Pros: What I liked most about Wufoo is how simple and fast it makes building forms the drag-and-drop interface lets you create surveys, registrations, and lead capture forms without any coding, and integrating them with email or payment platforms is straightforward.
Cons: Wufoo feature set feels basic compared with newer form builders , advanced logic, deep branding/customization options, and analytics are limited unless you’re on a higher-priced plan

It's quite easy to use, allows you to create payment forms linked to paypal or stripe. We mainly use it to for new client registrations.
Pros: Wufoo's ability to integrate with other applications through Zapier which allows data entry into the other integrated application.
Cons: If a member of the public is filling out a multiple page form, once page 2 is clicked on the form will save as incomplete, if they leave the page for some reason, they're unable to come back to the form to complete the missing information and have to start all over again.

Pros: A easy to use SaaS to create webforms. There are a good number of integration options, the primary one we used was Zapier.
Cons: Embedding the forms required javascript to load, sometimes javascript files fail to load. Some of the HTML could be tidier.

Terrible experience, I will be cancelling my membership and will be using another platform. Kira, Kennedy, Karol, Charissa, all useless. This company is a joke and is a complete scam!
Pros: Nothing about this service is good. It's confusing, and nobody gives you any support.
Cons: Customer service is a complete joke. They create updates and don't let their clients know. They only provide email support and 8 people reply back with irrelevant answers. Not personalized at all. We have lost over 10k in revenue due to their updates with no notice. You cannot call the support team, and they do not help at all with issues and they gaslight you. I pay for the advanced subscription, and there is no support.

Overall I've found it extremely easy to use, the forms are nice looking out of the box and it has been easy to hook up to the other services I use.
Pros: I love how easy it is to setup a form and have it ready to use with so little effort.
Cons: The interface is a bit dated, but I wouldn't hold it against them. The features make up for it.

Great looking tool with easy integration to 3rd party payment processors.
Pros: I like that I can select my own payment processor. Payments through Stripe are easy to setup. Detailed explanation for editing field styles make the forms look professional.
Cons: An extra screen is required for payment, so some users drop off after the initial form submission.

Wufoo is great for building embeddable forms quickly. I loved it for what I was able to do at the time - it make my job easier.
Pros: I loved the ease of building online forms.
Cons: It didn't quite hit the mark as compared to products like Jotform.

overall experience is kind of positive but it can offer more to the customers as it is competing against big brands.
Pros: Nice tool, I like that you don't need to be techie to set up the surveys or forms, drag and drop features are easy to understand/
Cons: Few things like lack of customisation and flexibility in terms of design. It is easy to use tool but to make the branding completly match with your brand is limited

its the best in class platform for webforms you can customize for just about any situation - can whip out a working form in minutes
Pros: Robust very easy to set up - this is the best form builder IMHO. The platform has improved over time and integrates with email and payment apps.
Cons: a lot going on i only focus on the basics just want good clean data - very easy to use - i am a fan.

Pros: Wufoo has the ability to redirect people to another website url after they submit the form. I Use Google forms for day to day form building as it is a part of Google workspace. Google forms however does not have any ability to redirect people. Started using Wufoo in 2016 and its been reliable for me.
Cons: Not much bad to say about it. One thign to consider if your after a form builder is that a lot of 'all in one' marketing software solutions have form builders built in these days eg High Level, Kartra etc sometimes it can be easier to use a form builder which is already part of your workflow rather than using a seperate website like Wufoo.

A good starter tool but we have moved away from it for a more complex system.
Pros: Easy to set up and permission sets are fully customisable.
Cons: Basic widget options compared to competitors.

I've never been let down by Wufoo. I receive the forms immediately and have used this service for years. This is a company I trust.
Pros: Easy to use, forms are good quality and can be used for anything to collect information from a client. It also allows me to collect the information that would otherwise take a lot of time with an in person consultation, leaving time to discuss other matters. For online clients it's essential.
Cons: It's basic, however, that suits me. There is a free version which is quite limited. If you need more it can become expensive,

Pros: we like the customization making it shorter or longer if needed
Cons: i don't have anything negative to say about wufoo

I love Wufoo. It's one of my favorite tools to recommend. It's easy to use, fun, and simple. And, it has so much more than you expect from a form-builder.
Pros: Some of my favorite things are the friendly and playful nature of the admin-portal help text; the ability to brand and customize with images and colors; the ability to customize automations, subject lines, confirmations, etc.; the conditional form fields for complex and detailed data, the ease-of-use. It's one of my favorite tools to recommend.
Cons: Nothing; the platform is excellent. The only reason we have ever chosen not to use it, was because we needed more robust features for a specific purpose.

