From a business perspective, we also did not see the level of practice growth that had been represented during the onboarding process. Between the platform fees and the limited measurable return, the overall value did not meet our expectations.
Pros: We used RepeatMD for three years and appreciated some aspects of the platform, particularly the concept of helping practices implement membership-style programs and automated marketing.
Cons: However, our experience toward the end of the contract was disappointing. After completing our three-year commitment, we made multiple requests to terminate our agreement and did not receive timely responses. Despite reaching out on three separate occasions, the lack of communication resulted in us being billed for an additional month of services we had clearly requested to discontinue.

Would not try again because of difficulty cancelling even when I had not yet used their services. (I had a family situation/death to deal with that affected my ability to run my business at this time.)
Pros: Seems like it would make sales easier. Flashy demos that get you excited about progress and getting help.
Cons: Changed my mind after I signed up and despite not using the platform or service at all, was still held to the $700 a month fee for a 90 day required cancellation notice.

We've seen a clear boost in repeat visits and we're getting to talk about our services a lot more which is a win for us. Patients talk about their rewards like they're part of a club which makes them want to talk about us to their friends and family.
Pros: The rewards feature changed everything for us. Patients earn rewards for visits and purchases and they're genuinely excited to redeem them. It's fun for them and effortless for us.
Cons: We had to adjust a few reward values early on to make sure they made financial sense but it's been smooth ever since.

The retention it created alone has paid for the software. Its been one of our best additions.
Pros: Patients love checking their rewards in the app. They come in just to redeem those rewards which gives us the opportunity to sell them another service.
Cons: I wish we had added it before the holidays, we would've made so much more with their promos

Before, we grew from word of mouth. Now, we have an actual app that is beautifully branded that sells for us. It;s like we finally caught up to where the industry is heading.
Pros: The custom app made us look so polished. Patients browse treatments and memberships right on their phones, it feels much more modern and professional.
Cons: Figuring out what rewards we wanted took some back and forth but the final product was worth it.

It made my solo operation look really advanced. It helps me introduce my services while I'm with patients or while my doors are closed becoming a hell of a virtual salesperson.
Pros: As a Solo injector, I love that it lets me buy back my time so I don't have to talk about every service I offer, it's all in my app. They also create and run all our holiday promos, which is such a big weight off my plate.
Cons: Sice I'm a solo provider running the practice on my own, it was hard to block time for building the PP.

I love repeatmd! It is an easy system to use and that’s how we manage memberships! Patients of all ages seem to use it with ease so it is a very good tool that our practice uses!
Pros: I love the rewards we can offer to parents depending on how many times they visit! We can offer memberships to patients that are interested but also reward loyal customers who do not have memberships!
Cons: I would say sometimes that it is hard to find things on the app, but for the most part it is laid out well & self explanatory!

Pros: One of the greatest advantages of using RepeatMD at La Belle Medical Spa has been its simplicity and effectiveness. It has greatly improved patient engagement by allowing clients to explore treatments, earn rewards, and access exclusive offers from their phones. Cons: While our experience with RepeatMD has been very positive, there are a few minor areas that could be refined. We moved from a reliance on one-off sales to a stable membership model. It's helped us focus more on growth, since we know we've got a predictable stream of revenue from them.
Pros: The automated membership plans for our "Tox and Filler Club". Patients pay monthly for treatments they want and we get predictable revenue every month that covers our overhead.
Cons: The initial setup took a couple of weeks to get all our packages loaded, but it was a one-time plan.

The sales tactics were very high pressured and I was lead to believe they would help with patient exposure more than they do. The contract is for a year and now I am paying over $700/month with NO return.
Pros: They have pleasant customer service staff. They do try to make this relevant to my practice but are not reaching the mark.
Cons: The cost and inability to leave a contract even though it is clearly not working for my business. It has not increased my traffic or enhanced my practice in any way.

Terrible when it comes to client and customer service. I spent $7,200 in subscription fees last year and got little in return that I couldn't have done myself.
Pros: Very Little to Like Here - After a year plus with RepeatMD I have found there is very little that they do that I couldn't do my self
Cons: Their customer service is terrible. There is no way to talk with a human and they use a chat system that ends up with zero solutions. This past month they sent one of our employees a 1099K indicating that they had paid the employee loyalty revenues that we really paid to our firm. Instead of fixing the 1099K to reflect payment of the revenue to our firm they put my staff in an endless chat loop that led to no solutions in a after a string of 4 or 5 chats with multiple individuals at RepeatMD. At the end of the day I am not sure there are even any people working at RepeatMD - it seems to be a fairly dumb chatbot rather than a client service portal to help my firm and my clients. I would never sign up with RepeatMD again and I plan to cancel our membership.

