Cons: There’s a lot of options on what it does, I don’t have the time to go through it all. Not really a con. Just my time.

It has been wonderful! I was one of their first customers and will always use them!
Pros: It is easy to use and doesn't take a computer wiz to operate. It makes my job so much easier. Billing used to take forever to do and then I had to email all the folks who had not paid their bill. It is so easy now! The customer support is second to none! Jon and his staff are on the ball and always available to answer questions or give assistance whenever needed.
Cons: There really isn't anything that I don't like or use.

Pros: Having everything in one place from registration, class rosters and tuition payments. Very user friendly.
Cons: Wish there was a user friendly way to get a list of active customers email addresses for each class or category that you can copy and paste easily.

So far, it has been a great experience, especially being able to call when I have questions and they are available to help.
Pros: Still learning all the uses for Class Juggler. After 30 years of using my own "program" (on paper, handwritten) this is teaching "an old dog, new tricks!" The Customer Service for Class Juggler has been amazing and really has helped me set this up for my studio. The ease of either printing or emailing invoices has saved me time.
Cons: At this time, I don't yet know how to incorporate the Class Juggler link onto my website for new students to enroll.

Great! I love the customer service and how they take and implement suggestions. This product is always improving and the customer service remains excellent!
Pros: In a market that is flooded with similar products the question I ask myself is how easy is it to get support when there is an issue? The answer is very easy with ClassJuggler! Let's face it, there will always be a need for support and problem solving and hands down I do not believe you will find a more supportive and ready to help company that [SENSITIVE CONTENT] & his team at ClassJuggler. I have been using this system for about 10 years and am still very happy with my decision to stay. They are easy and pleasant to work with, always helpful and willing to educate, take and implement suggestions, available on both EST & PST and in an emergency will return calls after they have closed for the day! Where else will you find a company that cares enough about your concerns to call you back after they have closed? I bought this product based upon cost when I first started. I stay because of the customer service and if you give them a try, I think you will too.
Cons: I struggle with customer payments so I would like my customers to have to keep a card on file. I do not want customers to be able to remove a card and not replace it with another. We are an elective service and deserved to be paid.

The best aspect of CJ is help! Any and every time I have a question or concern and reach out for help, I get it quickly and courteously.
Pros: I love the customer portal! Having the customer maintain their own account is HUGE! I just have to accept the orders and move on. This has been a big timesaver.
Cons: I really wish there was a way to schedule email and text alerts to customers in advance.

Pros: I like the ease of managing my customers, classes and payments. It has freed up more of my time to focus on other areas of my business.
Cons: I just started using the software, and haven't used the more advanced options yet, but so far it seems pretty easy.

Superb! [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and his staff are awesome, and have been a huge help to our business needs.
Pros: The software is user friendly for both the customer and the client supporting. The set up is supported by staff, and improvements and software updates/suggestions accepted and implemented ongoing. The support response time is always timely, and helpful! There are also training modules offered periodically, which is a great tool if one has the time and need to learn.
Cons: Some of the technical features are a bit more than we have been able to learn, but CJ staff is always there to assist and support!

The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and support people have been wonderful to work with. Whenever I have an issue they contact me immediately and work through it with me. They follow up to make sure they have answered my questions. They were willing to work with me during the Covid pandemic when I could not work. Outstanding customer service.
Pros: I like that ClassJuggler allows ease of payments for my customers as well as ease of royalty payments to my franchise group. I use their reporting for all aspects of my business from tracking growth to reporting for taxes. I also love the ability to send emails to my customers whether it be class updates or for billing purposes. Overall the customizations they have made for Kinderdance franchisees has made the registration and billing part of the business very turnkey for me.
Cons: Some of the features seem a little clunky or complicated, but not enough to deter me from the product.

I would recommend to anyone. The customer service is top notch - they really care about small businesses and are able to help step by step anytime I have a question.
Pros: It is easy to manipulate for the most part, and the customer service is AMAZING.
Cons: The reports are a bit complicated to produce, and there are some features that I would like.

There are probably more reports I can use with my job and I slowly integrate them in as needed. The staff at Class Juggler are very helpful when I describe what I need or am looking for they direct me to which report or link I should be using. Very satisfied!
Pros: The most important part of my job is to be able to communicate with parents efficiently and quickly if needed. I like that I can email the whole class at one time. This is effective due to cancelling and/or changing class days or times.
Cons: Takes time to set up all your classes but the staff showed me shortcuts and how to copy and paste

Fast work saves time and money and my school looks organized.
Pros: I have been using for years and never had a problem could not be resolved with one call. Always is there is part of my day to register my new client and they loved because is fast and easy.
Cons: I like to have a space to put the student photo and downloaded the parents print copy signed registration form on the system.

Hands down, the best one I've used (and I've tried a few.) I encourage anyone to get the free trial and see for yourself.
Pros: I have been using Classjuggler for close to 10 years and have watched it evolve into an excellent studio management processor. From scheduling classes and instructors in a way that is quick and prevents duplication, I use the software for all facets of my business. My families enjoy the ease in using the app to register their kids and keep track of their account. Most recently they incorporated a time tracker for my employees at no additional cost. Also, the exceptional service and training provided is huge for me. I can't say enough great things about this wonderful company.
Cons: I have been pleased with all aspects of this software. Whenever I have questions, they are quick to respond and resolve my issue. (I'm usually the problem :-)

Great -
Pros: If you need to do something, there is usually a way the system allows you do to so. Customer support is timely and friendly. 99% percent of the time they help solve my issues and/or teach me how to perform an action through the system that will help me facilitate certain tasks that need to be completed. There is also a suggestion box where you can make a suggestion in a future update for the System administrators to decide whether or not they should add a feature.
Cons: In order to have some tasks performed, there are sometimes a long and a short way to do it, but a lot of the times there are tasks that only have a long way to do them. That is the only "issue" with the system. Add more shortcuts if possible, please.

Admin side is great, parent side can be improved. The button for automatic payments is phrased kid of funny. I would like to personalize it. Parents don’t always understand they have to fill out their info, then their students, then select a class. The link in the emails goes to the global page. I would like to personalize it, so when they click it it will take my clients to my classjuggler portal.
Pros: Great student management system for dance and sports classes
Cons: The parent interface, I always have confused parents. They often say it isn’t user friendly. So, we still do paper registrations most of the time and I input everything manually.

Amazing price is a tad high but I was willing to pay it to get organized for my classes. Everything works perfect and customer support is good
Pros: Easy to use! Very user friendly not difficult at all even for the not so tech savvy person. We use this for our dance studio classes
Cons: Could possibly maybe be a tad overpriced. If you’re not looking to spend money maybe find a more affordable option

ClassJuggler has helped our acting academy with streamlining bookkeeping, giving customers current account information and so much more!
Pros: I love pretty much everything! I like the customer portal access and the ability to help reset the password for those who forget. I like how easy it is to quickly print the attendance sheet for instructors. The mailing labels, student birthdays and the list goes on!
Cons: The one thing I would change about Class Juggler is the lack of ability to schedule private lessons.

I wasn't overly impressed. It worked. But was not perfect for my business
Pros: I did like that it was easy to set up classes and get things organized for my class sessions. But after that I was super impressed.
Cons: Very hard to do day to day processing on. Was not user friendly and had a had time with customer service making things for work my company
