Overall, RiskProfiler improved our external threat visibility and response confidence. Instead of managing separate tools for attack surface, cloud exposure, vendor risk, CVEs, and CTI, we could work from one correlated risk command center.
Pros: I appreciated how RiskProfiler turns multiple risk signals into a connected attack story. It brings together EASM, CASM, TPRM, vulnerability intelligence, and CTI so analysts can see affected assets, impacted vendors, exploitability, and remediation priority in one place.
Cons: Some integrations and workflow customizations may require minor tuning effort. Improving accessibility with an additional mobile dashboard would be really helpful.

My overall experience with RiskProfiler has been very positive. It gives our teams valuable visibility into external threats, helping us protect brand trust and respond faster.
Pros: What I liked most about RiskProfiler was its ability to turn external threat data into actionable intelligence. It helped us track brand abuse, phishing risks, and digital exposure efficiently. It also comes with guided onboarding, and their customer support team has been a great sport.
Cons: The platform offers extensive intelligence and workflows, but it takes time to fully understand and use them effectively.

Our experience with takedowns shifted from dread to confidence. Knowing the system streamlined legal and technical steps let engineers focus on investigation, not paperwork.
Pros: Takedown workflows were refreshingly automated. Instead of manual forms, RiskProfiler collected evidence, prefilled notices, and tracked provider responses. Watching malicious clones disappear in hours instead of days was satisfying.
Cons: When large-scale takedowns triggered simultaneously, dashboards lagged a bit. Nothing broke, but response slowed slightly under load.

Overall, it added a protective bubble around leadership. For engineers, it meant fewer last-minute escalations because issues were found upstream, not through panicked calls.
Pros: Executive monitoring gave us visibility into forums discussing our leadership by name. It identified fake LinkedIn profiles reaching out to partners, which was both surprising and critical.
Cons: The steep learning curve showed up again—executive assistants struggled to interpret dashboards until security staff explained findings.

The experience reinforced the value of proactive dark web intelligence. It wasn’t about volume of leaks, but relevance. RiskProfiler filtered out noise, leaving engineers actionable exposures.
Pros: With dark web monitoring, RiskProfiler highlighted leaked credentials tied to old dev accounts still linked to repositories. That insight closed a blind spot we wouldn’t have noticed until exploited.
Cons: A lack of a mobile dashboard slowed the review cycle. Additional customization templates on top of the existing ones for the questionnaire will make the solution even better for users.

Watching RiskProfiler surface impersonations before customers reported them created a huge sense of relief. It shifted brand protection from reactive firefighting to proactive assurance.
Pros: Brand intelligence worked brilliantly for us. It flagged fake social media handles impersonating executives and automatically assigned a severity score. The fact that it also tracked brand mentions across fringe forums made monitoring comprehensive.
Cons: Customization options could be richer. Our marketing team wanted dashboards tailored to campaigns, but the current layouts required manual adjustment.
Niranjana D. · AI ML Engineer · Information Technology and Services · August 28, 2025
Setup was quick and required no extra infra. The navigation is intuitive, and even our operations team can make sense of the dashboards. Support is thorough and fast.
Pros: The external surface monitoring found rogue assets internal scans missed. The ability to classify and group assets by exposure level makes prioritization easy.
Cons: we'd appreciate more automated recommendations for how to remediate flagged assets. UI scalability is solid, but visual density could be better organized for larger inventories.

Overall, it changed vendor discussions. Suddenly, security wasn’t a checkbox but became part of procurement, backed with real evidence rather than guesswork.
Pros: The third-party module impressed me with continuous risk scoring tied to live vendor activity. It wasn’t just about questionnaires; it connected real signals like dark web chatter with vendor exposure.
Cons: Colleagues outside engineering found it difficult at first. Risk scores felt abstract until workshops explained how the numbers tied back to vendor weaknesses.
Kanishk S. · Associate Data Engineer · Information Technology and Services · August 27, 2025
RiskProfiler’s attack path visualizations were up and running in 45 minutes. They’ve been central to our quarterly threat review process. Support has been consistent and helpful.
Pros: The internal and external asset maps are synced with CVE impact scores, making it easier for engineering and security to coordinate fixes. The attack path feature is very well structured.
Cons: I don't have much to complain about. But the customization options for the questionnaire set up can be worked on.
Joyjeet D. · Head of Demand · Information Technology and Services · August 26, 2025
Deployment was lightweight and required no additional infrastructure. The navigation is intuitive enough that even non-technical teams can interpret the dashboards, while support remains highly responsive and technically thorough.
Pros: The external surface monitoring module uncovered rogue assets that our internal scanners consistently overlooked. Its ability to classify and group assets by exposure level allows us to build risk-prioritization models more effectively.
Cons: I would like to see more automated remediation recommendations integrated into the workflow. While UI scalability is strong, the visualization layer could be better optimized for handling larger asset inventories.
Yaakesh G. · AI ML Engineer · Information Technology and Services · August 25, 2025
RiskProfiler unified our view of digital risk. We now track domain abuse, infrastructure leaks, and third-party breaches in real-time. No jumping between tools. The value became clear in week one, and their team continues to guide us through deeper configuration as we mature. This platform scaled with us easily.
Pros: With RiskProfiler, we consolidated phishing detection, cloud asset visibility, and third-party monitoring into one system. That consolidation helped reduce complexity and budget. Onboarding took just 30 minutes with live help. Every module feeds into the next, and the cross-correlation makes prioritization easy and reporting effortless.
Cons: We would love to see mobile-friendly dashboards for exec visibility on the go. While we can share PDFs and email reports, an adaptive UI or lightweight mobile app would add flexibility. We know the team is collecting feedback for roadmap items, and this one feels like an easy win.