Very decent and robust services to effectively manage patient's medical refills, communications and enhance the overall patient care.
Pros: Its data-driven approach is incredible and in highly impactful on matters patients engagement and retention. It makes monitoring patient's health trends and identifying any issues in their behaviour simple and effortless. These insights allows us to proactively engage with our patients with the necessary healthcare advice or recommendations, making them feel more valued and cared for.
Cons: So far I don't have any word of criticism since it sorts all my concerns thoroughly.

We purchased the software at a seminar and met with their top people. No one ever talked about the additional percentage that they charge on every single transaction. They try and tell you it is a rewards app but the truth is all they try and do is get you to constantly have a huge sales 20 to 25% off on top of all of the credit card fees they charge you. You would have to have huge margins in order to make this really work. Most of us in this industry don't have those kind of margins anymore. If they were very upfront about all of their costs and they weren't trying to just sell you I wouldn't be so upset with these people, but they do not do that. Don't believe their positive reviews, find out who has actually been using the system that doesn't work for them as an influencer, and see what they say. I would never ever refer them to anyone.
Pros: The idea of repeat MD is great. The problem is the industry doesn't really have a good shopping tool that is also a rewards program. They do make on- boarding easy.
Cons: . These people mislead you in crushed every possible way. They have these huge seminars where they never talk about how much they charge you and how much you actually have to sell in order to make any money. They distort the facts pretty tremendously and make sure that until you're hooked in you don't really know what it's costing you. They also make you sign a very long contract and I cannot tell you how many people are trying to get out of that contract once they realize what a bad deal it is. It doesn't matter if you sell $100,000 and it costs you $120,000.

Horrible. I will never dign up for another service even similar to this product. Nothing is professional about this company. Also, its a red flag when you cant find an option to leave a google review. They've kept themselves off of google for a reason.
Pros: They are great at selling dreams. The bulk of the reviews here are fake. I spokevwith another company concerning their product and they stated daily the dpesk to providers trying to get out of this overpriced product. They will a few times a year send out specials that are along the lines of groupon. You will lose money on the products. Through the platform patients can receive funding from affirm. You can get around the affirm rules not allowing smaller businesses to work directly with their platform by having the vlient apply fir a affirm credit card.
Cons: They never reach back out when you need assistance eith their app. The app is full of glitches. They will not assist you with marketing...this is an app only but they wont market it this way. During your initial discussions, they never state they are simply an app. This becomes obvious when you ask for guidance concerning specials. Clients find the app confusing and difficult to use.

Horrible . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY / SERVICE !
Pros: Having an app. I thought having memberships and rewards would be beneficial for our business. How wrong I was.
Cons: Horrible customer service, tech support, continuous malfunctions of app and fees of both the financing and of membership programs of which we were never advised before purchasing. One latest example of MANY- a customer calls asking why they were texted noticed of a birthday reward, but when they clicked on link/ looked in app, there was nothing. I sent support and our assigned contact a copy of everything and it was “ being looked into” . That was 5 weeks and 2 emails later. And still nothing. This is only one example of COUNTLESS issues. So we are wasting our time and losing $$$ because of the incompetence of RepeatMD . DO NOT waste money on this inferior product. Again —We are LOSING money on their app and membership and financing. I bought their sales pitch snow job hook, line and sinker and now feel like a complete fool .

Pros: What i like about RepeatMD is that, it's giving me the hassle-free virtual environment. It is my first time to use this but it's not giving me any hardship and it exceed my expectation. As a person who uses online platform on making out appointments and schedules easier the way it is this RepeatMD helps a lot. Nothing more, nothing less. This platform is very commendable
Cons: It is still on the progress of upgrading it's internal. Waiting for a way more better options in doing virtual-things

It has been a pretty good experience. I have seen a side of applications I didn´t know.
Pros: What I like most about the application is how unique it is. Especially on the subject of rewards for the patients. I understand it is a new topic for apps.
Cons: SMS Marketing. I think it is unnecessary to use this type of marketing since surely users will be receiving notifications and reminders on their phones and emails.
