I was super appreciative of our interactions with the staff at Escapia. Top notch, good people, who really went above and beyond.
Pros: The onboarding process was very thorough, it has all the features I needed and wanted, and support was responsive and helpful at every turn. They improved the product continually and made it easier to communicate with guests, manage our operations, and overall were the software we thought was the best bang for the buck on the market currently.
Cons: The interface is still growing and they are transitioning from an older system to a newer system, which makes some aspects of the software a little harder to navigate.

Pros: Robust system, always continuing to add new features and continue development. Training and account management support is excellent.
Cons: Not a complete all-in one tool, still need some add on apps for task management. Some issues with API websites and should have better options for module websites.

Escapia is an excellent product and provides exceptional value for the cost. The technical support team are efficient, knowledgable and very professional.
Pros: Feature rich and stable platform. Phone technical support is excellent. Escapia provides excellent value for the cost.
Cons: Various platforms and add ons are not as tightly integrated as we would like, including integration with Airbnb and other platforms outside of the Expedia group. Integrations should be seamless and not problematic for users.

Escapia is an excellent product, it's complete vacation rental management software with great trust accounting. We get good support, we feel the product is continually being improved, and we trust in its accuracy. We also value the many integrations available to help us take advantage of as many OTA's as possible.
Pros: Escapia's robust trust accounting is the best we've found. Reports continue to improve. We are confident in our ability to accurately account for all funds under our control.
Cons: Correspondence is the weakest aspect. The templates aren't the most beautiful things and we don't have enough flexibility or control. Does the job but does it without much wasted effort on style.

Holly is probably my favorite part and her help and availibilty is phenomal. Excited about the road map and where things are headed.
Pros: The ease of use and familiarity with it. They are iterating again which is great. It ties in with the all Expedia products well and new software typically picks Escapia as one of the first PM management systems that they will API with.
Cons: Like a lot of legacy software it has some bolt on feel to it, but they are starting to iterate and the road map looks great.

We rely on it for vacation rental management. Uptime and mission critical functions are reliable.
Pros: It's a good fit for our business. Features are getting deeper over time. Dependable database.
Cons: New coding is clunky. Some UI upgrades seem to benefit their coding skill set rather than keeping the best function.

Excellent. We have had very positive experiences with the support team and company in general.
Pros: The dashboards and customer interaction on the site are great tools. We are working to fully integrate Escapia into our business.
Cons: No real complaints. We are still learning the system. All issues we have had, are usually resolved quickly by the support team.

We have worked with Escapia for over 10 years and have been pleased with our decision to stay with Escapia over that time. Occasionally we have reviewed other software options and still come back to staying with Escapia for their trust accounting, distribution networks, support team, and ease of function.
Pros: We have always maintained a great working relationship with Escapia, their support team, and integration partners. As the industry evolves, we have been pleased with product updates and also use third-party companies who align with Escapia to meet our individual business needs.
Cons: It would be nice to have a few more basic functions included in Escapia. We currently have to use third-party companies for housekeeping, maintenance and guest communication functionality as the version offered in Escapia does not meet our current needs.

Our overall experience has been great. Ease in working with them to learn the programs, ease in curing any problems which have been minor ones, very responsive to a call for assistance and fair pricing.
Pros: Escapia is extremely user friendly. If a question occurs it is easily researched in the tutorials and always a quick answer if we need to call in for assistance. We also appreciate the willingness of Escapia in listening to the customer and trying to blend in our needs to the programs. We are very satisfied.
Cons: We do not have much to add here as over all we are quite happy.

Excellent product, we have an expert that has learned the product and we rely on her for most of our support but the help feature allows us to look up how to do things without relying too heavily on our expert.
Pros: It keeps all rentals in one place and easy to made adjustments
Cons: There are so many features it takes time to learn it.

Wish there was an app we could use. It’s difficult sometimes to pull up web based screen and get the info needed on a phone.
Pros: Gives good basic information. Easy to use.
Cons: It would be nice if when changes happen on a reservation such as dates that the housekeeper assigned gets an email. And when a reservation is made, the assigned housekeeper gets an email.

Pros: The software is very easy to use, and its in constant improvement to cover all the needs for property managers
Cons: The review section, it doesnt allow me to send reminders or review requests.

Pros: Overall, it has been a reliable solution that meets our needs. The software generally works well and provides most of the functionality we require. When it’s running smoothly, it’s a great tool.
Cons: Like any platform, it’s not without its challenges. We’ve encountered occasional bugs and performance hiccups, and sometimes support response times could be improved. However, the team seems committed to making improvements.

Cons: Nothing but positive! Everything within Escapia is well designed and even though our small business doesn't utilize some functions, Escapia provides a number of great resources

Overall, the experience has been very positive. Support has always been incredibly helpful, and our client representative has been outstanding—always responsive and reliable for years!
Pros: The ease of use, particularly the global search function, is the most frequently used and favorite feature.
Cons: The reporting feature is slow and struggles to pull large amounts of historical data at once. A simple addition, like the ability to email vendors an AP report, would be a valuable improvement.

My experience started rocky but I am very happy with Escapia and the team that work with it and my business.
Pros: I like that the team are always working to improve the product so that it works best for our needs. I love that we can link other providers to our same calendar
Cons: I don't feel that Escapia works well on the phone, it would be awesome to have it as an app, which I feel would be much more user friendly.

I think it’s a fantastic program that allows us to make sure we have all the info about our guests in one place. I would love to see an update to the forms so it feels more up to date.
Pros: I love the ability to manage communications through text or email. The integrations with Airbnb and bro are very well done. Also, it’s very reliable and hardly ever down.
Cons: The overall feel of the software feels dated. It feels like using software from the 90s. I also do not like that ‘add note’ function doesn’t always work. My teammates and I rely on the notes when dealing with problem guests and we need all the information to be saved correctly the first time without having to go to the communications tab. I don’t like how long it takes to find a particular guest in the communications tab. It feels like you have to wait 10 seconds or so just to see no results.

I shared most of my experience in the Pros section, but I would like to say, it's remarkably easy to go back & capture specific reports & trail data for requests from our Marketing team & General Manager.
Pros: Escapia is streamline, efficient & covers all the bases for interaction, follow up, & data control. This conversation with our guests is one of the most important facets of our presence and ongoing relationship to build repeat opportunity! I love Escapia!
Cons: I truly do not have any cons to express.

Cons: There are sometimes 'glitches' in the software that take time to fix. Generally they are fixed in a timely manner, but others they are not. Other disappointing thing is that often we the client have to go back and remedy these issues even though we are not the cause of them. I have also had credit card processing issues over the years. Although it has gotten better, it is still a weakness of the system and getting good answers is often difficult. MG

Good. I don't have much interaction with support but when I do need something i get fairly quick response and help to resolve any issues.
Pros: Ease of use. I've been using Escapia for over a decade and know the ins and outs of what I need to access on my end.
Cons: The calendar doesn't sync with AirBnb. Therefore I have to manually enter those reservations into my escapia calendar to avoid double booking a condo.

In general, we are very pleased with Escapia. The product continues to adapt and evolve as the landscape of property management continues to change.
Pros: The product is good, new updates and changes are continuing to be made to improve the property manager experience. All of the staff we work with are responsive and helpful.
Cons: Sometimes reports are harder to find, but as soon as we ask for guidance from Escapia, they are quick to help.
