learningbank excels at ease of use, automation and engagement driven learning experience. It makes it ideal for mid size organizations seeking enjoyable training. However, at times it can feel restrictive for admin.
Pros: The software is user-friendly with an intuitive interface for both learners and admin. It makes onboarding and training easier. It has excellent customer support. It offers automation tools to save time and built in tools to allow micro learning.it provides regular updates.
Cons: The platform can lack flexibility when editing or reorganizing. Event management features require manual adjustments. Pricing is affordable, may scale up for larger corporations

I over all liked the security that give the reassurance to the customer. Notifications have also been prompt
Pros: I like the security this app offers as well as the course management with email and notifications that have been prompt
Cons: I like the value for your money the least and the customer support. I feel like I go no where with the customer support

IN MY CASE I REALLY LIKED IT FOR ITS FLEXIBILITY. The platform offers a good level of flexibility to adapt existing learning paths.
Pros: Learningbank is praised for its ease of use, intuitive interface, and effective customer support for both users and administrators. Some users highlight the ease of creating and managing training programs, while others point out the need for more customization options. The platform is considered effective in delivering impactful training and optimizing learning
Cons: SOME RESPONSES ARE NOT IMMEDIATE, BEING A LITTLE DELAYED, WHICH MAKES USE A LITTLE DIFFICULT, IN MY OPINION.

Good at all. Satisfied with all the resources provided. It's better to use
Pros: Versatile in nature. Provides wide range of ideas and views in best ways.
Cons: User-system interference can be simplified in the upcoming updates.

Pros: Learningbank ensured that its non-immersive and easy to use therefore encouraging user to remain learning throughout their work time. The selection of the modules offered covered different skill levels of the professionals and helped in their self and professional development.
Cons: I discovered one area where the design of the platform could be improved and this is under the search option.

Pros: The obvious advantages of Learningbank include its implementations, effectiveness and flexibility. It makes training accessible at any time and the automation of content creation as well as removing humans from the process makes it fit for employees in large organizations.
Cons: It sometimes leaves blank areas when it comes to completion when the employees are in areas with poor internet connection. This comes as a disadvantage in the integration that the platform requires to be seamless.

My experience with Learningbank is very positive. It makes the work easier for me, our managers, and our employees, and it provides an easy way to absorb information and complete the training courses we as an employer expect.
Pros: I appreciate that the platform is user-friendly and easy to work with. Furthermore, it is a great tool for us who have employees spread out geographically, as it gives everyone the opportunity to take the same training courses, regardless of where they work.
Cons: The only thing I can think of is that it sometimes takes a long time to receive the login code.

We like Learningbank, the team is dedicated and helpful.
Pros: It's simple to create learnings and add them to the group that needs training. We like the simplicity in making language versions, that saves us time!
Cons: Sometimes we find our selves wanting to get reports in a way that the system doesn't support. We'd like a better way of monitoring all training in Learningbank. Also training taking place somewhere else.

In my opinion Learningbank delivers a high level of dedicated assistance, our users are giving very positive feedback about the platform, and my impression is that the learning is presented in a modern and easy way. Of course, being from a competitive type of business creates competition as well - so the race is on to become the most skilled POWER learner!
Pros: The simpleness of the platform! This enables creators to get started easily, and the onboarding videos and articles are great description tools which help suggest the best "wrapping" of your content. I also especially like the interactive feel the platform provides, as well as the possibility to create varied learning material through several digital mediums (photos, GIFs, videos, text, quizzes etc.). Another very strong positive factor is the quality control that admin users or managers get through analytics. This is new to us, and has been a missing input in our previous onboarding tool. Great for recurring learning like certifications, but also a fun way to aspire a competitive side to the learning.
Cons: The settings in permission types are not that self-explanatory, and takes some time to understand completely. Luckily the team at Learningbank is always there to help and explain, and we've even gotten requests for settings met if there has been any. Also, as probably noticed, we are a fast paced bunch at POWER, and sometimes want everything everywhere all at once! ;) We have received GREAT help, but sometimes I wish that the support was even faster when mayhem is loose.

We have worked with LearningBank for some years now, and we use both their standard learning paths and have also developed company-specific programs. It is a pleasure to work with Learning Bank.
Pros: Very customer oriented, and constantly developing new features.
Cons: It is difficult to say what we like least, I cannot come up with anything.
Hilde S. · CHRO · Food & Beverages · April 2, 2025
I highly recommend Learningbank. All the features, combined with great people always ready to help, make my experience with Learningbank 10/10.
Pros: Easy to make courses, great support, got the latest features when it comes to AI, knowbot, pdf to text etc,
Cons: According to my boss it might be a bit pricey, but I'm not familiar with other similar products, so I can't say anything about price. I'm generally happy with everything.

Good collaboration and support. User-friendly and easy to use. Has features that other systems don't have: such as one person being able to work in several different departments with interconnection and only one login.
Pros: It´s easy to use as an user and easy to produce content as an administrator/producer.
Cons: I want to be able to translate texts in the system into our terms.
Karin M. · Recruitment and training manager · Retail · March 25, 2025
My overall experience with Learningbank has been great! It's an easy system to implement, I've received good help from our contacts, and it's exciting to create new content and see what new updates are coming.
Pros: What I like the most about Learningbank is its user-friendly interface. The platform makes it easy to create content with its variety of features. Additionally, the support we have received from our contacts at Learningbank, [sensitive content hidden], has been invaluable while setting up and further developing our platform.
Cons: I would appreciate having an easier way to view the different departments and the learning they have completed for the system admins. It would be helpful to have this information presented in a format similar to what is available for each employee. Additionally, I would like a better overview in the module maker that allows me to easily find the modules I have created. It would be beneficial if other content creators could not see what everyone is producing at all times. There should also be a function that allows me to choose who can access the content that is currently under production.

I LOVE IT! You are constantly evolving and you are just really good at the hole complete learning experience. Most importantly, ... I can feel that you listen to your customers and adapt, thnak you.
Pros: Learningbank truly see their customers for who they are, and doesn't try to make them fit into any predefined boxes. They have a great and sincere desire to make learning easy and accessible, not only for those who are going to receive the learning, but also for those who are creating the learning.
Cons: I completely understand why Learningbank have their Learning Store. It might work for some companies to buy some general learning material. And the material is really good. I, as a customer, just don't want to feel pressured to buy it.
Stine M. · HR · Retail · March 24, 2025
Pros: Learningbank is in constant development and continually adds new features to their product. This provides new and exciting opportunities to work with learning and development.
Cons: The user experience and tracking capabilities when using SCORM content could be improved

I've used this many times and it's just great.
Pros: I love how it's set up and and how it has like little micro lessons that you can do.
Cons: There's not really anything I don't like about it.
Amy S. · Owner · Hospitality · February 12, 2025

Bala k. · Marketing Manager · Marketing and Advertising · December 19, 2024
Very good! Easy to use, fun to learn, inspiring.
Pros: Very userfriendly and easy to learn and use platform!
Cons: if there are user guides available on the platform, or webpage, they are difficult to find. If there aren't any user guides, there should be,
Samantha B. · HR Analyst and Project Leader · Real Estate · September 5, 2024
Pros: The reports/analytics feature + User management.
Cons: The bottom that you can select that someone has completed a course doesn't work. I would like that to be fixed. It "bugges" out when i try. The fact that the interface changes alot. To much innovation. Dont fix it if it aint broken. It just makes the plantform more complex. Less i good
