Pros: Best faculty.ACI Learning provides a strong foundation for individuals pursuing careers in IT, cybersecurity, and audit. Their courses are structured, easy to follow, and cover both fundamental concepts and advanced topics. The instructors are highly knowledgeable and use real-world examples to bridge the gap between theory and practice, which makes the material far more engaging.

Cons: Compared to one-on-one mentorship programs, ACI Learning’s approach can feel more “cookie-cutter.” Learners who want highly tailored career guidance may find the support lacking

Pros: I like the value for the money. It is easy to use and has up to date courses. The course topics are relevant to my work but also cover a wide range of technology.

Cons: The price structure of their offerings was a little confusing. Some of the course offerings were a bit dated when I started but they have been updated and are more current now.

Pros: I enjoy having access to videos, practice quizzes and labs at my finger tips. thanks to these features I procured my Comptia certification

Cons: Videos could be too long at times, and labs aren't as interactive as I would look like. The quizzes could be repetitive

Pros: I love the convenience of being able to learn whenever I have the time. The labs are better than mosts. The tests are good. I like the instructors that speak.

Cons: I don't have a lot of criticism of the program. You have to do the whole thing to learn it all. The labs, the tests etc.

Pros: I liked that we were able to use actual virtual machines during our learning. This gave me the feel of what I'd actually use regularly.

Cons: I only disliked the lag in the virtual systems, but that's nothing abnormal. I've used different platforms with VMs and have experienced the same thing.

Pros: Extensive library well sorted by vendors and certification tracks. Very knowledgeable yet relatable hosts/ presenters. This combination made it easy and enticing for me to look beyond my short term, focused areas of study and build a development plan to explore complimentary skills etc and competencies. I highly recommend ACI Learning!

Cons: Looking forward to a bit more AI integration . Wish there were some native apps for Google TV or Amazon Fire TV.

Pros: The content of the videos is really good. The hands on labs are really helpful to put the information learned in the videos into practice.

Cons: There are some features that were in the ITProTV platform that are missing from MyACI like the ability to create your own courses by mixing content from the pre-built courses. I also wish the labs were more seamlessly integrated into the video courses, like tells you when to do what labs.

Pros: Knowledgeable staff as well as friendly. They made sure to make me feel welcome at every turn, I felt at home.

Cons: Due dates as usual , bane to every student but I learnt to roll with the punches and take every day head on.

Pros: Very good learning possibilities, because of practical and visual transportation of knowledge. I like it very much.

Cons: Sometimes, the labs are a bit slow. The labs are very helpful in getting some practice with the topics from the videos.

Pros: There are lot of microsoft training, that can help me to develop myself. Those are usefull for exams.

Cons: Too many discussion with 2nd trainer . Missing phone application for me. I usually learning with the help of my television, and will be esaier i i can screening from my phone.

Pros: ACI learning is designed for everyone irrespective of your current level in IT. I found it useful because it helped me transition smoothly into IT. Prior before then, I had no previous knowledge of IT. The best for me is their videos and associated lab sessions. These were thoroughly made to make the whole learning experience interesting and smooth.

Cons: The subscription model used. One has to pay for access to all courses at a time. It will be easier if students pay for courses as they require. This will obviously reduce the yearly subscription.

Pros: Even though it was a longer process to get in, it was all worth because the representative was there with me the whole time.

Cons: Patience is necessary but you will have the support and you can feel the passion from the team and the program.

Pros: TV or News kind of interaction a complete new way of teaching and worry free as more than one who explain in detailed way

Cons: Frequent update is required on the courses which are updated or changed the course recently for multiple courses.

Pros: They keep it simple and current. Instructors were very detail. Together with the entertainer asking the corrections and instructors answering help build comcepts

Cons: Not much , just When launching video took something a few tries to get it working but over all nothing that it could not be resolve by reloading.

Pros: I learned the basics for a introduction to the cycber security field. Vlasses were easy to follow and everything was laid out clearly.

Cons: I wish there were more practical labs for how to work on routers and how information travels as it leaves servers.

Pros: The video lectures are in easy to digest, bite sized format making it really easy to set time aside for learning sessions.

Cons: Some of the more advanced certifications only had videos and no labs to go along with. Some of the video notes are not well put together

Pros: How comprehensive the training and courses were. They were thorough, relevant, and constantly being updated.

Cons: [sensitive content hidden] is a little quiet in his delivery. Otherwise, I have nothing bad to say about ITprotv courses, training, etc.

Pros: It was a nice step. I said pace. It has labs and even if you have a disability like myself, it's pretty easy to pick up things

Cons: The videos have been broken up a little bit more. The content and everything was great. It's the only thing the issue was. The videos were kind of long

Pros: The navigator is excellent and easy to use. It is quick to get from point a to b. The information that is offered is quality and up to date.

Cons: I couldn't use it offline which is bummer because sometimes I try to save my limited data for other things.

Pros: Wide variety of courses and certifications. Great user experience that makes it easy to focus with bite sized course videos.

Cons: Great value product, although it was a bit pricey for me. Still worth it, especially for professionals looking to stay sharp

Pros: No matter your experience, the teacher and students are there to help with questions. Teachers was always there when needed.

Cons: I would say maybe my schedule haha, I would definitely pick an earlier class. Instead of 6-10 pm I would pick a morning schedule.

Pros: I was able to do it on my time my way and the website was very easy to access and navigate and customer service was very helpful

Cons: I don't think there is any cons or things that I least liked about a c I learning so that's great I give you five stars