Wufoo is more visually appealing and has an easy-to-navigate user experience. One notable difference between Gravity forms and Wufoo, for instance, is that the setup process for Wufoo is significantly easier.
Pros: Wufoo is simple to use, even for individuals with limited technological expertise, because to its functionality and design. Forms can be professionally designed with custom branding. The creation of user-friendly forms can benefit from branching.
Cons: In comparison to other platforms, customer assistance isn't very good. Wufoo's lack of an offline option has drawn criticism from users, who claim that this restricts access in places with poor internet.

Pros: Ce logiciel est bon pour les enquêtes car il fourni de bon formulaire
Cons: Je ne lui trouve aucun inconvénient. Je l'apprécie

Overall, its not a bad platform. It gets the job done.
Pros: If you are looking for a simple platform use Wufoo. Its easy and user friendly.
Cons: I would like to have a few more design concepts added. Overall, it's not bad.

My experience using this software is amazing.
Pros: I love that Wufoo can be integrated with other software which can provide more information. It is also integrated with the best. The access and permission are amazing. You have access to your forms and all your reports which can be managed using your account. The Multi-Channel Distribution is great for all businesses. It can identify your contact using your app and can also track other information.
Cons: I love the software it's amazing. 100% recommend

Pros: I find Wufoo to be an excellent choice for generating online forms and surveys due to its user-friendly drag and drop interface and customizable templates. Not only that, but it also integrates well with other services like Salesforce and MailChimp, making it easy to transfer collected data to other applications.
Cons: I really don't have any dislikes; I just wish it was easier to create themes, but it's not that significant.

Started using Wufoo in 2014 on the recommendation of an acquaintance, they auto-billed me and even raised the amount through the years without notifying me (not sure how that's legal but it happened), first time I tried canceling the services was in Dec 2019, sent them an email and nothing, I forgot about it until I saw the auto-renewal charge in December of 2021, this time I went onto the site and tried canceling, even filled out the customer support ticket after which I received a confirmation email and thought that was it, to my surprise it was not, they billed me again in December of 2022, now I had enough, this company is perpetrating theft and using some "Survey Monkey" terms and services to which I never agreed to justify the theft. Business owners beware, use google forms they are free. Worst subscription company ever.
Pros: Nothing, Google forms offers these services for free.
Cons: Auto billing, and continuing to do so after numerous attempts to cancel the service

I have been very pleased using Wufoo. I actually took the tool from one institution to another.
Pros: Wufoo is great for quick deployment and for end users with limited technology experience
Cons: It is missing some critical survey components, but for form use, it is great.
Jolene H. · Vice President · Higher Education · March 11, 2023
I really enjoy using Wufoo. I trust it to just work. I started using it instead of buggy Wordpress forms, and it is reliable and consistent.
Pros: I love the UI. Wufoo has the most intuitive UI and is just easy to use.
Cons: The restriction of 3 forms on the free plan is the only detraction from this product. You also need to be mindful to manually setup form completion notifications.
Andrew M. · Owner · Marketing and Advertising · March 9, 2023
Pros: I like the ability to customize forms using they layering of selections within the forms
Cons: there are limitations on how big you can make the form
Marcy H. · Operations Manager · Real Estate · February 10, 2023
Good. Doesn't fill all our needs, but we use it for specific things.
Pros: It is easy to use, gets to the point. Form links can be shared easily publicly. Can integrate on to website, if you know what you are doing.
Cons: No way to save and return to complete a form.
Alicia D. · Programs Administrator · Education Management · February 2, 2023
I had an easy and great experience with wuffoo. I love using it
Pros: This software I used for years as a youth pastor. It was a fast and easy way for kids to sign up for church camp.
Cons: The difficult part I came into contact with wufoo is that kids could sign up or fill out our survey twice, if there is a way to undo that, we would love it.
