Pros: It is a powerful tool for someone who has the time to dedicate to it. The connections were easy and there were a lot of ways to customize.

Cons: The fact that they nickle and dime you when you need help and won't let you out of your contract when you realize it's just too powerful of a tool and does not work for your small business.

Pros: One of the things I liked most about the Grow BI system is how user-friendly and intuitive it is, even for users who do not have a strong technical background. The interface is clean and well organized, which makes it easy to navigate dashboards, filter data, and quickly find the information needed. I also appreciated how the system presents data visually through charts and graphs, helping complex information become easier to understand and analyze. Another strong advantage of Grow BI is its ability to integrate data from multiple sources into one centralized platform, saving time and reducing manual work. The real-time reporting feature is especially valuable because it allows users to make informed decisions based on up-to-date data. Overall, Grow BI improves efficiency, supports better decision-making, and makes data analysis more accessible and effective.

Cons: One of the things I liked least about the Grow BI system is that some advanced features can feel limited or less flexible when compared to more complex BI tools. While the platform is very user-friendly, this simplicity can sometimes make it challenging to perform highly customized analyses or create very specific calculations without workarounds. I also found that initial setup and data integration can take time, especially when connecting less common data sources, which may require additional support or technical assistance. In some cases, dashboard load times can be slower when working with large datasets, which can interrupt workflow. Additionally, customization options for visuals and layouts are somewhat restricted, making it harder to tailor dashboards exactly to specific preferences or branding needs.

Pros: What I liked most about Grow is how clean and easy the dashboards are to work with. Everything is visually clear, so it doesn’t take much effort to understand what’s going on. It’s simple to navigate, and the way the data is laid out makes reporting and tracking performance feel straightforward instead of complicated.

Cons: I feel that some dashboards can feel a bit limited when you want deeper customisation or more flexibility. At times, it feels like you need to work within certain constraints rather than fully tailoring views exactly how you want them, especially for more detailed reporting needs.

Pros: Easy to learn and deploy. the implementation did not take long and was inexpensive. it was easy to customize for our needs.

Cons: The billing process is confusing and hard to resolve even though we contacted Accounts Payable and our customer rep.

Pros: Great way to view a lot of important data in a concise way, making me much more efficient at my job .

Cons: Sometimes the updating gets "stuck" and I have to contect [sensitive content hidden] to nudge it manually or to contact Grow for help

Pros: Grow has really empowered our team with Data. From finance, operations, to marketing, every department has powerful dashboards that support their job functions and making them more effective and strategic in their work.

Cons: The platform can be costly and requires analyst support to set up correctly, but it still offers strong ROI potential once properly implemented.

Cons: I noticed that the customization options for dashboards and reports can be somewhat restrictive compared to other advanced BI tools.

Pros: Easy to read dashboard with detailed and easy to read information.

Cons: There is often a long delay in the update of the information. The information is only helpful when the data is up to date and accurate. I also find the login page to be cumbersome. It requires you to enter and email address just to take you to a login page where the Google client can be accessed. Why can't the various log-in client options be displayed on the first page?

Pros: Grow offers a large list of software connections which makes it invaluable for a start-up seeking meaningful data insights across disparate systems.

Cons: Some targeted visualizations or KPIs were difficult to calculate based on the limited transformations offered, though they do provide some tools for further customization that are only limited by technical knowledge.

Pros: How easy it is to use and understand all the information

Pros: Works great to consolidate disparate data sources and create metrics that make sense. For the cost vs. other options it's a great tool. It's really helped us move more towards keeping an eye on the things that truly matter in our business.

Cons: It's a little difficult initially to fully understand how to get the data into the system. But, once you've done it then it becomes pretty easy.

Pros: Grow's user interface is excellent for people with low experience in business intelligence and data reporting. Spinning up a new dashboard or new metrics is very easy.

Cons: API issues prevented business-critical reports from refreshing properly. We verified time after time that our queries performed in a reasonable time, yet we kept encountering errors saying "ETIMED OUT". Grow support was unable to resolve this for us despite multiple requests. Other BI tools performed fine with the same queries, this was 100% a Grow-side issue and we received no resolution.

Pros: API tools are good for data, connections are good, its cut and dry solid

Cons: Everything seems like a sales pitch, wish there was more support, more graph options and time framed pdf reporting meaning I have a dashboard. I want to schedule it show me the metrics for last month, last year and last week all in automictically.

Pros: Our agency was looking for a platform to generate data visualization for our clients' marketing and fundraising campaigns. We opted for GROW and it has not disappointed. Constructing and building dashboards with metrics becomes more intuitive once you go through onboarding and one-on-one training. The integrations with third-party platforms are seamless, and GROW allows you to transform and filter the data you want to see, including data trends that are important to client growth and satisfaction. Customer support is top-notch. Their team of support representatives and analysts are quick to respond and diagnose, address, and resolve any issues or questions that arise.

Cons: Currently, there is not a viable way to "hide" or archive old metrics or dashboards without deleting them. Certain SQL coding has to be applied for certain ways for data to be manipulated (i.e. certain pieces of data to be affected but not others).

Pros: Visuals are nice, adding points is helpful to mark optional.

Cons: Pushy sales team. Poor Customer Service. Expensive onboarding, where after 3 times in the platform, I knew how to use it better than the on boarder. Worst invoicing and I have ever dealt with. Invoicing does not work well for Canadian clients, they cannot figure it out.

Pros: For efficient data visualization, we always rely on Grow due to its effectiveness. Grow makes work simple for us.

Cons: Grow works impressively well. I do not dislike Grow at all.
