Love the cheap cost, love that messages roll over each month and it's got a good level of support when we need it!
Pros: The value for money compared to other companies is the biggest pro for us. It means we can message our customers easily and schedule messages too without massive costs.
Cons: It has an issue when you use the web page that it deletes all the text you have typed out if another message comes through or the page tries to update. It can be frustrating when you don't know it's about to happen!

Pros: The easy upload of bulk contacts is really effective and quick. I can easily choose to send a bulk message to our cohort making it more accessible.
Cons: When uploading contacts it is sometimes hard to navigate why certain contacts fail to upload. Usually there is some type of error regarding the information inputted but it isn't clearly identified by the platform in the moment of upload.

Cons: At time's texts require review, which can be frustrating for what we're using the service for, but it seems to have a very quick turnaround.

We will continue using EZ Texting as an integral tool in our advertising. It allows you to mass communicate on a personal level to your customers. And it really is EZ to use!!!!
Pros: The quick response from customers once a text is sent is very positive. It is very easy to use, and we love the media additions. The cost is much cheaper than print advertising, as well as, more direct and personally focused.
Cons: There is not much about EZ Texting that needs improvement. It does exactly what we want with very little hassle.

Customer support is responsive when you have questions, overall it's a good product, We use it frequently for our bar and restaurants.
Pros: Easy to work with, the product itself has a fair amount of features. Easy to understand for non technical people.
Cons: We're on a grandfathered plan, the credits they provide for an annual subscription has grown kinda out of whack compared to the size of our list. So in general, credits have become very expensive given we have a large list.

Great! It helps us reach clients and get calls scheduled all the time! There are many people I would have never gotten on the phone without EZ texting!
Pros: Love how easy it is to use and make campaigns. It's great for getting in contact with people who don't use email as often.
Cons: Nothing. They have fixed issues through the years and appear to listen to their consumers. I'd be surprised if someone was able to come up with a negative.

Pros: Easy to use and works great for my use. I do not have the typical sales roll that I believe this platform is typically used rather I am in Human Resources and use it as a recruiting tool as well as for communication to employees.
Cons: Nothing from EZ Texting but wish they were integrated with BambooHR to make it easier to load and off load employees.

Overall a simple yet complete product. It provides an easy communication method to our field personnel.
Pros: Simple to use and to add contacts to. Works well for our internal communications needs. Lets us keep employees up to date on events within the company without the wait for them to check email.
Cons: Mobile app could be improved, it is less intuitive than the web portal for windows use. Groups could be easier to modify.

Pros: Easy website to work with. I was able to upload our customer database to their platform. This made it super simple to get in touch with our customers on the very first day.

It has been great so far. I have been able to save so much time but being able to just contact my members right from my phone!
Pros: It is easy to navigate and use! People always say this could’ve been an email, in my case this could’ve been a text and finding EZ Texting has made my life easy!
Cons: It can get pricey when you go more than 1 credit but it is still worth it because it saves me so much time in not having to send an email.

The overall experience is good. Easy to use. The prices are reasonable and the features are easy to use. I appreciate the delivery notifications to my mobile phone too.
Pros: The software is self-explanatory and easy to use. I like that I can respond to texts directly from the software and am able to track links. I really like the scheduling feature and that I am able to create different groups. I also like that I can temporarily suspend coverage.
Cons: I haven't figured how to use it from from my phone. I haven't seen options for integration with other software.

It was a fast process of registering. I didn't have to wait long. Also, they connected me with [sensitive content hidden] who is awesome. During my onboarding call, she got me up to date with all the features that EZ Texting has to offer.
Pros: I enjoyed the value that you get for your money. For reasonable prices, you get great features and services.
Cons: Honestly, there wasn't anything that comes to mind that I did not like. I am pleased with my plan so far.

Lots of unnecessary promo emails- but very glad for how easy it is to use and how easy to track how many texts we've sent. I appreciate ability to duplicate, schedule or send recurring messages.
Pros: Like the quick contact list adding with copy and paste. We give opt in our online registration for our community center's after school programs and utilize EZ Text for program updates for parents. It's so helpful to update quickly from our spreadsheet.
Cons: The app used to be helpful but is not not helpful at all. For whatever reason, I'm not able to send texts to our ready made groups. The functionality of the app version is not great compared to the easy use of the web browser version.

Excellent so far. I will likely stay with them for a long time. It was very easy to on board and to maintain.
Pros: Really easy to use, reliable, easy to add contacts, good value for what I’m paying. I also really like the option to have a local phone number.
Cons: Even though it’s a good value my previous text service was free so a little bummed about paying but it’s a good deal.

Overall, my experience with EZ Texting has been positive. The platform is user-friendly, affordable, and gets the job done without complications. Although there are a few features I’d love to see added, it has still made communicating with my customers much easier.
Pros: EZ Texting is very easy to use and definitely offers great value for the money. I appreciated how simple it was to set up messages, manage contacts, and navigate the platform even as a new user. It saves me time and feels very reliable
Cons: I do wish the app allowed us to send one message to a group of people instead of having to send texts individually. It would make communication much faster and more efficient, especially for users who manage many contacts at once.

I’ve really enjoyed using it! Really glad I found this service to grow my annual community board gaming event that I host.
Pros: It allows me to keep my group updated easily via SMS instead of by email, messy group texts or discord. My crowd is growing so this has helped me scale easily.
Cons: I wish there was an app I could use, I access it from Chrome on my phone and I’m constantly having to login and don’t get notifications easily of responses received.

Excellent! Our customers order every month and weren't ordering by the deadlines. Email reminders weren't working very well, but since using EZ Texting our engagement has shot up and now most are making the deadlines.

EZ Texting has met my needs for mass communication. It is not perfect, but very good for what it does.
Pros: Easy to use. Easy to upload the contacts that you need. The ability to upload pictures and links is also helpful. Scheduling messages.
Cons: It take a little bit of time to get the hang of character count. It is also important to let clients know to check spam folders as even after consent the texts can still get forwarded to a spam folder.
