Pros: The process is clear and easy to follow, further more the team is extremely helpful, and the instructions are excellent. Initially, I had to focus while using it, but within a few days, I became familiar. The program has streamlined the supplier invoice process, making it user-friendly and saving the company time and money.

Cons: The customer service support needs to be more effective and supportive

Pros: I like the fact it is affordable, it has supplier statement reconciliations and that it works with a number of accounting solutions

Cons: Credits have an expiry date to them. It would be better if they were available until you needed them

Pros: It started off working well, well priced, allows multiple entities and Users on one account.

Cons: Published Supplier invoices not attaching in Sage One for 4 weeks now

Pros: Allows the whole team to log on at the same time & its connection to Sage Business Cloud

Cons: Not 100% user friendly for clients using mobile phone app

Pros: The price point can not be beat. Provides a whole lot of value for the cost

Cons: Documentation could be better. So features are more useful than others. Data extraction could be faster

Pros: Autoentry connects to Freeagent which is really useful. I can turn items sent into me into invoices which I've not seen before and I think they've got their pricing strategy right.

Cons: The 'autofetch' document search... whereby the system is supposed to go into suppliers, and pull out any invoices hasn't been working for me, so for this reason (which was the critical reason what I signed up as I wanted that automation and time saving function), I have since paused our subscription. I don't bame the software, I think it may be the suppliers website. Eitherway, its not working for me.

Pros: Simple to use and is fast to us, any person with little accounting skills can still use it

Cons: The only con, on my part is for you to use the product you have to pay, I wish that sometimes it should be free

Pros: Nothing, it's rubbish. I have detailed why in my "cons" answer.

Cons: Everything. It is SO slow, it doesn't have the option to code to "projects" for Sage One and when I asked the team if they had that option they just said "no" and haven't added that feature. There is a software that isn't part of Sage which you can link to Sage which has this feature so why can't the people who actually made Sage and Autoentry have this option?? Doesn't make sense and seems kind of lazy to me.

Pros: The ease of uploading bank statements for data extraction

Cons: The inability to purchase credits in bulk

Pros: Great customer service and fair pricing model

Cons: Sometimes isnt responsive e.g. Items sometimes don't load. Additional features would be nice such as auto-fetch. User interface could be improved.

Pros: As a general user of AutoEntry within my organization, I have found it to be a reliable and user-friendly tool for automating our data entry processes. One of the greatest advantages of this software is its ability to quickly and accurately process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. This has greatly improved our efficiency and has saved a significant amount of time for our team. Additionally, the software's OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology is highly accurate and has made it easy to extract data from various types of documents.

Cons: A potential downside of using AutoEntry is that it may require some time and effort to set up the software and customize it to fit our specific needs. Also, some advanced features such as budgeting and forecasting may require additional tools or custom development.

Pros: Spend less time entering data and chasing documents. It is smooth and automatic in use. It also works on smart analysis in the basic details of the work, including the supplier and tax account. It also works to improve time with customers, as it makes you spend less time in accessing accurate data

Cons: It often happens that there are duplicate items on an invoice

Pros: As someone starting up their own Consultancy Business costs are a factor. AutoEntry means I can easily post all expense invoices. They are taken to the correct category and coded as the Sage Accounting software that I use and then synchronised automatically with Sage. That saves me time as I do not have to manually post them.

Cons: When I used the duplicate invoice recognition invoices from the same supplier for different months were filtered out as duplicates. That said once I realised the issue it was easy to correct by simply disabling the function.

Pros: I'm able to take a stack of bank statements and upload them all very quickly and then come back in an hour or so and it's all ready to download in a csv that I can then upload directly to the accounting software. This makes it easy to add everything to the accounting software and saves me so much time.

Cons: Nothing, I love this software for the specific purpose that it serves and I can't think of anything that I would add or change.

Pros: I can set rules to automatically apply to invoices that I receive regularly which over time has saved me a lot of effort as AutoEntry auto categorises invoices for me. Then matching them in Quickbooks is quick and easy to do.

Cons: Sometimes the upload of photos of receipts through the app from my phone doesn't work. It can be very hit and miss.

Pros: I work with clients that deal with PDF and hard copy bank statements, my accountants are reduced to data capturing for hours, the seamless upload of these documents and bulk import/Integration to accounting systems save so much time and afford them to do what they do best: produce vital financial information to business in time.

Cons: The billing method: credits.In an ideal world this is great, my Account clients deal with clients that have huge amounts of PDF and print outs which prove to be more expensive for them to render thier service.

Pros: I've been a customer (and pretty much a fan until recently) for more than 3 years and loved the automatic entry of invoices. Certainly beat manual entry. That said, the interface is very poorly design and generally very buggy in many ways. I was happy to put up with all of this, until recently when I could no longer even log on!!! Keep in mind all my creditor invoices are on this system . . . and the customer service team told me this was a "bug the team is working on". Essentially the 2FA failed and they have not resolved for a month! No work-around offered til just now (and I am still waiting after contacting their help desk again hours ago).

Cons: IT Service Management is terrible. Very buggy and very major bugs are unresolved for week!

Pros: Very excellent accounting software, easy to use as well

Cons: No cons about it it has worked well for me and still intend on continuing

Pros: I loved the fact that entering the necessary data for my business can be done within one software. I am also able to go accounting with the software which is a huge plus!!

Cons: Some cons that I dislike about this software is the fact that I have to physically upload the information on each individual spreadsheet. Becomes a tedious task to partake in.

Pros: The ease in which bank statements can be converted in to a Excel spreadsheet or downloaded in to the accounting software

Cons: It would be good if departments could be allocated for Sage Accounting
