Pros: Zoho Forms is easy to use and very customisable. The software is multi lingual. Availability of reliable customer support services and seamless integration of the software with CRM. The software has pre designed and customizable templates.

Cons: Zoho Software free version has very limited features and is equally unreliable. It does not allow any kind of customization.

Pros: It's easy to use and well-organized, which saves me a lot of time through automation, especially with collecting information.

Cons: It's customer support is amazing hence no dislike. It's a versatile platform equipped with advanced security features for creating forms.

Pros: I like how seamlessly Zoho Forms connects with Zoho CRM. All of our Beacon Hill website leads flow directly into our system, which keeps inquiries organized and prevents anything from being missed. It’s also very flexible. I can build forms for sales leads, POA voting, and resident feedback all in one place, with logic that keeps forms simple for users while still collecting the exact information we need. Cons: There is a learning curve if you want to use it well. To get the most out of Zoho Forms, you have to spend time thinking through your form structure, logic, and integrations up front. It’s not difficult, but it does require intentional setup rather than a quick, basic form build.

Pros: I like how Zoho Forms lets me build store audits, staff surveys, and training sign-ups fast. When I get stuck, the support replies clearly enough that I can adjust things myself.

Cons: I find the learning curve sharp once forms get advanced; rich features sit behind many menus, and if a flow breaks mid-shift, it is stressful to work out what went wrong.

Pros: Zoho Forms is an easy to use software with brilliant reporting and tracking systems. The software integrates well with Zoho CRM and other 3rd party applications.

Cons: Zoho forms is very reliable. We have not faced any issues with the tool. It is serving us well. I have nothing against it.

Pros: It is user-friendly, while allowing you to create and store from easily. Customer support is always friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong if you are the one creating the form you need. They have free form creation and paid, however, you do get more options with the paid subscription.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that they have monthly subscriptions, but you are billed annually. So, if I found another place to create my forms that I liked more, then I am stuck with them until my year is up, or lose the money I paid for the year, and just switch. If they state monthly, then you should have the option to pay monthly.

Pros: Zoho is really good at making forms automated. It reduces paper, reduces errors and gets them delivered timely

Cons: So far there really isn't anything I dislike about them! This seems to be a really good way to automate.

Pros: It’s very easy to set up forms and integrate it with zoho CRM, they communicate seemesly. Creating a useful form takes less than 15 minutes.

Cons: Zoho system overall is very confusing as most of the tools need to be paid extra, when implementing the zoho form we had big confusion with zoho landing pages and also the clients personal account and work account. Causing him to pay twice for the same service, as we could not connect the personal account to the crm which was with his work account.

Pros: I guess the best thing about Zoho Forms would be the integrations. I just love how you can connect with other apps, both inside and outside of Zoho.

Cons: Well, it's not as easy to use at first, however, once you learn how to use it and get familiar with everything, it will be great.

Pros: I love that Zoho Forms gives users the ability to customize forms with branding, logos, and colors without any coding knowledge.

Cons: I noticed that Zoho Forms doesn't always integrate well with other Zoho products or third-party platforms, and transferring data or saving forms outside Zoho can be a problem.

Pros: Zoho Forms is easy to use because I just drag and drop things to make a form without needing to know coding or computers.

Cons: Sometimes the form takes too long to load or save, which can be frustrating when I want to finish fast.

Pros: I like the ease of creating online forms. The software makes data collection and data sharing easy. I like the pre-made and ready to use forms templates.

Cons: With its great features, I can hardly complain about Zoho Forms

Pros: It aids much in providing survey tools online like forms and questionnaires and data analysis

Pros: It’s easy and simple to input what items you need like customers name and address and work done and anything you want to capture to work orders

Cons: The geo location could be better. That may be due to the map software though

Pros: When it comes to create online forms, Zoho Forms is the best tool. It is easy to use and forms are created with the drag and drop builder. Getting the reports is quite easy and all the information is there.

Cons: There are no cons worth mentioning for Zoho Forms.

Pros: Drag and drop form builder is the most important feature for me, lets me create beautiful forms that are easy to complete by the users. The forms are integrating with ease with all Zoho apps witch makes importing data from an app to another very easy.

Cons: No cons here, everything woks great and smooth.

Pros: We 'reviewed' machinery for internal rating to provide better data to customers. Forms were created based on machine parameters.

Cons: It was not always working on all devices as intended and had to be tweaked. Some files were not uploaded properly sometimes.

Pros: Zoho Forms are the easiest to use forms app i have used until now, easy to deploy and easy to make with a drag and drop builder. As is a Zoho app is easy to be integrated and used with other apps like Zoho CRM.

Cons: no cons for Zoho Forms, everything works well.

Pros: Form builder and customizable fields are the main features I choose to use Zoho Forms, these allows me to gather useful information from my users. Generating reports is easy and fast. Another useful feature is its integration with other Zoho Apps.

Cons: Maybe price, there are other cheaper/free alternatives but they are out of Zoho workspace.
