Pros: I like how easy Tango is to use when sending or receiving rewards. The process is straightforward, and I like that there are different payout options like gift cards or transfers. It’s quick and convenient, especially when you’re using platforms that pay through it.

Cons: Sometimes the options can be a bit limited depending on your region, and the process can feel a little unclear the first time you use it. It would be better if everything was more instant and easier to understand for new users.

Pros: It has a good amount of gift cards selection and the value is flexible and it allows multiple smaller amount options.

Cons: The conditions of some gift cards are unclear, and certain values can’t be used with the selected merchant. As a result, users had to resolve the issue directly with the merchant, which was frustrating since Tango offered little support after the gift card was chosen.

Pros: Tango helps to distribute gift cards for employees so much easier! I love that it give employees the chance to select their own gift cards giving them freedom

Cons: waiting for the gift card email can take some time but once you receive it you are good to go. No other bod things!

Pros: Easy to use, Your card arrives within few minutes of your selection, Selection includes hundreds of businesses. In case something goes wrong, they have very helpful support.

Cons: Expiration date on a card are usually within few months. So your best pick is Amazon, and add it your account right away. Then you'll have nomossues.

Pros: What I like is that its user-friendly and intuitive UI helps even non tech user more useful and understandable

Cons: While Tango is great for quick documentation, customization and advanced editing options are somewhat limited, and some manual cleanup is still required after auto-capture.

Pros: What I liked most about Tango was the vast selections of rewards offered. I also enjoyed the ease of use. It was a smooth process.

Cons: What I liked least about Tango were some of the strict expiration dates. There are also a lot chatbots for customer service and communication.

Pros: I have mostly used this from my phone. The mobile version is extremely easy to use and input information.

Cons: I did not receive a notification right away so was unsure of my submission until I waited and logged back in

Pros: Live video streaming was on point. I was able to do 1 on 1 or group chats. It was really easy to find streamers.

Cons: I wasn’t big on the push for monetized donations to streamers. It didn’t really assist on a business to business level or local clients outreach.

Pros: I really appreciated how easy Tango was to use, especially with its intuitive, user-friendly dashboard. Sending gift cards was a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Cons: One downside was not being able to schedule gift cards to be sent at a future date. This is what ultimately caused me to explore other options and finding a vendor that does provide this option

Pros: Reliability. Thats number one in my book. I do a lot of online business, that compensates mostly in gift cards. Thanks to Tango, I never have to worry about, not being able to access my funds. You get a lot of headache and hassle trying to aquire gift cards from any other provider. If you lose your card, or it gets stolen, your unlikely to get a replacement card without a bunch of headache and hassle. Not with Tango. Tangles customer service gets right on top of taking care of your needs. Their team works together to make sure you are completely satisfied. I sure learned a lot of who I want managing my money.

Cons: So far so good. I haven't had an issue on with Tango. So there's not a thing I can say, other than two thumbs up.

Pros: It's easy to use, gives you a wide variety, of gift cards to choose from, and it can be used internationally. And its very affordable.

Cons: Everything was great except for on occasion there can be a delay in receiving your card/cards which can be aggravating at times

Cons: I don't have any immediate cons about Tango. A feature to set recurring gift cards prizes to be sent would be valuable though.

Pros: Building plug-and-play workflows for gifting our clients and employees with Tango is fast. Doesn't take much time to setup and use it.

Cons: It is still superior for the simpler gifting, you need to layer on plenty of extra settings for extra gifting on a large scale.

Pros: Tango makes recording processes easy. Our developers and support crews now auto-populate studies with step-by-step images via doing… stuff. For onboarding and SOP creation, it’s super lean.

Cons: It’s quite clumsy about picking up extra steps if you forget to pause it. Some additional control over capture would be nice too.

Pros: Tango makes it easy for me to get my gift cards when my employer sends them. it's also easy for me to choose what i would like to convert my gift card. The customer support is also very easy to access which is a huge plus!

Cons: I don't like how I can't call customer support. I have to an email them. I feel like calling is easier and faster.
