Pros: What i like the most about Continu is that it is easy to navigate. Quick and easy quizzes. Simple to find what you are looking for.

Cons: What i like the lease about Continu is that it is hard to find what credentials that you have already done. you have to open each one to see if it is complete

Pros: Training refreshers made easy and trackable. The platform is customizable to suit our needs and has not disappointed us yet.

Cons: There are issues with accuracy when completing an assignment at times even if someone does complete the assignment

Pros: Very easy to navigate. Our team used it to organize, deliver and track training for our engineering teams and the reporting was great. The interface is great and doesn't need a long onboarding for new users.

Cons: At times, it’s not immediately clear what actions are required to complete a module (e.g., whether a video must be watched fully, a quiz passed, or a resource clicked). Making completion requirements more visible upfront would reduce confusion and rework for learners.

Pros: It was easy to find my learning courses on the site. The training had a lot of helpful information to give good advice

Cons: The training videos were long. The videos were repeated several times. I am not sure of anything else

Pros: I liked how efficient it was to use. It was very simple to navigate course management and access the different areas of the website without confusion.

Cons: I wish more interactive courses were available to use and reinforce the knowledge the courses are teaching about.

Pros: I really liked the user interface of the platform. It is very easy to navigate, while also appearing nice.

Cons: I do not necessarily have anything I dislike about the product. Perhaps having more interactive features would be nice.

Cons: Some areas feel like they could be more streamlined, especially when navigating deeper settings or advanced options. A few features take extra clicks to find, so improving the overall flow would make the experience even smoother. Most important thing I do not like about it is that some of the courses could not be marked complete

Pros: I like the assignment, that you can research tasks. Like the mini videos, they are very informative.

Cons: You can not see what you did wrong after completing an assignments. Should be more tasks for medical assistants.

Pros: Really great tool to build confidence and learning within the digital platforms provided by Ticketmaster.

Cons: Nothing to report on this front. The program worked well and was really great tool for getting a firsthand knowledge of the platforms.

Pros: Document management was extremely helpful to the company I work for that utilizes Continu. Happy with the outcome

Cons: Clicking back and forth in areas within Continu was a bit difficult, it would always bring you right back to the main page rather than your previous page.

Pros: The ease of continu, it is user friendly, so our new hires typically do not have trouble with finding tracks and dashboard so we love that

Cons: I hate the update, and how assignments are now categorized verses just listed out, we find a lot of people recently have been stating they are unable to find their assessments or tracks specifically assigned to them.

Pros: I loved how thorough the lessons were. Service lesson was in depth and gave me all the tools i needed to move forward

Cons: Certain areas were very repetitive. There was an area in the renewal portion where the processes were repeated over and over.

Pros: I like that the dashboard and platform is intuitive, easy to use, and offers a social component where other co-workers/employees can like and comment. I also like that the interface allows for you to pick up where you've left off, where you can see where your courses are being managed and ticked off throughout the year. Additionally, it's a great platform that incorporates video, documents and other ways of learning.

Cons: I don't really have any--it's one of the better learning management platforms that I've experienced. Perhaps my only note is that I do like how LinkedIn Learning has small, bite-sized learning with the ability to see on the left hand corner how far I am within the course.

Pros: It is easy to use and provides support for watching our training videos and having a library of videos to choose from.

Cons: Sometimes it is hard to find what I need or to be a manager and assign courses to my employees when they need to take a course.

Cons: Dissatisfaction with frequent software bugs and glitches, confusing navigation/search functionality, and limitations in advanced reporting and customization.

Cons: Every time I finish a training continu keep adding more and more trainings. sometimes is not working propertly, because I keep doint the knowledge test over and over again