RiskProfiler gave us speed and confidence. From early detection to incident investigation, we’ve become far more proactive. Everything connects: dark web signals, phishing kits, leaked data, and vendor compromise risk. The platform enables fast, informed decision-making, exactly what we needed in a growing attack surface landscape.
Pros: We uncovered typosquat domains, fake portals, and vendor leaks in our first week. RiskProfiler’s modules all talk to each other, so every alert is contextualized. Their support walked us through best practices during setup. The platform is simple to use and packed with the kind of detail our team needs.
Cons: We had to adjust some SLA expectations across teams as the volume of surfaced threats increased. RiskProfiler shows the full picture, which can be overwhelming at occasions.
Mankirat S. · BA · Information Technology and Services · June 17, 2025
We’ve gained precision and context in how we detect and triage threats. RiskProfiler bridges gaps across threat types and teams. Our analysts rely on it, and our executives trust the reporting. It’s become foundational to our external threat management program.
Pros: The platform helped us correlate cloud exposures with leaked credentials and phishing infrastructure targeting our domain. We no longer need to piece data together across systems. The guided onboarding took less than an hour, and the interface is clean once configured. This platform has become part of our daily workflow.
Cons: Initial role management felt limited. We struggled with restricting views to specific domains or business units. RiskProfiler’s team provided quick workarounds via tagging and saved filters. We’ve since built better access structures using custom views and the platform’s support for scoped alert subscriptions.
Utkarsh H. · HR Executive · Information Technology and Services · June 17, 2025
RiskProfiler changed how we approach visibility and prioritization. The ability to see leaked credentials, brand impersonation attempts, and vendor breaches from one view saves us hours each week. Their team is also incredibly responsive, helping us get from alerts to actions quickly.
Pros: RiskProfiler uncovered external exposures, flagged phishing kits, and monitored our third-party vendors within a unified dashboard with a single panel view. Contextual alerts let us take decisive action fast. The onboarding call was efficient, and our team felt supported throughout the setup. This is the most complete platform we’ve used for external threat defense.
Cons: Some notifications overlapped early on before we tuned severity thresholds. Once suppression filters were added, alert fatigue dropped. Initial noise is understandable given how much the platform surfaces by default. Their customer success team helped us structure alerts around business-critical exposures, which really improved day-to-day operational clarity.
BALAJI R. · Sr. Technical Engineer · Information Technology and Services · June 9, 2025
It has enabled continuous monitoring across vendors and subsidiaries, faster mitigation of high-risk exposures, and a more unified GRC posture.
Pros: We liked how RiskProfiler breaks down silos. Whether it's brand protection, vulnerability exposure, vendor risk, or physical threats, everything is monitored, scored, and correlated automatically. The contextual insights, zero-false-positive detection, and fast reporting give our security and GRC teams a shared, real-time view of all critical threats and gaps.
Cons: The review and approval process for compliance controls works well, but could benefit from more flexible workflow assignments.
Ranjan V. · Technical Manager · Information Technology and Services · June 9, 2025
Our team struggled with unknown or untracked assets, leading to blind spots and unmanaged vulnerabilities. RiskProfiler solved this by automatically discovering digital assets across cloud and hybrid environments.
Pros: RiskProfiler gives us full control over our external attack surface. It continuously discovers and monitors assets, domains, subdomains, cloud apps, IPs, and flags exposures in real time. The contextual insights tied to each asset help us prioritize remediation with clarity. Shadow IT visibility alone has saved us from repeated misconfigurations.
Cons: A feature to flag assets by lifecycle status (e.g., deprecated, unknown, orphaned) using AI-based heuristics would help us clean up our inventory faster and reduce noise from non-critical endpoints.
Gaurav B. · Principal Solution Consultant · Computer & Network Security · June 9, 2025
We’re alerted immediately when credentials, domains, or brands are mentioned. RiskProfiler has helped us take down phishing sites, secure accounts, and stay ahead of breach-related reputational risks.
Pros: The dark web monitoring is proactive and incredibly detailed. It detects exposed credentials, brand mentions, executive targeting, and PII leaks with context we can act on. This capability alone helped us uncover a threat campaign before it escalated. We’ve stopped multiple breaches thanks to these timely alerts and insights.
Cons: During heavy analysis sessions, we occasionally experience minor lagging or slower UI responsiveness.
Arvind Y. · Assistant Manager · Information Technology and Services · June 6, 2025
RiskProfiler gives us continuous vendor risk visibility, with automatic scoring, fast questionnaires, and full security event tracking. It also highlights fourth-party risks we were blind to before, making our vendor ecosystem truly secure and our procurement process much smarter.
