Overall, my experience with White Label Loyalty was positive and robust, particularly for businesses seeking a highly customizable and scalable loyalty solution. The platform stands out for its flexibility, allowing organizations to design sophisticated, brand‑aligned loyalty programs with tailored rewards, rules, and customer journeys. It felt well suited for companies with more complex loyalty strategies or long‑term growth plans. That said, the depth of customization comes with a steeper learning curve. Initial setup and ongoing adjustments require thoughtful planning and, in some cases, technical support, which may be challenging for smaller teams or those looking for a more plug‑and‑play solution. Despite this, once properly implemented, White Label Loyalty proves to be a powerful and effective platform for delivering personalized and strategic loyalty experiences.
Pros: What I liked most about White Label Loyalty was its high level of customization and flexibility. The platform allows businesses to design loyalty programs that align closely with their brand and customer strategy rather than forcing a one‑size‑fits‑all approach. I especially appreciated the ability to tailor rewards, rules, and customer journeys, as well as its integrations with existing systems. It felt like a scalable solution that supports more sophisticated and personalized loyalty initiatives.
Cons: What I liked least about White Label Loyalty was the complexity and initial setup effort. Because the platform is highly customizable, it requires more time, planning, and technical involvement to configure properly compared to plug‑and‑play loyalty solutions. The learning curve can be steep for new users, and ongoing changes or updates may require support or development resources. As a result, it may feel less accessible for smaller teams or businesses without dedicated technical support.

My overall experience with White Label Loyalty has been good. We've been using it for 3 years and haven't had any major issues.
Pros: What I liked most about White Label Loyalty as a company is their support response time and Runa integration.
Cons: What we like least about White Label Loyalty is the Live/Test mode and that you cannot assign a role to an admin user for just one of them.

Overall very positive. I’m glad we chose them as our vendor. Our meetings have always been productive and friendly!
Pros: Great service, easy Ui, lots of great features that work for us. WLL was easy to integrate into our system.
Cons: Sometimes hard to update individual users and no batch ui call for rewards for a single user. Those updates would be clutch!

My overall experience using White label loyalty is good so far along with integration with other systems like Lytics, Iterable are easy. I will definitely recommend this.
Pros: Ease of use. Linking of events with reactors are super helpful which can directly link with user's points.
Cons: From user interface, all looks good however from API point of view, event filtration does not work on payload and we can't edit the events

Overall its been a positive experience, there's been a few learning curves and workarounds but in a nutshell i would say the app has worked very well and done what we intended to do.
Pros: the ability to have a bespoke app with access to an online portal that i can implement changes at any time
Cons: some of the reports information is a little restrictive, i would like to be able to pull more core data

They are a great company to work with and a really great partner to enable an organisation to grow their loyalty programme for both customers and staff.
Pros: The account management service allows prompt and efficient resolutions to any challenges faced and they also help to get you the best possible service.
Cons: Sometimes challenges with with voucher supply have taken longer to resolve than hoped causing some challenging situations with our customers.

Really positive - fantastic team, very reactive
Pros: Great hub of content and information to build a good knowledge base
Cons: After looking at one entry it would take you back to the start rather than latest page

Pros: The team over at white-label loyalty (WLL) is top notch! When integrating their products in to our deixa.io web3 platform, their team provide world class support. From being available on short notice, understanding their api, onboarding brands, utilizing their system to onboard customize offers, or assisting in strategies for ensuring users uuid in our system can also be recognized in their system, the WLL team was prepared to handle all of our use cases with extreme efficiency. We are building a company that gamify users actions with Rewards and WLL team is the team we have identified to partner with us on our journey. We highly recommend WLL and are honored to be working with such a professional team!
Cons: There is not a sandbox list of brands that we can use during testing, to test the gift card or voucher code url. This is an easy fix that I'm sure they will improve now that we have added this feedback.

Very positive.
Pros: We were able to implement a Reward system for Members of the Society. The solution has landed well, and our members find it easy to use. From an admin perspective - it is also helpful and uncluttered.
Cons: As with all integrations - it is important both sides understand the capabilities/limitations of existing/new systems.

The pilot was a great experience as WLL proved to be very reliable, responsive, proactive, timely, easy to work with.
Pros: The SW is very intuitive, easy to use, flexible/adaptable
Cons: Segmented approach to users (reward scheme and communication) would be great!

WLL was able to understand and bring out our vision, which gave us confidence they were the right partner.
Pros: Ease of use, smooth implementation, and wide use case coverage including being at the forefront of market movements, eg. ready for the Metaverse.
Cons: Not a big/well-known brand so had to do heavy due diligence process prior to selection.
Tony Bach C. · Director of Strategic Partnerships · Financial Services · November 23, 2022
Pros: Easy of use, clarity, simple integration, API first
Cons: A few features are missing on the multi-tannet management side. But ELL are working on it
Guy R. · General Manager · Financial Services · November 16, 2022
The overall experience has been good with a good working relationship.
Pros: Easy to use and possibility to customize to meet the needs of users
Cons: The AI learning aspects are a little hit and miss and sometimes quite a bit of manual intervention is required.
Daniela G. · Marketing Director · Construction · November 15, 2022
Pros: The relationship is really good and they are flexible to our needs. The way their technology integrates is great, which makes our life easy
Cons: I think contract management could be improved at WLL side

- Very good experience with the whole team - from buying to onboarding and launch - Received knowledgeable feedback and advice throughout the process - The solution makes it really easy to launch a loyalty program - Continuous support included & ticketing system works well - Customers really enjoy the program
Pros: Flexible, modular solution that fits my company's needs - Easy to use admin console to manage the program - Out of the box solution that is branded to your needs - Cheaper solution without the cost of development - API-first so easy to integrate - Good reporting and analytics available - Very professional and friendly team to work with - Technology get constant updates & improvements
Cons: Like most digital platforms there is a learning curve and understanding the functionality requires a little guidance and tuition.
Phil G. · Account Director · Marketing and Advertising · August 19, 2021
Pros: The team is always on hand to support, answer any questions you have, and flex with you to make the end result exactly what you want it to be. As it was a learning process for us as a business having never dealt with apps before, there were some elements we were uncertain of going into it, but WLL worked with us throughout to make changes, additions and improvements to get it to where it needed to be.
Cons: Some elements of the back end can be confusing to use (for someone with no app/developer experience) however the team is always on hand to answer any queries, provide guides, or set things up for you so not an issue really.