Pros: The third-party and fourth-party risk monitoring is incredibly robust. RiskProfiler alerts us in real time when a vendor’s security posture changes, and it automatically dispatches updated questionnaires. We no longer wait for quarterly reviews; we act on supplier risks as they happen, which has significantly improved our compliance and oversight.
Cons: While the platform is highly intuitive, native language support for international vendor users is limited. Adding multilingual interfaces or translated guidance for third-party collaborators would enhance usability during questionnaire completion and streamline engagement with non-English-speaking partners during security event follow-ups.
Tejas S. · Cyber Security Engineer · Information Technology and Services · June 6, 2025
RiskProfiler centralizes threat intelligence, giving us real-time context on every exposure. It has helped us harden our external perimeter, proactively defend our brand, and continuously monitor third-party threats
Pros: RiskProfiler gives us full visibility into our exposed digital assets, including subdomains, IPs, and shadow IT. The platform’s rapid detection and contextual asset mapping let us prioritize critical risks fast. Having all this unified with phishing, vulnerability, and brand intelligence under one roof has streamlined our entire threat management workflow.
Cons: A guided setup for alert calibration based on industry or company size would help newer teams reduce early-stage signal overload.
Rakesh R. · Sr. Technical Consultant · Information Technology and Services · June 5, 2025
It’s allowing us to consolidate external threat monitoring, compliance mapping, and third-party risk into one solution. We no longer rely on disconnected tools for brand threats, external scans, or dark web tracking. This not only cuts costs but also improves threat correlation, speeds up investigations, and aligns our entire security stack.
Pros: RiskProfiler provides a 360-degree view of our threat environment. Its ability to uncover exposed IPs, misconfigured assets, and third-party risks in real time is incredibly powerful. We particularly value the supply chain intelligence, which uses thousands of modules to identify threats within our vendor ecosystem—making third-party risk measurable and manageable.
Cons: Setting up custom modules for specific use cases—like risk scoring for smaller vendors—required deeper configuration. While the flexibility is great, more built-in examples or guided templates would reduce time-to-insight. That said, the support team was responsive, and after the initial tuning, performance and precision were excellent.
Arunima S. · BDE · Information Technology and Services · June 2, 2025
We rely on RiskProfiler to identify exposed assets in real time, detect threat conversations around our brand, and secure our supply chain. The system helps us respond faster to attacks, automate compliance across frameworks, and continuously monitor third-party risks. It’s become essential in reducing operational risk and protecting our global brand presence.
Pros: RiskProfiler delivers comprehensive, real-time visibility across our external digital assets, from IP-level discovery to geo-mapped threat profiling. The attack path analysis is particularly valuable, simulating real-life attack scenario from initial access to critical infrastructure. Combined with brand monitoring and multilingual tracking, it gives us unmatched situational awareness across the web.
Cons: The platform’s extensive capabilities require an initial learning curve, especially for less mature teams. Some alert customizations and integrations take effort to fine-tune. However, once configured, it delivers significant security and operational value.
Prabhas B. · Founder Office · Information Technology and Services · May 27, 2025
Our team is quite happy with the results, specifically their fast and effective threat reporting. Their attack paths analysis stood out to me particularly. Their support team is excellent and deserves all the praises in explaining the details and with on-time support.
Pros: RiskProfiler's platform does a good job at presenting data in a simple dashboard with clean visual element. Moving between different chart and graphs are easy and we get the complete picture with proper context, helping us with priotization and mitigation. The implementation was done within an hour and it started presenting the data in the following hour. But, one thing I will mention is, the tool is a better support with the oversight of a security expert or a technical expert familiar with security concepts. Otherwise, it can be quite challenging in the initial days.
Cons: The platform is complex in its presentation, making it difficult for team members with lack of security background to understand or handle the system.
Zaha R. · Intership · Design · April 25, 2025
RiskProfiler offers all external exposure related data in one platform. It presented all multi-cloud security information in one place. The risk detection is fast and efficient. We needed frequent support from them post the initial setup to understand the workings of this platform, and their team was a excellent with timely and detailed query response.
Pros: RiskProfiler is a external threat exposure management platform that seemlessly integrated with our system and cloud environment. The service is quick to implement and setting up is completely guided. Their brand intelligence module is a standout in detecting phishing scams and impersonation attempts at real time. Overall, it was a good experience.
Cons: Their dashboard is complicated and offer multitude of complex data. Now, it might be great for larger organization with security teams but posed a challenge for our team.
Aman T. · UX Designer · Design · April 25, 2025
